The good point here is the location , the private beach and the size of the room

It happened that our Bathroom was not from the cleanest one…There are not signs at the buffet line if the food is spicy… unfriendly staff

Dirty table covers, dirty plates in the clean stack, some old food (watermelons, food from previous meals), dirt, tissues all over the pool, dirty sunbeds, dirty elevators.Food is more or less the same, every day. Only in one day we had ribs, as a "special". We've stayed 4 days.The position of the hotel doesn't give sun in the morning, after 9:30 the sun comes on a part of the area, maybe that is why the pool is cold and not so many people go in the pool.The hotel beach is without a beach bar, the sun beds from the hotel are in the second part of the beach, not by the water. There is an independent beach bar, all paid (beer 6.5 leva, coffee 5 leva)It sure needs an upgrade in painting, carpets and furniture.

It was close to the beach

Water in all of the swimming pools was ice cold, and nobody was using them! Food was not great. I had stomach problems from the first meal there! Bathroom facilities were poor for a 5 star hotel and were not so clean!

Absolutely nothing

It was dirty. disgusting food they advertised ultra all inclusive false advertisement urine stains on both beds whole hotel really dirty needs a good clean paid for 2 nights as a birthday treat for my wife left after 2 hours this is NOT a 5 star hotel

The food is more than enough.They had a cheese wheel from where you could get pasta.The pools and the slides are great.The view from the 8th floor is amazing if you are lucky to get one of those rooms.

I give the hotel a 10 to encourage them to take action against people misbehaving.Firstly, there are (small) kids unsupervised everywhere. You have to look around constantly, you don't know when a kid is gonna show up sprinting in your face at the restaurant, at the pool and in the lobby, parents should keep an eye on them! My cousin hit a kid and injured his lip while coming down the pool slide because of parents not being aware of where their kids are. There is a guy at the pool to tell people not to stay there but honestly he is overwhelmed.There are 2 identical small pools one where the slides are and one on the other side and for some reason parents let their kids in the one with the slides even though the kids don't actually use the slides.Secondly, people should learn how to clean after themselves. You can't eat sunflower seeds til midnight and expect someone to come clean the shells at least put them in a cup or something so they don't go everywhere.Thirdly, the floor around the pool is slippery and it is everywhere, it's normal to be that way but the fact that kids run constantly is a problem and guess what the parents do instead of telling the kids to stop they jump in the pool and not from the edge but from far away while running they could die if they hit their head but "they are adults they do what they want". Someone literally hit their head I don't know how but honestly they deserve a broken head!The fact that people leave towels on the sunbeds from the night before it's crazy. I recommend the hotel to take the towels if they are from the hotel or to throw them in the trash if they aren't.Another problem I saw was with a guest shouting at the bartenders because they didn't wanna serve him anymore because they closed and put everything away. The bartenders were smart and just left him complaining alone. ? for the workers!

Great location, nice staff, great animation team to make your stay and that of the kids fun.Food and drinks were available all through, from the restaurant to the snack bar to the lobby bar .

The entertainment for the kids was what the kids liked .

Food wasn't what expected..Breakfast every morning one and same.Scrumble eggs,bacon,sausages,croissants and cheese ,salads.No traditional Bulgarian banitza,no pancakes for kids.Just one bread toaster was working and had to wait long time for it.Lunch and dinner was ok but mostly meat and less staff for the kids.Spagetti and pizza tastes. Disappointed and had to take my kids to have pancakes and other food outside sometimes.Otherwise room was clean

Everything was fine, food was delicious, drinks were local ones. No problems with the staff, we have used the stairs sometimes to go to the restaurant.

Pool it's crowded and maybe sometimes a little bit not so clean in the afternoon.

I will never return here ever! We took a SCAM by coming here…We left the property very disappointed.With ONE hour before leaving they BLOCKED the doors of the rooms so we had to go to reception and ask to unlock. Why? To don’t stay more for the lunch which practically was already paid?Also I asked 24h before leaving for an invoice (they said first day to ask in the last days) and by the time I left I didn’t receive anything (hopefully they will send on e-mail as they promised)Well, the people who stayed in the same hotel as us were literally miserable and denatured…- touched the food with the hands (I saw a man who literally touched every slice of watermelon by he choose the ones he wanted) - and this is only an example;- touched every plate cause it was hot - from washing - by he found a colder one…. we were horrified…Also screaming, talking so loud during the meals… We actually expected something else when we choose a “FIVE START” hotel.In some nights people were disturbing with screams by 12-1 AM… ( probably someone told at the reception and finally they stopped) A JUNGLE.If the hotel accept people like this, then find a solution to all of this problems… put personal to take care of this aspects or make a buffet where people are served by the personal… this overwhelming any HYGIENE rule accepted by every human being….Also the personal wasn’t prepared at all… at the pool for example the safe guard from the pool, excepting staying at the tubes, didn’t do anything… warning the people to don’t jump (one man was close to jump in my head), or warning to make a SHOWER BEFORE ENETERING THE POOL…And the cherry on the top was that people “booked” their lounge chairs with a towel, with so much luck we could find one and you could see for hours the lounge chair next to you… well, free.

Everything what I wrote up, all the things that, let’s I tried to take the best of it, ended up with such a disappointment. I hope this aspects are going to be reviewed and make something in this case… anyway I don’t want to hear anymore about this place…

Close to the beach

Not clean at all overall.Sheets with stains, dusty furniture, bathroom had a strong horrible smell from the pipes. The toilet and bidet were not clean on the outside (visible brown stains which I could clean). The elevators are not clean.Dirty dishes and glasses, food not so great, and almost the same every time.An improvised parking space, not supervised (got some scratches on my car)Didn't expect too much but this was disappointing. It is just about the dedication of the management.

Pool area was a Bit too Dirty and a stell came from the sewer and the Drinks that were on the floor

We absolutely loved the hotel very busy .. always beds water slides where amazing kids loved them Breakfast was always loads to choose from Lunch & dinner was the same Snack bar was great ice cream was amazing The pool bar was great also All the staff work very hard Will definitely book this hotel again On our last night we got a invite to go to the 9th floor for dinner over looking sunny beach absolutely amazing ??

I have being going to sunny beach for over 15 years now always wanted to stay here First time doing all inclusive It was great loads to choose from Also I had sent a few massages to the hotel asking for ground floor pool view room coz my husband isn’t look over his hip replacement They gave me 3rd floor pool view which was great I was very grateful for that ☺️

Elevators could be better, you often have to wait and wait before the elevator arrives as the elevators are too small for such a big and populated hotel.

Not to many things .

This is not a 5 stars hotel . First of all u get charged for the parking in the hotel s parking area , they don t clean properly , you eat like in a cantine , they invite you to a special dinner with horrible food ( we had to get up and leave as we got sick instantly ) , in the last day some of my towels were taken away and when i called reception i have been told that they have a problem and they don t have enough , so i was left with 3 but we were 5 . Disgusting , i have tried to speak to a manager but never there . I would not recommend this hotel , not as a 5 stars hotel . Staff rude , nope , no way .

Food was delicious, fresh and diverse.

The 5 stars felt like 3 stars: wasn't hot water in the shower, loud music was disturbing, the bar was so low quality (the drinks, plastic glasses)

The only good thing was the size of the room.

Everything was awful! The food is terrible, the drinks are absolutely disgusting, even the coffee, they only serve a few cocktails and they use the cheapest alcohol possible and some terrible syrups instead of actual lemon, lime, mint etc. The pool is small and overcrowded. They don’t have a private beach or beach bar so you have to pay extra for all of those. Since we got there it was a bad experience, as we first came in contact with some very rude teenagers that were in charge of the parking lot (that’s not in the same yard as the hotel) that were laughing and screaming at us that we have to pay quick, because this is Sunny Beach and some other stupidities. The hotel itself is the definition of bad taste and a big scam. In the fitness there is ONLY 1 machine that’s actually working. On our floor the water machine was not functioning. The elevators are trash and don’t work properly. We reserved a room that’s even more expensive that the others so we have a sea view. But the sea was to be seen somewhere in the horizon as right in front of us was an old rusty building. There was a mistake from our side, as we believed that we reserved and paid for 6 nights instead of 5. They called us at 3PM to ask us to leave. We were confused and checked ourselves. We saw that indeed it was our mistake and explained the situation, apologized for it and packed quickly. When we went to check out the lady from the reception told us “ok, now you have to pay 125 more levas, as you didn’t check out in time”. It is absolutely outrageous that they left us 4h without saying anything and then make us pay. For the given overall conditions the price is absolutely insane and totally not worth it. Go anywhere else!
