Location and pools

The room had a horrible smell coming from The shower. Had to cover the drain to avoid the smell. The food was pretty below average. Aside from the free breakfast, you¿re A LOT better off ordering food outside the resort.

The views are spectacular, and the location is unbeatable, being right by the beach. The hotel provides solid infrastructure, making it easy for guests to enjoy the beach, swimming pools, and other common areas. It's particularly family-friendly, which we appreciated. The hotel offers access to a pantry stocked with utensils for families to prepare and enjoy meals for their little ones, along with free fruits, milk, oats, and more. The rooms are reasonably spacious, though you won't be spending much time indoors

With the exception of the baggage porters, who are very helpful and kind, some of the staff (especially the waiters) could be more friendly. They often appear to be in a grumpy mood, which unfortunately affects the overall atmosphere and service quality. As for the restaurant, they frequently run out of certain ingredients (such as the fruit toppings for the açaí bowl) or even entire menu items. The food, as expected, is generally overpriced. While the hotel is mostly clean, we did encounter cockroaches in both the restaurant and room areas on two separate occasions.

Super nice resort, didn't take advantage of the hotel pool while I was there, but did enjoy sitting on the beach, which was straight out of the back of the hotel. You could sit there and order on your room, which made the experience super easy. Porto De Galinhas was only a short taxi or uber ride which made going and doing things quite easy.Room was clean and cleaned regularly when I needed. All the staff were super friendly too, from the front desk to the kitchen staff. Despite my terribly limited Portuguese, we were still able to understand enough.For people who don't speak Portuguese, bring some form of translation device, it will help you get by!

It was a very family oriented resort. Not that that's a bad thing, but if you're traveling sans kids then you may get annoyed by the screaming ruggies at the pool. I favoured the beach, as this was much more child free.

Lovely activities for kids at the hotel. I went on Easter season, and they had a bunch of stuff planned.

The bebriges prices were too high.

Between 5pm to 7pm there was no hot water (sometimes even water) for shower. Smell at bathroom.

it was a really nice experience. greate and diverse food, we had breakfast and diner, the personal was very nice.

the himidity in all region is very high So the humudity in rooms is high enough and this creates a Little bit of disconfort.

Great pools and assistance on the beach.

Our room was upstairs, and there was no elevator to get there. Two people in our group (of 6) experimented mixed eggs at the breakfast, and both had stomach issues throughout the day. Resort's crew paid attention to our complain.

It is a really beautiful location. property needs tlc and their workers needs extensive training. music is playrd too loud most of the time. check in in very very bad. as I stayed there for 5 days I heard th say to other travelers “the room is not ready yet” food is terrible including breakfast. I’ve stayed there in the pasted but I will not return. my experience this time was not a pleasant one. with so many other options I think this place is off my list

The staff was very welcoming when we arrived late, the room was as clean as it could get. Comfortable beds and pillows, plus a balcony with a spectacular view to the pool and the beach. I was worried about the restaurant (we booked breakfast and dinner), as a reviewer said the food was awful and every morning and every night I told myself it was the best choice I could ever make. The buffet is amazing and changes every night, with plenty of food available during the whole service. The entertaining crew was always finding new things for our kid to do, in the pool or in the playroom. Kudos to everyone on the resort!

The building showed minor issues. The elevator didn't work for a few days, plus there was some water damage on the restaurant after a storm. For some reason, the breaded shrimp was served with the shell which made them barely eatable.

There is no fresh bread for breakfast (stale croissants etc), they did I not answer for the e-mail about my lost earnings,

I loved everything about the hotel,the room was clean ,organised,comfortable and the breakfast was good.The receptionist Carla was very helpful.Thanks

1-To get and to drop the wet towel for swimming pool you have to take in the reception,and I notice always the floor are wet and full of water. They should organise better about this.2-other thing that I notice for check in and check out they are little slow ,I think the staff in the reception it’s not enough.

I loved the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. Not big deal

To get and to drop the towel for swimming pool you have to get in the reception ,The floor ,the corridors ,the lifts is always wet.

The location right on the beach is fantastic, they have very nice outside pools and all the hotel Is newly renovated which is a big plus, allot of the hotels here are old and need renovation.

The bed is and pillows are pretty hard so didn’t get great sleep, it’s a very family orientated hotel so allot of screaming all day and the bars and services close very early.
