Exceptional beach and great food at the beach bar for lunch or early dinner.Comfortable room and really nice outdoor common spaces.

Not that suitable for families with small children but we managed. No utensils in the kitchenette other than teaspoons, cups and glasses. Only a minibar that cannot be used as a fridge.

If you are looking for a quiet and modern place, Onyx is the best choice. Private beach, easy access , really clean , new and nice rooms. It was our second year here. Safe to say we feel like home. The staff is nice and friendly and tend to all your needs. The beach is clean, don’t know why or how but it does not fell crowded. Which is always a plus. Good breakfast,. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Right on the beach!! So beautiful and simply convenient. The beach is very clean. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is nice ( could be a bit more varied).

If you have smaller kids- there’s really nothing extra that the hotel offers for the kids. No playground, no kids club, no entertainment for kids. Not negative just something To be aware of.

the hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Additionally, you have access to the beach and sun loungers with a card provided by the reception, which is convenient. Breakfast is decent, nothing extraordinary, but enough to start your day.

Although we were provided with bathrobes in the room, we didn’t receive slippers, which is a standard for a 4-star hotel.The rooms are quite small, which can be an inconvenience for those traveling with more luggage.In the evening, when we wanted to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, we were asked if we had a reservation, even though we were hotel guests, which didn’t seem right.We were forced to pay on the spot, without being allowed to charge the bill to the room, and on top of that, we were overcharged. Luckily, my husband noticed, and we were able to correct the issue.Although the hotel offers parking, it is at an additional cost. If you want free parking, you have to park across the street from the hotel, at a bit of a distance.Access to the more exclusive area of the beach is only allowed for guests who pay extra, which is frustrating.The breakfast staff are not well trained – they rush to clear your table even if you still have food, and they are not attentive to important details.The most upsetting aspect was the attitude of the restaurant staff. Every time my wife tried to say something, the waiter avoided eye contact with her and only addressed to me, which gave the impression of a misogynistic attitude.Overall, due to these experiences, we would not return to this hotel.

My stay was rather interesting. The second day, I left my room at 10am and put the "Please clean" label for the cleaning ladies. I return at 1am at night and I find my room door opened, basically cleaning ladies had left it opened all day. Surprised and worried, I enter my corridor and I see everything clean in the toilet and the sheets were changed, so cleaning ladies were there. Then I enter my room, turn on the light and see a dude sleeping on my bed. I notify reception and security and they came and took him out. I had money, jewellery and other personal belongings inside. Thank god nothing was touched. Still not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. I met the manager the next day, she welcomed me into her office and said sorry. Quite disappointed.Another thing that I didn't like is that I had to pay for my parking. They offer free parking but its not in front of the hotel, it's further away from the hotel. The "paid" parking in the hotel was around 30 BGN per day, If I recall correctly. Not to forget, the restaurant is way overpriced for the quality of food that it offers. I was expecting better quality.PS: I recorded everything on a video the night that I found the dude sleeping on my bed. I asked beforehand the staff if I can just to be respectful.

The rooms were very clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. We loved our sea view room with our own spa on our lovely private balcony. It was also nice and quiet and far enough away from sunny beach!

It was very expensive compared to anywhere outside the hotel- a restaurant outside the hotel would be about a third of the price- also, the breakfast was very average- very processed meat and the fruit tasted like it had been frozen- would have been nice to be able to order an omelette or something like that. Also a few utensils in the “kitchen” of the apartment wouldn’t go amiss

Everything about our stay was more than perfect. Modern hotel, wonderful and clean rooms with breathtaking views, extremely comfortable sunbeds (especially those that you have to reserve), the beach is very well taken care of (soft sand, nice water and nice decor), tasty breakfast and delicious food both at the beach bar and at the restaurant, the toilet on the beach is also very nice and clean. Lots of bonus points for it being pet-friendly (the staff as well).

It would’ve been even better if the rooms would have been equipped with a fridge (they come with a mini bar but it isn’t cool enough to store food there). Also, the price of the paid parking areas is a bit high (30 bgn/day - but take into account that you can also park your car across the street in the hotel’s free parking area which is a fenced area with a barrier for free), the prices are a bit high at the restaurant and beach bar as well (but the food was one of the best I’ve had, so at least it’s worth it)

The hotel is so nice and new and very clean!This is one thing we really liked, the cleanliness.We enjoyed our stay, the beach is clean, the staff was friendly. Our room was a sea view one and the view is amazing. And it's so quiet. The breakfast was good. All and all, we really liked it!

The beach was really good, one of the best beaches I've ever been to. It is much better in reality than on the photos. The sea view apartment was also amazing.

Everything is super overpriced and most of the guests are those typical spoiled brats that love demonstrating that they just got rich. They were always complaining about something which was super annoying.

The facility is very good. Nice beach and close.

Extermely nice, clean hotel. Everything in top quality, well decorated, high quality construction. Nice clean, private beach. Hotel was luxury. Great place to relax and enjoy a holiday by the sea.

The breakfast should have more vegetables. They had cucumbers and tomatoes cut in extremely big pieces. For it being a top hotel they could better their breakfast buffet display. Wait staff also need training. Taking away plates when they shouldn’t from guest while eating. The juice jars should be taken to the kitchen to refill not bring the concentrated juice box and fill it in front of guests to see.

The beach and extreme quiet location was absolutely stunning and unique !

Not all staff at the restaurant was friendly . The WiFi and phone connection was an absolute disaster ! Almost no net all the time . It was the same issue last year as well !

I usually don't write reviews for hotels and trips, but because this hotel was very sensitive to details (parking minutes), I decided to explain in detail.- While they claim that the hotel has free parking when you get there, they inform you that the parking inside the hotel is paid and the free parking is outside the hotel, and you will have to walk for about five minutes (park on the street in front of the hotel, it is closer) This is the first lie because it is better to write all the details.- Regarding the parking lot, after checking in, they informed me (thank you!) that I could use the internal parking lot within 30 minutes and unload my luggage from the car, and after 30 minutes, I needed to pay. Since I was with a baby and a stroller and the room was on the third floor, it took more than 30 minutes. So I had to pay :) There is no understanding of the conditions and everything is crossed out.- We were with a baby and a stroller, there was no suitable ramp for a stroller. There are ramps with a 60-degree slope at the entrances of the hotel, which is impossible to pass with a stroller.- The elevator with very low capacity and very slow speed does not answer the number of hotel guests and you will lose a lot of your time.- The beach toilet, which belongs to the hotel, requires payment for the use of hotel guests.- The restaurant is in the open air, and because of the flowers around the restaurant, it is full of bees at breakfast time, which disturbs you. If you are afraid of bees and run away like my wife, you will be hurt.In the end, I must say that in the last two or three years, I have been in four hotels in this area, which offer much higher quality services at a much, much lower price (even a third and a quarter) and this hotel is worth the cost.

- there is no market nearby, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. However, it is nice to know that if you need anything, you have to go by car.

Nice room, spacious, clean, modern furniture, Smart TV, AC in every room, great view of the sea. Ok breakfast.

"Hidden" costs: they say free parking. But parking is free only in a certain zone across the street from the hotel. They say the sunbeds on the beach are free, but that is true only for certain sunbeds. Others require reservation, and have a fee.Eating at the hotel restaurant requires reservation, even for hotel guests.Not all staff members speak english, so comunication can be difficult at timesThe room soundproofing is very poor! Difficult cu rest with all the noise

A very nice private beach. Clean rooms and well maintained property

Insane pricing - if you’d like to be on the Bulgarian seaside but pay as if you were at the Bahamas - this is the place. The apartment could barely fit 4 - very tight. Outside of the village, so you are stuck with the most expensive bar and restaurant on the BG seaside. “Newly rich” vibe altogether.

It is way over priced especially the beach bar and restaurant. I live in Las Vegas and I go to Gordon Ramsey burger place located in Caesar Palace , a burger there cost $26 perfect quality with excellent service . Same burger NOT made by Ramsey in Sveti Vlas wayyyyy less quality cost 42lev. They need to relax little bit with the prices and be more reasonable

Our room was fantastic, it was super clean, staff were friendly, the beach location and view was amazing! We’ll be staying again!

The language barrier can sometimes be difficult but lots of people spoke English so it didn’t cause us any problems.
