Mercury Hotel- All Inclusive

The location offered excellent value for the price. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Our room was quite spacious.

The beds were uncomfortable, and some of the room furniture and accessories were in a state of disrepair; for instance, a cabinet was deteriorating, and several lamps were non-functional. The food was satisfactory but not exceptional, as we had anticipated greater quality. Overall, the hotel is in need of renovation.

I liked the room, it was big and clean with a big balcony and we had somewhere to put our wet clothes. The food was good and varied every day.

The pool was cold for the children's.

Evertthing was ok . Food excelent . Very big room. Location is great. Staff was friendly .

the hotel was smelling really bad when u were entering. not worth the money, the food was horrible, not fresh, when something was out the wouldn’t bring anything, the food wasn’t enough for how many people they had.

I don't know how this hotel is rated with 4 stars, 3 stars at best. The room had mold, and the kids bed was broken, there is mold in the bathroom.The food was horible, if you are romanian don,t go to this hotel, they treat you bad.Breakfast the same every day, scrambeld eggs were horible (i don't know how you can mess up, scrambeld eggs)

Food ok but could of had better choise fridge in room door was broken staff very rude at times . When we arrived we had 2 rooms booked entered are rooms to find double beds in both rooms as four lads. That wasn't going to work they sorted it out in half an hour if they would have looked at booking they would have seen that i had asked for single beds

The room's size, the swimming pool, and it's near to everything (bus station, beach, etc.) The woman at the reception was very friendly and kind.

The bed was not comfortable. The food was terrible. The plates and silverware were dirty, and the floor also. The food was not various. The coffee was just with white sugar (no honey, brown sugar or sweetening).

Location, big room and balcony.

Room with cockroaches. Queue for food every time, few seats waiting for the table to be vacated. Guests mostly Romanian gypsies and from Soviet countries. They were noisy, they stole all the fruit in 15 minutes, there was nothing left for other guests. The seam of the kitchen tries its best, but from a small budget it really doesn't have a chance to make quality food. Constantly chicken or turkey wings, pork knees and only toast bread. If you wanted a different pastry, you always had to come among the first guests, because they do not complement the food. For me, this is definitely not a four-star hotel but a worse three. I wouldn't come back. I had a better three star hotel in Bulgaria.

Air-conditioning unit leaking water in the room all the time when you run it and because of that the wall and the carpet was wet and we have bad small in the room.The bulb light from the entrance in the room was broken . We found a bikini in the garderobe ?Support in the bathroom lose Door from the fridge broken The linen in the first 3 days have scratch on it. ... Food under expectation

The bed was comfortable.The room was big enough for 2 adults with one toddler to play in.the staff was very polite (some of them) and welcomed us with champagne and big smiles and responded to every request we had (even if the response was that they cannot help us) :)At this price, the hotel was positioned on a quite street (compared to the hotels that were closer to the beach).

The fun activities were missing. There were no animators or thematical evenings or tourist parties...So basically, nothing advertised.From one of the rooms, a phone cable was changed with one faulty one....the original cable went missing and the staff could not help.The breakfast was identical each day. After 2 days everything seem boring with no options.The rest of the meals were repeating every 2 days...more or less. The biggest issue was that all the food was cooked with food enhancements (vegeta) or dripping in oil or mayo sauce and was not suited for kids.The worst thing that happened was that in the last day, the hotel change the policy to 2 drinks per person....after 25 minutes I was not allowed to order anything else. The reasons for this change was "out of ice" but they were not serving drinks without ice outside this 2 drink policy and "to much consumption".Also, the drinks were local.One of the elevators crashed in the 4th day and was not fixed.One of the room had an issue with the AC, we changed it after one night and the new room was dirty, with dust everywhere and spider web in the remote places.Another fun thing to mention. The pool access is available until 18.00 o'clock but we also encountered the situation in which previous to the closing hours, the staff decided to put cleaning solutions in the pool ( with a glass, without any measurement or logic to what they were doing). The distance to the beach was around 7 minutes on foot..so that was not a big issue but some of the rooms were street positioned.
