Cons -
- We were located on the first floor, just above the restaurant which is noisy evenings and early mornings. Only minor I can think of.

- We would like to have a table in the room as some pictures showed.

Great location if you planing to do skiing as this hotel is 2 min walk to Col Rodella. Very nice wellness centre. All staff very friendly and very helpful especially if I remember right Lucia from the restaurant.
Comfortable bedroom - fabulous spa and great massages from Amelia and Antonio
Good breakfast and dinner (4 courses and there was selection to choose from on each course). The staff at the restaurant was amazing. Antonio was trying to improve our daughters Italian and was very appreciated.
We would like to have a table in the room as some pictures showed.
Clean , friendly staff, great location close to the Col Rondella lift = direct connection to Sella Ronda in 250m walking distance, nice SPA, very good breakfast and great five-cource dinners.
If you orded eggs for breakfat , you got them fresh, but have to wait 5-10 mins . A bit more fruits to breakfast , more variable vegetable selection at dinner.
We loved the spa and beauty facilities greatly managed. The facilities consisted of: ice bath, scented ice mist shower, an 80 and 90 degree sauna, 3 relax areas, hot tub, emotional shower cold and hot, 5 different showers and a Turkish steam bath. Managed by: Antonio and Maria. (My son now wants the same haircut as Antonio.)My son’s ski boots got taken by accident and they tracked them and found them and returned them to my son. Thank you for the great stay,
Nothing a perfect stay for a great ski trip.
Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Loved the spa especially the sauna and cold plunge facility
Perhaps more fresh fruit at breakfast but generally no complaints .
Lovely comfortable hotel great rooms and location fantastic spa and wellness area
Charging 4euro for an empty wine glass is a bit over the top
Stayed 4 nights as a ski base, we’re in room 216 which incorporated two floors, so in effect 2 independent suites, so an excellent space. The good:Beds were comfortable, the double was a memory foam mattress. The rooms were very clean.Nice linen. The bottom floor bathroom shower had clearly been refreshed recently, and the shower was good. The spa is nice, again clean but no pool (there is a barrel shaped plunge pool). It’s a short walk from the lift (but (and this is no fault of the hotel and mentioned as a point of note) if you get there any later than about 8 you’ll be wiring for an hour +). Also a short walk from the ski bus stop. The front of house guy on reception was always smiling!!
The bad:My starting point for this is the fact this is apparently a 4star hotel, and quite frankly it simply doesn’t hit that grade. The hotel generally is very tired and in desperate need of an update. The stand out disappointment was the restaurant. The food was of a poor quality, shockingly so for our experience of Italy, watery sauces lacking flavour, undersea seasoned, really overcooked meat (dry and tough). The service was akin to a canteen, no personal touch at all, staffed seemed disinterested and rushed, plates placed heavily and removed while others were still eating. This is nowhere near 4 star standard and shocked our whole group. The breakfast was ok (the orange juice was exceptional!!), but you had to chase a member of staff around to order eggs (note this, they won’t be offered you have to ask). The coffee was from a machines and not pleasant. In other 4 star ski hotels, the morning coffee has been barrister level and a high point. The ski room lacks personal lockers and again needs an update to modern standards.
Good location, clean, nice food, shiny staff
Everything was coolThe only thing is that they do jot reply or return answers to messages, mails or calls…I had to directly book through booking
Very friendly staff, good food, excellent location
Very clean, comfortable rooms.
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The food is more of a canteen type of food rather than restaurant quality.
The location is perfect and amazing, walking distance to a major lift and located in the center of Campitello di Fassa village.
The breakfast and food were below expectation for a 4 star establishment, would highly recommend to improve on this front particularly making an effort to match Italy's renown reputation for culinary excellence and quality. The quality of the rooms, appliances, interior are also below standard, outdated and not at par with a 4 star hotel. Communication with hotel before arrival to inquire about ski classes, NYE reservations, etc., was impossible, no service mindedness.
Great location and proximity of Col Rodella cabin. Cosy atmosphere and big new sauna. Excellent service in restaurant. My dietary needs (gluten free) were well taken care. Ski room. Good beds.
We liked the hotel. Small things. Swimming pool would have been great. Misinformation; Finnish sauna is not dry, we throw water to the stove.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way numerous times to make sure everything we needed was catered for. The spa is fantastic and the massage by Antonio is a must. He’s a great guy. As are all the staff from front desk, bar staff and the restaurant staff. All so lovely and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel.
Location, size if the room, hotel staff, variety and taste of food.
We liked almost everything. Amazing spa facilities, they are open 15:00-21:00. On top of that, Antonio makes a great massage. Totally recommend him. The highlight of our stay was dinner (or dinners). You should certainly get a half-board if the option is available. You get a four-course meal, not a mere buffet. Also, the location is perfect for skiing/snowboarding and hiking.
For most people it would be okay, but for us the dinner was a bit too late, it starts from 19:30. We don’t eat after 18:00. However, it’s just a matter of habit.
Vintage hotel with very friendly staff. SPA is great. Masseur is super professional that knows what he is doing
