Meliá Sunny Beach All Inclusive

Excellent all-inclusive package and a great location, very close to a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, we visited at the end of September, so we couldn’t swim and the weather was quite unpredictable. That said, this was our choice of timing, not a fault of the hotel. The hotel itself is great, and we would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the experience.

Wonderful hotel — very clean, with excellent food, large pools, and a lovely staff.The location is perfect, close to everything.We truly enjoyed our stay!

Staff was friendly, there was a lot of sunbeds and parasol available, water slides were fun, well maintained and always supervised, room was big and food was excellent, with a good variety!

We missed some plugs near the bed, more cheerful music on the pool area (always the same and some very sleepy/down ones), and the entertainment could vary more during the day. The night show on Saturday seemed like a school play with a lot of not well practiced small shows not connected to each other. But overall we had a good stay!

Me and my wife both got food poisoning from their food.And the coffee is actually the worst I have ever had. They only have instant coffee, the milk options are super sweet with no option to not put sugar in..

The food was great, no wait times and tons of choices.Pools are nice.

The beach is quite far from the resort, you have to cross two streets to get to it and it’s in the second line on the beach, so you will never get front sea rows.

Everything was great - great location, a lot of events and games for kids, very good food and clean room and facilities. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

The water in the large pools was pretty cold, my older daughter was shivering after 10 min in the pool. The kids pools were warm enough though.

Rooms are comfortable. No line for dinner or breakfast. Slides are nice for the kids.

Food was very good, it was different almost every day. The hotel has lots of restaurants and bars. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Overall a very good experience.

The pool was very crowded, you couldn't find a free sunbed. Also the water in the pool was very cold.

We had a wonderful family vacation, and everything was just awesome! The hotel is great, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant.Everyone was eager to help with any question or request. The pools are great, lots of music, fun and children facilities. The hotel has a private beach located within 5 min walk, serving drinks, ice cream and panini sandwiches during day. I want to give special thanks to Dara from Reception A – she helped us a lot during our vacation, was very pleasant, and kind!

Good food variety and quality at the all-inclusive buffet, friendly staff, nice family room set-up for our 2-year old, great location with just a short walk down to the beach.

The food was bland and not varied, they closed a restaurant indefinitely and the two left were very crowded

Food, location and facilities were terriffic.

The soap for the showers was across the bathroom and not in the shower. It made cleaning up dangerous. Parking was not available on-site.

Very clean. Food was great with plenty alternatives. The staff did a great job. Beach is close, sand is great.

Pool water was cold for our taste, including the inside one (although better than outside). Kids pool (they have three or four, the one with running water at least) was not heated.

The property was great! Great location in Sunny Beach, amazing rooms and staff, a wide choice of restaurants within the resort. I didn’t really like that their private beach a bit far from the hotel itself, but not that bad.. 10 min walk max!

Unfortunately, myself and my husband (and other people too from what I could see), got food poisoning and I ended up at the hospital (along with other people from the resort).BUT, the staff and the manager were amazing and understood we wanted to check out 2 days prior our official check out date, and managed to get a refund for the 2 nights, which was exceptional! Many thanks for the whole team for sorting this out! I do think the kitchen staff should be in charge in finding out what type of food is infected as many people were bad because of it. It’s such a shame that such a great hotel has such issues.

Excellent service, especially given high number of visitors during the season. All areas are clean, variety of food and non alcoholic beverages, I counted 7 pools (one indoor), during the season it was crowded, but possible to find sunbeds near the pool or on the beach (sometimes it took time though). After 11pm it was quiet, maybe we were lucky with neighbours and pool view windows)) Near the hotel bus station, carefour market, pharmacy located. Overall, nice place to have a vacation

Location

People from parking security was rough from our arrival. Same food everyday and every time was extremely busy. The restaurants are not cleaned properly. Example: the floor was always dirty and sticky.They never changed the bed linen during our stay or any use of vacuum cleaner in the room.Never find a sunbed at the pool or beach (200m away), if you don't put your towel at 6 AM in the morning.Everything is closed at 10PM. Only coffee machine and water dispenser in the hall of each floor. For a 4 stars hotel as they sell it, we expect to have at least a real coffee machine in the room.Empty minibar, not even a bottle of water in the room.This hotel can never be classified as more than 2-3 stars hotelNEVER AGAIN AT THIS HOTEL
