Moonlight Hotel - All Inclusive

Very good personal, a good experience overall. There are no sunbeds on the beach (no private beach), but we could use the sunbeds from the pool

Low level of light in bathroom. Water was leakage from the shower so we had to stay on a wet floor im toilet and sink are.

Food, pillows, room quality, air conditioning, drink choinse++++ everrything else except location

Just comfortable beds in the room.

Food was cold each time, not tasty at all. Dust and sand everywhere. No private beach, no towels for sunchairs. I disliked being here and don’t want to return.

Only location

The food was bad. I got food poisoning on my second day, after I found mold in the bread. I reported this to the manager. The restaurant staff didn't say much, just claimed it never happened before, which I find hard to believe. This was unacceptable.

The hotel and room were clean. The room and bed were big. The staff was nice. Food was great.

The bed wasnt comfortable. The parking is always full and you have to wait for a spot get free.

Underground parking under the hotel, kept car nice and cool. Easy lift access from your floor to car park. Room nice and clean. Cleaned and bed made every day. Spacious and with an amazing sea view from my bed as well as a balcony. Large room bed room and bathroom with bath and walk in shower, Super comfy beds.Staff ok on the whole, a few would give you a nice smile and a greeting but they worked efficiently. My room overlooked the bar and terrace, but the piano music finished at 10pm and the balcony and bar lights were all turned off at 11pm. No problem with noise at all. Complimentary water, fridge and aircon worked well. Bed was huge and they gave me an upgraded room with sea view free of charge. Microwave in restaurant to heat food up. I enjoyed the food , all inclusive.Sparkling wine and cocktails.Early check in was no problem.Young man showed me parking and took my bag to my room.Heated poolLooking forward to another visit , I really enjoyed my stay.

Toilet was continuously running water, fridge cupboard door was almost off its hinges and drawer was broken. Reported immediately but nothing fixed until the next day. Drawer and cupboard door never fixed. No instructions how to work safe, it was shut and locked.reported in the morning, Again nothing done until the day. Everything was tomorrow. Some dirty marks on walls next to bed and behind rubbish bin. Easily solved with a lick of paint.No option of paying for a late check out when requested, I would expect this in a five star hotel.Limited choice of food on buffet for 5star establishment. There were 1 or 2 soups, 6 mains, 6 salads and 3 chips or veg. Deserts were cakes and fruit and a cheese board with two types of cheese, cow or sheep yellow or white. I have to say I enjoyed everything I ate had plenty and the quality wasnt lacking. I was there for 3 nights and dishes were repeated, a week or fortnight stay it would have been boring.No fruit juice at breakfast, only nectar, like squash.breakfast buffet 6 hot items, 6 cold items, 3 cereals, and 3pastries. Cakes and fruit yogurt and jams,. Bread and rolls. Cheese board. It was enough but very limited choice for buffet breakfast especially for 5 star. Bacon was extremely fatty and pale and floppy.ive had more choice on 3 star breakfasts.No fire instructions in the room, I thought it was law to have them in every hotel room. A bit worrying as I have been involved in a fire before.No sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach at all paid or otherwise.All of this is just points to raise, not to put you off booking, I would definitely stay here again.

We loved so many things about this place:The hotel is right by the sea, so it was easy to swim every day both in the pool and the sea.There was plenty of food and variety every day, we were not bored with the options and it was always fresh.The room was soooo big and the bathroom as well. We had a bathtub and a shower in it. And the bed could fit 4 people easily.The staff was very nice and helpful, very attentive.For the money we paid, the value is very high, we were extremely happy.They gave us a partial seaside view, even though we booked a Garden view and it was amazing.

I used to be vegetarian and even vegan at one point.. There aren't enough food options for someone who is vegetarian or vegan, which is good I am not anymore now..Also, they don't have any fresh juices or lemonade at all.. All they have is alcohol, syrups or fizzy drinks.. Seeing how I don't drink alcohol and only drink fizzy drinks occasionally, my only options were water or tea..

We had a great view from the junior suite and a big bathroom. Very good dinner.

Gym was poor.

The accommodation was perfect. The food was flawless, and the waiters were friendly. The view was exceptional. If you want to relax, then this is the ideal place for it.

We wish to say that Angelina on Reception was totally receptive to our needs, along with the Supervisor (who was equally helpful). Thank you for being one step ahead of your customer and being so gracious! We found ALL staff from restaurant, reception, cleaners and pool staff to be of high standard and friendly/professional.Regarding the buffet restaurant, the food was of high standard and kept interesting rather than repetitive as some buffets can be. Compliments to the hard working kitchen staff. Drinks on the all inclusive were fantastic! Beer, wine, 'champagne', and spirits and cocktails - you wanted for nothing!Also lots of fresh fruit which was appreciated.

Nothing you can fix, the beach in the sea has rocky boulders which was a little off putting. Wish I brought my swimming rock shoes!

They must have a security guard ,because some drunk people war almost agresive

Good Location

1. The food was bad! Nearly no choice. Every day the same fruits and veggies - only seasonal. The main meals were pretty much the same - pork, chicken, beef and occasionally fish - nothing fresh, though. Very very disappointing for the price we paid!For those with kids - poor animation.

The room is very clean, the food is also good

They're service are only fot people that stay at the hotel (the outsider can't come even if they offer to pay)

everything, the staff is great, rooms are beautiful and clean

The View from the balconul was nice, but that's about it.

We arrived, no English at the front desk. Finally an English speaker arrived, and we were told that obviously they have no parking.had to find a private parking and pay for a week, far away from the hotel.Food was recycled, baked beans from breakfast were beam soup at dinner and so on. Beef was black. Thank God for fries and fruit.They advertised a gym.It is a dirty room with 2 broken machines and a bench.A Piece of the bench was broken, the board itself and IT was next to the bench in the floor for 7 days.They do not have enough pool chairs for everyone. The bench is close but it is small, not private , You have to pay but there are not enough chairs.The toilets are very close to the quiet pool and the smell is unbearable.

The location is great! The food is very delicious! Super clean room.

Clean, good food

For 3 nights and 3 people we received only 2 shampoos and shower gels. Never got refill.Parking was further from the hotel, with very steep entrance- not suitable for our car

-Close to the beach-Spacious room-Large bathroom-view to the sea

-food not very diverse-could be more clean-very soft pillows-people reserve sunbeds at the pool despite the fact they don't come in hours-the staff closes your umbrella if it's a little windy and you have to stay in the sun

Close to the see, nice view through balcony.

Missing technical maintenance: broken cabinet doors, loose bathroom faucet etc.

The only thing I can rate as good is the location.

The hotel does not provide the services for a five-star hotel at all. It was dirty and the food was not good. The building and all accommodations need to be urgently renovated.
