Location was excellent and lovely staff

Breakfast was quite basic

Nice little pool with a jacuzzi. The location is great if you want to be right on Flower street, you can literally go out at any hour of the day and find something to do.

I feel like the property was not really worth the price. It didn’t have an elevator which was a huge minus if you like me had heavy luggage. The Sheraton is literally across the street for around the same price, would check that out if I ever went back.

Breakfast could have been better

The hotel is located in the 2nd row from the main Sunny beach. The location is superb. It is quiet at night, just the right distance from the main action. The pool in front of the hotel is just the right size for the guests. There are sun loungers with cushions by the pool and inflatable toys for children such as rings. All compliments to the accomodita. The interior of the hotel is a bit stark, but clean. Breakfast is buffet style and good. I would not recommend the restaurant. The food is not good quality, not good. I am disappointed with the food offered in the restaurant and in the pub of the hotel.

The people were nice, perfect location, close to the center and the beach. Good breakfast, cute atmosphere.

Small parking, but not a problem after all.

The Hotel is in the center of Sunny Beach ,very close to the beach and main atractions. Breakfast was decent. Also a bice touch was they left a bottle of water in the room for us free of charge.

The Hotel specifies it has parking but upon our arrival they said the parking was full and I quote: "we arrived too late to find a parking spot in the Hotel parking"!!! So apparently their parking is too small and it cannot accommodate all the guests. Also in Sunny Beach in general finding a parking space is very troublesome. The hotel does not have an elevator so having luggages was a bit hard, but the reception boy offered to help us with the luggage. Over all be carefull if you come by car to Sunny Beach! Make sure the Hotel has enough parking space and also you beed to geht there early to make sure you get a parking space.

This place is absolutely amazing . Located in the city centre, but it so quiet and comfortable for the family. We love everything about this place , especially amazing garden… it’s so hard to find in sunny beach places , like this . Pool is so clean , rooms are clean , stuff is super friendly. Well done Venus hotel, we will back definitely!

The property is ideally located. It’s like an oasis beautiful gardens. My room was spotless and the staff were phenomenal as a solo female. I was totally looked after and felt at ease very comfortable and able to relax by the beautiful pool.

I liked everything about the property

I booked this for a one night stay at the end of a weeks holiday in a different hotel.It was cheaper than paying for an extra 12 hours at my previous hotel.Check in was excellent, the hotel was lovely.

No lift could be an issue for some people.

the structure has a beautiful garden that keeps the rooms and the air fresh. Breakfast is very complete and tasty. The staff is amazing, always gentle and caring. I'll be back for sure.

Excellent location and great service. Tasty food there and overall a lovely little hotel. Cheap price and ideal really. If I were to come back to Sunny Beach I'd definitely consider coming back to this hotel.

The breakfast was tasty but was a very small choice of savoury foods but still did the job.

I will tell you what I liked most: The beautiful?????garden! As I still have my parents going frequently to the country side to work in nature and relax, I’ve seen and so I understand how much work is to grow and especially maintain a garden. Respect for the hotel owner’s vision and investment, the hotel manager and sure the gardener, for this beautiful green result thru (daily) hard work and positive attitude; it brings joy to the senses and great value to the establishment. ?

The breakfast was ok, but could be more diversified and the parking price could be less.

the room was clean, the pool was very nice, bar at the pool made great drinks, and breakfast was very okay for the price. Overall for the price the hotel is very compfy and nice! stuff is very pleasent!

The hotel is a bit old.There is no curtain in the shower, but other than that great value for money.

The parking is small and there was no space for us. yet they told us we can park there, no problem. I was concerned about going somewhere and someone from the hotel calling to move the car so that they can get out. They could've told us that there is bigger parking in front of the hotel, but they didnt and we had to move our car a couple of times, because we already paid.

The hotel location is great! 2 minutes walking distance from the centre yet quiet even during the busiest hours. The room was clean and cozy.

I didn’t quite liked the smell in the room,it smelled like old stuffI didn’t liked the bathroom which is small and without shower cabinI didn’t liked the fact that there were some visitors which made a lot of noise in the middle of the night or extremely early in the morning,but this is not the hotel’s faultThere were also some people who booked the seats at the pool early in the morning and they came at the pool at afternoon,so we did not have a place where to stay at the poolAs an overview,it was nice,excepting those little inconvenients

the location was very close to all amenities .We had a garden view apartment which had a lovely seating area .The garden /green area was beauitfully kept a was lovely to walk through.The pool area was small but well mantained and for a week in july was not too noisy or busy, very relaxing

Breakfast was limited for my taste ,Would have liked more of a selection of fruit and yougurtsIm a ceolic so i do bring my own bread.
