It being cheap I guess?‍♂️

The rooms were outdated and small, no activities whatsoever, the hotel itself was outdated, the staff was alright but for sure not welcoming, the guest were all mostly old people, overall if you are on a budget go for it but isn't the best option for young adults who are there to have fun. And the toilet was making this super annoying fart noise every 15-20 seconds for some reason.

Very good location and clean.

No WiFi in rooms and parking spaces are limited.

The complex is very well located, not far from the beach and not far from the center of Sunny Beach.The breakfast was good, even if it was not very various.The room and the beds are comfortable. 15 leva/24 hrs. for a parking place is a good price for that area.

The bed sheets were nor ironed, when I arrived.A mosquito net, on the balcony door, would have been welcome.

Little small insects is this black but we use spray but is wood around so they are there this is nature is hard influence

+ Warm water was enough (that is not at all hotels).+ Bed was ok.+ Balcony ok.+ Pool Bar and Pool ok.

- No internet at Rooms (very BIG miinus). There were weak internet only reception and pool area and first floor had some.- Already old hotel, but in its Price Category ok.- Not good Breakfast.. No fruits and all sorts are ending very soon.

The pool was big sunbeds a little uncomfortable as they had no padding but otherwise it was good.

AVOID! Spend your money somewhere else if you don't want to challenge your nerves on this hotel! Absolutely terrible!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This hotel used to be well managed but not any more. Very rude receptionists out there demonstrated unpleasant verbally oodles. Restaurant is with very simple and with very little options on the middle of summer. Three tipe of simple food,1watery soup and 3 simple salads. No kids meals here. Don't ask for menu on the summing pool bar. The new boy will tell you to go way and will be verbally abusive! Yes, both boys on the bar could charge different prices for the same drinks including coffee. More important- don't try to complain. There nobody will take that because most of them are related, said somebody from staff. Shocking!!!

We are only satisfied with the location and the pool

The breakfast is very bad, the same situation with the crew. Every morning is the same breakfast without fruit. There is no exchange for money at the hotel, but the list with the reservation details says that the hotel has it. Internet is available only at the reception. At first glance, the room is clean, but when you go to sleep, you can see that the bed linen is not clean. There is no additional shampoo in the bathroom.

Beautifully located hotel surrounded by small park. Good and tasty dinners.Despite the fact that it’s pretty outdated, it was cleaned.

stayed here for last ten years.only 10 mins walk to main centre & 5 mins to beach.lovely pool area.

Location is quiet, has a nice small forest that allows you to stay cool and fresh and you will not need air conditioning in the night. The room were not clean enough but at 22 hours in the night the girls just were so kind to come and clean whatever was not ok. Very hospitable employees, best staff ever met in a hotel. The girl from the reception , she is extremely nice and I want to thank her on this site. One day we had lunch in the hotel restaurant, and it was the cheapest lunch in Sunny Beach and it was very good and tasty, delicious soup and everything we had. The staff forgot to bring us the fries and they were late for about 15 minutes...they were so kind to ask us not to pay for the fries. Of course we payed it was no rush and no problem, just wanted to mention that we travel a lot and this never happened to us in any restaurant on the planet. Never got appologies for being late, never been asked not to pay for food because of this. They offered us free ice cream to compensate even if it was not necessary. The bar near the swimming pool is non-stop open. They serve the cheapest cocktails in Sunny Beach. Try them. The bus station that can take you to the center or to beautyful Neseebar island is just in the back of the hotel. Perfectly situated! So i will recommend this hotel, they clean the rooms every day and they are very polite and nice people. Remember , it is a 3 star hotel and they clean the rooms every day...usually a 3 star hotel NEVER cleans the room!!

breakfast was standard but everything what you need. Very big restaurant, so it wasn´t crowded. Staff was helpful. Location of the hotel is very good, 300 m to the beach, pool area in the hotel excellent, is fact better than dependence where we stayed. Big pool with clean water, surrounded with wood. Next time we book a room in main hotel house, where rooms are larger and everything is more like a hotel. In fact we liked our 16 nights stay very much, very relaxing stay. Dinner was always very tasty, variety of food. We were also several times on lunch, the price was very good - 3 Euro.

The whole hotel area has a big potential and especially older part needs restoration.

Evriting is very good, we enjoyed ourselves. The hotel was weary clean, the food is inaf and tasty.I recommend it to everyone.

Disappointing

I know, that every hotel in sunny beach stops in '80s...but that's bit too much. It was too discousting to get sleep. Sorry but I will never come back and not recommend this place.
