very clean, the outside (pools, gardens, etc) are fantastic. 3 pools, 2 slides. on-site actives for kids and adults. spacious apartments. very nice staff.

horrible beds, really the worst ones I have had for some time now. the rooms are somehow outdated - needs re-polishing.

It is our first time in Premier Fort Sands Resort, we have been in the same complex but staying at Prestige Sands Resort(6 times before-with meals at the same restaurant). Likes:- games area that was available all day (kids had a blast there)- water slides- 1 double bed + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed in one bedroom flat- improved the “show” area, too bad it has taken off the nice view- amused check in clerks when we said if earlier to check in is ok (30min early), nice gift for the kids though.- great food (although the variation of food has decreased - 2 years ago it was way better!), mostly ok although reuses meats go to “soups” but with increased attention as to using them while they are not altered! Great soups by the way!- cleaning (9/10 at arrival, not had a change of sheets although we stayed for 6 nights and it should have been changed once - maybe organise this better dear MANAGER)- some welcome teas….having a small kitchen and a washing machine.

- cleaning ladies only mopped once in 7 days (did not hoover), only changed the towels we left on the floor withouth hooveribg the sand off the floors or mopping on the other days.- we received a room behind the water slides and there was noone overseing the fact that there were kids hsing them even ar 21-22-23.00 hours, jumping over the gates!- we were not told at the reception that we had one “a la carte dinner” included- no sheets change although we left the “make up my room” sign hanging on our 3rd day(at the middle of the stay)- water in the pools is freezing! We stayed 27.08-02.09…. Freezing as never! Must install a pool heating system! Just invest some$$$$!- animation team…. Please guys, you must try harder! Boys are ok but most of the girls are more interested in what they feel/how they look, seem ashamed of doing this job….they had a very sad face when doing yoga or being with the kids,or at adults activities….this is awful, I refused to let the kids with such sad people! (The tall and a bit fuller girl is quite ok, the skinny ones, omg-just do something else!)- food is mostly tastefull but…. Please pass this to the chef in the main restaurant: please, pretty please STOP putting sauces on meats! There are kids with allergies, people with illnesses that are not allowed to have sauce! Just leave the meat plain and put the sauce on a side! I only had salmon that was not with sauce on top. Could not have chicken drumstick,fish,etc because they put sauce on it(and no note on what the sauce is made of). Maybe I don’t like sauce. Would have appreciated plain fish!- last days the girls in main restaurant started questionin people about bracelets(we were there a long time and they knew our faces!), felt like doind something wrong for being early to lunch! ????- chaiselongues are terrible. And way tooooooo many! Just organise the stuff to put some on piles. More than half are empty and there is no room to go on/off of them!

Amazing location, just next to the beach! Great food, quite a variety. The food changed every day having different thematics i.e. Italian Night., Chinese Night... The apartment we rented had a balcony overseeing the sea, and the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff were extra helpful, and they responded promptly to all our requests. We received a complementary cake and shampagne to celebrate an important event for us. We loved all the outdoor activities organised for adults and children.

Tasty and varied breakfast

No cleaning every morning, no picking up the rubbish.At breakfast if you can't go down to the restaurant or you want to eat in your room you can't because the hotel policy doesn't allow you to take your food, for which you pay 16 euro/day, to your room.No bathroom cleaning products for each person in the roomIf you did not pay for the all inclusive and want to have dinner at the hotels restaurant you have to pay 35 euro.

Food was plenty and varied from day to day. Decent quality.The room was clean and had all we needed: iron, ironing board, kettle, electric stove, fridge, AC, hair dryer.There was also a washing machine which proved very useful for our longer stay. The room was cleaned everyday.The staff was helpful and welcoming with a minor exception, detailed below.The pools and water slides were great for the kids.They organized a lot of activities for kids.

Our soap in the room finished after 4 or 5 days; we asked for another and the reception said it is not possible... Say whaaat??!I did not like the smell of the liquid shower gell/shampoo. It was the most horrible smelling one I have seen. This should be more neutral. There was a free dinner offered which we had to book at one of the restaurants they offered. We wanted to book it on Monday evening, and found out on Saturday that Sunday and Monday are not working days for those restaurants; also, we had to book one day in advance, so Saturday was also not possible. I don't know if it was true. I just accepted and went on, I had plenty of food anyway. But it left me wondering what else could I have tried and missed.I didn't like that Russian tourists are allowed to come. I would simply forbid them in the country.Lastly, maybe it was bacteria/viruses from the sea, from the food, from the tables or from all of them. But for 3 days out 7 I had a crazy amount of vomit and bad stools. Since none in the group had it as well, I have no idea what caused it and it is unfair to blame the hotel. They were cleaning the tables after everyone and the food seemed mostly fine. But you can imagine it left me void of the good feeling. I've heard many roumors about waste water being dumped in the sea. If true, that might be it. But I can only suspect.

The hotel is located very close to the beach and has 3 swimming pools (with slides ) which is so good if you have kids, everything is close and you don’t need to go for a long distance. Food is very good, you have a variety of options and is very tasty! Everything is clean and you have a feeling that you are at home.

Wi-Fi connection is very bad.

Excellent facilities huge bedroom staff very helpful. Food was good.

Cleaners very loud at 9am every morning. Little bit of a walk to sunny beach.

There are wide varieties of delicious foods (breads, rice, pasta, soups, meats, fish, saladas, fruits, cakes, ice-creams, and so on) every day. We stayed three days with full-board, but we enjoyed different kinds of meals every time.

Coffee is complimentary only for in the morning.

Exceptional staff especially in the Tasty restaurant, so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing hats off to the Chef. Superb experience. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Maybe a little bit far from the main strip, but that has its positives too

Hotel is situated in the north part of the resort, a bit far from the center of Sunny Beach. The stay was nice. We enjoyed the pool, the close beach and the closed parking. Large studio, equipped with everything you would need for your stay.

Even though the room is equipped with the expected necessities, they are cheap/basic models. Even the furniture is visibly old and frail. The walls are thin (we could hear our "neighbors" when they went to the bathroom..). The beach in front is small, but for some reason the sunbeds are almost double the price here, compared to the central beach (24lv vs 13 lv)

The pool and proximity to the beach are excellent. The daytime activities were fun. We didn't participate as much in the evening but others seemed to like the entertainment. We like the proximity to Nessebar. The food was diverse enough for our family. The supermarket on the property was convenient. The apartments and balconies are large and well equipped.

The music by the pool with slides was too loud at times.

The WI FI was horrible in the first two days.The hot water boiler was empty so quickly, we didn’t have water for all three of us.The doctor didn’t wear gloves on consulting.

The pools, the rooms were clean, diversity of food. Personal is exceptionally respectful with clients.

Althought the food is diverse, we’ve found few things that were actually tasty. Maybe it is just me.
