- Great location, spacious rooms, perfect beach, beautiful water, decent common spaces.Competent staff, good facilities.
- Clean.
- Place and clean hotel room.
Cons -
- Bad food for their classification. I recommend giving up UAI if you have to choose, and improove the quality of meals and the menus. Too many sauces, too much minced meat. Not enough salads/fruit/greenery.Bad deserts, though that is a problem for many Bulgarian resorts.HORRIBLE WINE, despite the UAI.Bad soft drinks at the pool bar.
- Let me tell you about this ,,five" star hotel. First of all it has one or two too many stars in their inventory. It was clean and the cleaning staff kept it that way. Except for the bed sheets , those were the same from the day we came till when we left.(6 nights). Main restaurant (or mess hall):Breakfast was the same every single day and deserts also.Lunch was a bit diversified (only a bit) garnishes were the same (peas , baby carrots , corn , broccoli and potatoes.) The meat some days was like a food hospital with no taste , undercooked and ugly looking. Deserts were by far the crapiest thing there , sticky , stinky and bad looking. Drinks were the very cheap kind there is. You had a wine dispenser (by the taste it had i think it was bag wine) , soda dispenser and a juice dispenser. You only had a few cocktails on the menu to choose from and most of the time the bartender if it wasn't in the mood, it wont make it to you under the pretext that they don't have one or two ingredients to make the ordered cocktail. Point is they have the necessary behind them on display ? and they lie to you.Main Bar:Under the restaurant there is the main bar of the hotel. The staff there is so bored and lifeless it made me say ,,sorry to bother you". The expression on his face when i ordered a cocktail for my wife was like he was in the middle of cutting his veins and i bothered him. 5 star hotel? Where is the english my friends? You have a hotel on the beach with a heavy tursim area in the summer and your staff is shit at speaking english?!Now if you want to go there have in mind that the food there isn't wow and very diverse , drinks are the cheap kind and you wont get what you want every time , the staff is bleah?? , the pool is mostly for kids. Oooh i forgot to tell you that 80% of the people that booked there WERE 60+ YEARS OLD.
- Staff who doesn’t speak English or Russian, pay for umbrella and item on the beach, the same food each day the same, all activity is extra charge, nothing animation program, don’t have a hamam like was announce, catch food poisoning after eat on glamour restaurant, the same on minibar offer only 2 water bottle and don’t have option to buy additional, most of payment want cash only, gym €5/daily and very small, and most importantly hotel doesn’t have a professional doctor if need medicalHelp when I catch food poisoning the say that is a virus and need to go to hospital they don’t speak additional language only Bulgarian and need to show by finger what is the problem.

The location, food, and comfort.

Great view, you can see the sea from everywhere, and the sea is very clean. Everything is clean and well maintained. The food is good, and various. If you need a place where you want to relax this is the place. You have everything you need, you don't even need to go out of the complex. They have a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At the pool you have drinks, ice cream, burgers, kebab, snacks almost all day. You have a bar under the restaurant where you can find pancakes, cakes, coffee and drinks. You can also find drinks and coffee at reception. The room is big, with a balcony and a great sea view. The bed is really huge and comfortable.
The wi-fi signal is low, but that is not something i really care about.
The view and the room were very good. It was very clean.
The restaurant and food was far away from 5 star hotel! There is no any organization in the Main Restaurant. We are waiting more than 15 minutes for available table. The food was not enough for all guests. It is finished 1 hour before closing time. The main meals were only 3.. all the rest is garnish. The glasses were not enough.. and it was served beer and wine in small plastic cup. The second restaurant that supposed the serve the snack, was closed for 2 days of our 5 days stay, that is something we payed for. We were not compensated for. We had the incident in the elevator and we asked to speak with the manager, but the people from the reception rejected our request as it is not important for them the health of the guests.
Good, not great
There were ants in the room. The wifi didn't work for 2 days... When I asked at the reception, they smiled like little idiots.
It was clean and many of the staff appointed for cleaning. Food was quite good.
It was a struggle with finding something to eat for our kid. They didn t serve a kids buffet with chicken nuggets, shnitzel and easy to eat food. There were a few days when we found chicken shnitzel.
nothing!!!
The hotel was so dirty , inside of room not cleaned , the bathroom was a lot of condoms. receptions are so rude , about breakfast I can't say anything from the food came hairs I don't know how did they cook the food , even they are not greeting good , first they didn't let me enter this hotel is one of the most worst hotels I ever been .
Beach 10/10, view 10/10, room 9/10We will come back for this.
Food 4/10 - very basic compared to other hotels in Bulgaria. We had an incident in the parking lot, a Bulgarian national damaged our windshield wipers and put a tyre on our car, because we removed it, as he put there to reserve a free parking spot. Reception does not offer any information about hotel, parking etc., you have to ask even for directions to the room when you check in.
Games room was excellent, the staff were clean and friendly, also the Glamour bar at night
The people left beach towels on the sunbeds in the morning and went back on the rooms and came back after 1, 2 o'clock, the hotel didn't have a strong rule against it.The AC didn't work in the restaurant and they only left the door open for the breeze, if you weren't standing near the doors you had to prepare for a good sauna. And the hotel needs a good cleaning
The food was nice and varied. There is something for everyone. The room was spacious. Even though it was almost the end of the season, they weren't messing around. We loved it!
Every day I begged the maid to clean the floor and take out the trash by 1:30 p.m., because then the child would go to sleep. One day I even took the broom and mop and I cleaned. She was very lazy. He would put garbage bags at my door and not take the full ones, asking me not to leave them in the hallway. A big minus is that there are no mosquito nets, and the air conditioners blow right into the bed. There are mosquitoes, flies, moths, ants, even centipedes and everything gets into the room if the door is not closed. We got bitten a lot.
The location!!! The coffee!!! The variety at the bar!
Food is good but they need to diversify. Each day it was almost the same type of food.
Room it was really nice and clean and location is good.
Hotel not 5 stars all inclusive quality. After 23pm every where closes we couldn't take any drink also we have to pay it after 23 pm it doesn't make sense. We made a reservation for 1 week check in 15pm check out 11am and we couldn't take even coffee it means 1 day rubish. There are jezlong in the beach we have pay to use them so silly because hotel doesn't allow outside any guests and what is this for all inclusive hotel . We have to pay for any snacks ,nuts also nothing in the room apart from water.Food it was so so genarlly there were same kind of food .
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can tell they were overworked with very little direction.
This is not a 5 star hotel. It's more like 3.The food is cheap , there's no variety. Breakfast is exactly the same every day. Lunch and dinner are almost the same. Ultra all inclusive is very misleading. The property is way overpriced.
Fantastic view, if having sea view room. The rooms are comfortable and up-to-date, all the hotel is comfortable in general. The pools are very nice. The beach is with fine sand, water shallow, family friendly.
The food is almost the same everyday, low quality for a "5 stars" hotel. Yes, you will not starve, but it is not tasty, sometimes not well cooked, too much pork. There are no free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but near the pool. The animators team is nice, but there is NO real entertainment in the evening, only the animators. Drinks... awful, as in general, at all inclusive . But, I don't understand what is the Ultra All Inclusive at this hotel. No free private beach, no international bottled dinks, no shows in the evening. 8 stars it is too much for this hotel. And the minibar ONLY water.
Excellent view from the rooms (seaside room) - beautiful seaside view, rooms were cleaned and maintained perfectly. Lobby bar was comfortable with seaside view. Glamour restaurant was better and great view. Bar area above Glamour restaurant was really amazing and fun at night.
Swimming pool - sand and dirt in pool, also chairs and tables around swimming pool were not cleaned overnight. People reserved chairs with towels for the full day without being there - hotel takes no responsibility for this (no controls in place). Restaurant - quality not good for 5 star, no portion control (people taking lots of food and eating only a portion - massive amounts of food thrown away), shameful. Beach - you have to pay for it, not part of the hotel and this point is not made clear on booking.com information- not 5star all inclusive access! Boat to Nesebar (not part of hotel but advertised everywhere in hotel) - it didn’t show up.
The hotel was on the beach with pools and sun beds. Great location, own beach and clean sea. The room was comfortable and clean. It was cleaned every day. Plenty of food and drinks at any times. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was far from the town, but it had own entertainments and bars.
Big disappointment
Untrained staff, rude management, overcrowded and not organized lunch and dinner, definitely not a 5-star experience
Great room, cleaned every day and comfortable. Lots of food. Cakes and drinks available from the lounge all day. Good breakfast selection. Ice cream and slushies at the pool. Activities for kids daily and a separate pool with slide and frame. Pool nice size and not cold. Right on the beach. Boat daily to Nessebar old town at extra price but a really nice day out. Pool towels included. 2 mini markets on site. Glamour restaurant situated by the pool and serves food 12-22.00 every day. Usually quieter than the main restaurant and serving slightly different foods. Burgers and pizzas available all day.
Not many English speaking staff makes communication difficult at times. No hangers in the wardrobes. Loungers on the beach do cost extra and towels left on the free loungers overnight all week as guests ‘claimed’ them meaning not so many spaces left. Book taxis in advance or try to agree a price first as expensive if you hail one.
