Room and all property are very clean and well maintained.Breakfast and dinner were very good and were served outside. Parking is in the yard not in the street. Manager is very carefull and available for help. They have a kiwi vault!

I highly recommend the Family Hotel Venera. The rooms were very clean, the swimming pool was large and the food was delicious. You can feel the soul of the hotel owners, who are very nice and helpful. The hotel is located a few moments from the sea - for me the best option in Sveti Vlas! :)
Perfect location, near to the city center and to the beach. The stuff (owner) is very nice and helpful. The rooms and the pool are very clean. Every evening was typical bulgarian foods, which were very delicious.

the internet was not working inside the room, we had to move to swimming pool area to use it.
Very kind staff. Clean and nice rooms. Nice pool. We arrived before 2PM and we thought there will be a problem with the accommodation, but from the reception was very kind told us it is not a problem and our room is ready for us and open the private parking to park my car.

We stayed for just one night but the hotel perfectly met our needs - comfortable bed, good shower, proximity to the beach and onsite pool. If you come by car, there's also a parking. Tasty breakfast.The family who runs the hotel is very friendly. The food is home made - try delicious kavarma, it was better than in a restaurant!
Parking is small so the cars are packed in a small area and the keys need to be left to the hotel - in case a car behind yours is going out. Not really a drawback, but should be mentioned.The umbrellas at the pool should be fixed more firmly when it's windy.
