Rome Palace Deluxe - All Inclusive Premium

We had a reservation for 6 days here and everything was amazing! The staff was always smiling, greeting us, and helping with any information we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the Black Sea.The food was very diverse — we enjoyed Mediterranean, Oriental, Italian, and Bulgarian dishes (and the desserts were great too!). Cocktails were well mixed, and you could taste every flavour in them.Parking was included in the price, and their parking lot is big, so everyone can park without any problem.Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We had a great time and will definitely come back to Rome Palace!

We faced a few issues with our booking upon our arrival due to the rooms' descriptions on Booking.The manager Zvezdelina was very helpful and supportive. She is on top of her game, caring and service oriented, so our issues were resolved promptly. It is evident that she is the key person which is raising the bar for the rest of the team.The all-inclusive food is good and we had enough options to choose from.Overall very good value, yet for us it was the hotel manager who made the big difference.Thank you Zvezdelina.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The food and the drinks were good and diverse and enough regardless of the hour we reached. Location is excellent, close to the beach. Friendly staff also.

The pool area is ok but a little small and there was a slight smell coming from the toilet (although we visited only once)

Everything was amazing: the room, the food- good quality, the location was perfect for a family with 2 kids, close to the beach and nice entertainment.

10 min to the beach (Hidden beach). Room was big enough, 30 mp, very clean. Meals at All inclusive was very good, exception was beer and wine (i didnt like these). The meals are also varied, every day another specifics (greek night, bulgarian night etc). The hotel looks very cool in and out. Free parking. Extra activities: a couple of days having great fun with Flamingo group, at night!! Camel park nearby!

The pool was a little small, sunbeds just for 30 pers max. But the sea is near and the water was super ok (august)

Love the stay , the food and the stuff. Entertainment programs every evening , beach is like 7 minutes away. Congrats to chef , really tasty food !

Very nice hotel, amazing staff, everything was perfect from all points of view. All inclusive was excellent. The pool was also very nice. Cleaning service is perfect. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom also clean and huge.

As an all-inclusive resort, it was perfect. The food was well-balanced and offered a variety of options. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your stay without being pressured into activities you didn’t want to do. It was private, clean, and provided an overall great experience. The staff was exceptional, and the animators for the kids deserve special praise as well.

Food variety, everyday cleaning, excellent variety show, close to beach.

Cleaning ladies were so willing to clean the rooms daily, that sometimes they were entering the room even with "Do not disturb" sign on.

The room was clean and nice. The temperature was ideal thanks to the AC. The pool was kinda small, but all in all it was enjoyable.Had a nice show.

First day, one of the slices of bread had mold on it.Second day, the nectarines had mold inside them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rome Palace Deluxe  a wonderful 4-star hotel at Sunny Beach in Bulgaria, and it was a fantastic experience from the beginning to the end of our vacantion, for me and my family ( 2 adults and 2 children). The food was great, with delightful Mediterranean and Bulgarian nights that offered a delicious variety of dishes. The rooms were very big and spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The highlight of the entertainment was the Flamingo Dance Team, who were absolutely fantastic and added a lively vibe to our evening. Almost each night we had disco party for our children.The pool area was well-maintained and a great spot to relax. The beach is not so far between 5 -10 min walking ...is Hidden Beach & Bar. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seaside experience.

The lounge is nice and it is a nice place to enjoy spending some time. From the stuff, from time to time, someone is smiling, but some are not smiling at all. Pretty close to the beach. The area is quiet, compared to the other areas, and we had a big room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel personnel helped me to prepare a surprise for my wedding anniversary (extra cost)

The food was not as expected. I've read many reviews that the food is exceptional. From my point of view, they are using super cheap products. The food is not so we'll prepare, and sometimes without taste. They don't use spices. For breakfast you have many options, but the cheese taste like rubber for example. Close to the room door, there is a button for "Do not Disturb". Although I was pressing the DND button, everyday the cleaning personnel were coming inside the room, when we were still inside. The pool is not so big. Because of the building shape, when there is some wind, it is amplified and many times the carton plate with food was flying around. No inside flip-flops and bathrobes. For the pool bar, the TV was too small if you want to see any sport or something. Near pool area, everyday, from time to time, there is some heavy smell from the sewer system, which is close to the pool area. The hotel is 4* just because of the services, but the all inclusive isn't worth it.

Ok, an honest review.We arrived and were instructed to supply a passport for a 4year old (Bulgarian), which is unheard of. Later it was explained they were wrong and needed a social security number. The receptionists were so unfriendly and cold. One of them was speaking a half decent English and half decent Bulgarian. She was unable to explain. What she actually needs from us. The food, to be quite frank, was bad. It was a mass produced slop. I had chicken noodles that was akin to a bad UK 1am takeout. Please bear in mind this is a 4star hotel and not cheap stay.While you can say there was entertainment and the end of the night. I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it. A stream of staff in different costumes, dancing to one song and then running off. The flamingo, Arabian, Fans, a Gladiator scene, while it sounds nice, it was like being bombarded by a 14 year olds dance rehearsal.Breakfast was a similar mass production of slop. I had a cappuccino which was so wrong I had one sip, laughed and passed it to my wife who nearly spat it out it was so bad.The reception staff were so cold and unfriendly it was laughable.
