Location and size of the room

Lack of variety of the food, swiming pool is dirty(they have cleaned only with a sponge mop), trip hazards almost at every step, lack of investemnt and repairs

The barkeeper in the morning and the cleaning maid were friendly.

The food, WIFI was bad, very dirty and the personal was not professional.

The staff was vey kind, even offered to provide us lunch after we checked out

This is a budget family resort. I would not recommend this for young/single couples unless you are ok with a ton of kids playing and yelling around.

Staff was good, the barman was amazing - the tall and slim one! He needs a raise! :)

The food was cold every day, pasta was cold and when we came with that to the chef he started looking angry at us and wasnt very Nice. Yet the food was still cold.Rooms were dirty, the AC wasnt working properly.The pool was very dirty, not even the lifeguard cleaned it.

The property is offers a good value for money. The people at the reception and the room attendance are super friendly.

My only complaint is the food at the restaurant and the restaurant itself. The food choice is limited. Not much vegetarian choices. The restaurant is too small for all the guests - tables are located very close to each other.

Wonderful, clean and peaceful place! Nice, friendly and very kind stuff! Varied and delicious food. Definitely recommend this hotel! Great value for money! :)

Close to the beach

Everything, the food was terrible. Everything was drowning in oil sometimes even vegetables. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the whole building needed maintenance. Even the swimming pools had lots of hair and garbage in them. Could barely use them.

The food was disappointing, it was repetitive and almost couldn't find anything that I like. The line to the one meal freshly cooked was very long.

Great location, the beach is within a few minute walk. Great pools, both are suitable for children and adults. Good food selection, vegetables and fruits tasted great, meet and pasta selection were average. Bar serves drinks, ice cream, snacks, as part of all inclusive. Animators were great, many options for children (darts, ping pong, pool games, evening disco, painting, etc). Plenty of staff during the meals, plates are replaced quickly. All staff were nice, although many didn't speak English. But they were always quick and efficient!

No sound insulation in the room. You can hear the neighbors and people walking in the stairs as if the door was open. And its pretty loud when someone flushes the toilet above your room. This is mostly a problem in the mornings and evenings. Rooms are okay, but you can see all the minor fixes they did over the years. The room is a bit outdated and sometimes the fixes were poorly done (loose lamps, connectors, cracked tiles, etc). The rooms are indicated as 2+2, but if the sofabed is open, there is barely enough space to open the balcony door. A shower or at least a foot washing option next to the pools would be extremely useful. This would also be useful when coming back from the beach with sandy feet and a quick wash outside would prevent sand building up in the rooms. It would also decrease dirt in the pools.

Food and drinks

Location of room. The room was no what was advertised.

availability of two swimming pools, a clean room with a balcony and a clothes dryer. water in the room, good cleaning. Complete nutrition: fruits, vegetables, meat. Snacking between meals. Pleasant employees at the reception (especially Denis). Not far from the beach.

expensive parking for hotel guests. Some sweets and pastries. The bartender at the round pool in an orange T-shirt is untidy, aggressive and does not meet the standards of the hotel.

Price value was excellent, food was decent and staff were friendly

The location was great, close to the beach (about a 3 minute walk). The pools and the pool bar were really great. The rooms were nice, there were cleaning services everyday, providing new towels and bedsheets every 2 days, without having to request them.The food was ok, nothing wrong with it, but it wasn't anything wow. For the price, it was good.

The food wasn't all that diverse.The worst part ere the pillows, they were EXTREMELY soft it made sleeping on them quite difficult.The overall aspect of the hotel was quite outdated.

Verry large apartament, with 2 double beds and 2 balconies. Nice pools,close to the beach.

Not many choices of food, especialy at breakfast. Bad coffee,wi fi awful, drinks like in Bulgaria :).

Clean room

Horrible food and restaurant service!

The staff was very friendly, from the reception lady to the cleaning personal. The room is cleaned daily by some ladies and they always ask if you need anything more. The pool(s) were awesome and the music was good.

The food and drinks was standard for all inclusive - I can't say I did not liked it but I kind of expected something else after reading the reviews. We had a room with 4 beds and one of them was kind of too little - we were 4 adults. Our room was not like in the pictures. Sometimes the hotel seems old but the furniture was not broken. Overall we managed to have a good stay. The parking spots were full and we needed to park somewhere else.

The staff was very nice, they resolved every complaint The manager, Emi, was always present

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- HEALTH AND SAFETY DANGER

We originally booked this hotel because it looked great for a 3 star from the pictures. When we got to the hotel, there was no one at reception. I called the hotel's number as stated on Booking and an extremely rude man picked up without "Hello", but with a "Yes, what?" to which I asked "There is no one at reception, is it possible someone could check us in?". The reply I received was "I'm not there, I don't know, wait and someone will come", after which he hung up the phone straight away before I could even reply...The moment we set foot outside the reception we were in shock. None of the pools, neither the garden looked even close to anything like the photos. The pool tiles were green from dirtiness, the tiles on the ground were uneven, and there were napkins flying around the whole pool area and in the water, and there were no cleaners or maintanance people to be seen the whole two days that we stayed there. The only thing which was nice about the room was the AC. The paint on the walls were crumbling and all of my bags were white. Our friends' bedsheets had yellow stains on them and black long hairs. When we went to dinner, we thought it would be better, but we were appauled. I'm not going to comment on the dinner options, as I have attached a picture which says enough on its own.We were also surprised to find out that everything was closed by 21:00 sharp, all the food was removed. We were not informed of the dinner times upon check in.The second day, our rooms were "cleaned". When i say cleaned, I mean the bedsheets were not changed, just straightened. I know they were not, because the first day when I did my make-up a drop of my foundation went on my bedsheet, and the second day it was still there. Our friends' bedsheets were changed, but you will see what they were changed with in the pictures attached.. They had black marks on their pillowcases.
