- Very cloae to the beach and shops.Very good food.
- We traveled as a family of four and stayed for four nights. The staff is polite, helpful, and hardworking. The cleaning staff was especially friendly—they knocked almost daily at the door and offered to change the towels and take the garbage. The hotel is okay. The room was in decent condition and clean. They have balconies where you can relax or enjoy a drink. The air conditioner worked, there was hot water, and we didn’t have any problems with the appliances. The room also had cutlery and plates, although you don’t really need them. The hotel has three buildings: the main one with 14 floors, and two smaller ones. We were in one of the smaller buildings. The free parking was a huge plus for us—they have a decently sized parking lot, and most of the spots are in the shade, which is nice. The reception area is nice and clean. They also have a gaming corner with some arcade games, air hockey, table football, and others. The food was decent, especially the sweets. Drinks were okay as well. The best part about this hotel is its location—very close to the beach and in the center of Sunny Beach, near everything: stores, an amusement park, restaurants, and more. Being in the center and having free parking is a big plus.Another great value is the aquapark. For kids, it matters a lot. The slides were working, and they do have a lifeguard. You can have some fun there, but be careful—some guests tend to exaggerate a bit. It’s a good option for middle-class families or couples without very high expectations. All in all, it was a nice experience. Don’t expect the food to be a “culinary experience”—it’s not five-star Michelin. It’s just decent all-inclusive food, and you’ll surely find something you like.
- Location, friendly reception stuff, good size appartement
Cons -
- TV to old
- The only disadvantage or negative part I could find was the fact that in full season, dinners and lunches can be a little crowded, there are a lot of guests and not a lot of tables, although they do have space in the yard. An investment in another paved area in the garden with 10, 15 tables would be a huge improvement for the hotel. We had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes with plates in hand to find a table one evening, wich isn't very pleasant.
- Except the reception stuff the rest of the stuff were very lazy and frustrated as is someone is holding them to work by force.

breakfast lunch pool
hotel very out dated dinner was appalling not enough sitting for capacity bathroom things broken not replaced how they should be. restaurant badly supervised
Food, location, great for kids
It could be little bit more clean ?
The pool was good, the water slides also! In the room good but very old, the food not the best but you can choose something to eat, good coktails, and changing the towels every day.
Beds are too unconfortable, dirty on the pool, only one wc near the restaurant, the restaurant is too small for so many people and at the first day you cannot use the all inclusive till 14, so you need to go out to eat something.
Only the cleaners of the room were good
EverythingThe food was inedible The staff were rude Drinks watered down Slides closed when they felt like it
The food, the pool and the very friendly and helpful staff. The free parking lot and location.
The slides need fixing, they scratch your back and tear the bathing suits. The furniture in the rooms was very old and it smelled badly and I didn’t like the beds, the matresses kept sliding and this was very uncomfortable.
We stayed twice in July in Iskar Hotel, this time we booked a double room in the higher building. This room was smaller compared with the one in the smaller building. We had the view on the pool and the city. The service and food were very good, the value for the price is very good.
It was OK. Friendly staff, decent food. Parking is free. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It is clean and tidy.
The activities led by two really hard working animaters aladin and dido
The cleanliness of the pool
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel, in different rooms (and also different buildings) because our reservation for 3 nights was cancelled due to overbooking. This review is for the studio (larger room) in the small building. The room is very spacious, it was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. The meal (all inclusive) was very good and also the drinks. The hotel is located very near to the beach. The pool is very nice, with water slide and also the garden. The hotel has its own private parking which is very good. Overall the price for the value was very good.
The restaurant is a little bit small for the all tourists in the hotel when it is fully booked.
Such a cute place! Great all inclusive service, small water park, and very nice staff. Very nice surprize for the price.
Only beds I guess
The room was big and clean, but very, very old. The location was so close to the beach.Free parking.
The food and drinks was terrible! The tastes of drinks was different between restaurant and pool bar, at the pool bar they were worse.Even if on the program were cookies, icecream and etc between meals, they were completely absent. This is NOT full inclusive!!! It's just a joke! The swimming pool was dirty. This is not a three stars hotel with all inclusive, it is a 2 starts hotel with a mockery!NOT RECOMMENDED! Especially, don't go there with kids!
The location was good
Parking space was not avaiable when i went there so I had to pay extra for parking, not a good experiance
Good water pressure for the shower. The water slides and pool were great when open but slides only open 11-4:30, and pool only open 9-6! Don’t stay here for those amenities alone as they close so early!
For the price paid ($330 per night for a family of 7) the value was terrible.1. rooms were clean but felt like cheap dorm rooms with old flimsy mattresses. There was no laundry facility in the entire hotel. There was a small clothes drying rack on your balcony. You could hear everything through the walls and down the halls. The elevator was barely large enough for an adult and a small stroller to fit inside.2. All Inclusive label was very misleading. No food at the beach, in between snacks were reheated dry pizza which was attacked by crowds of people and demolished in seconds. “ice cream”was cheap tiny popsicles limited to one per person. The drinks were given in tiny disposable cups from the bar. the food choices, as other reviews states were VERY limited and repeated every day. the meat was all the cheapest quality. you will need to survive on carbs if you don’t want an upset stomach. Very disappointing food considering the price paid. “juices” were artificially flavored dispensers with cheap drinks at breakfast. We went out for dinner one evening. The best thing about the buffet was the fruit which was in season and delicious.3. the environment around the hotel seemed like a cross between Branson Mo and Las Vegas. The walk to the beach is far, and contrary to the hotel’s site they do not provide beach chairs, only pool chairs. NO POOL TOWELS or beach towels provided by the way. Constant blaring of disco music ruins the environment.4. Staff could barely speak English and those who could were short and rude. If you ask a question they would just say “I don’t know” There is no concierge, they couldn’t even direct us to information about local activities. And no toiletries in the bathrooms. And no hair dryer.Overall we would have been better off staying somewhere else for a fraction of the cost and eating out every meal but breakfast.Be aware that Sunny Beach as an area is very touristy in a seedy way. clubbing and drinking is the main activity it seems.
I liked the french fries served at every meal of the day??seriosly guys can you cook somwthing else the patatos??? I almost starved!! Thank God that are restsurants near by
Well i can write a book about this..but i ll keep it short..the furniture was awfull, the elevator was always busy, i was at the 9th floor. Food was awfull and recooked or reserved the other day or more..3 types of fruits everyday..2 types of salads served in the morning in the afternoon and dinner, one or 2 types of chees!! i had to stay in line for like 30 to 40 min to be able to get some food cause the restaurant is so small and then find an ampty table, animation was water polo every day from 11 to 12 and some music from 3 to 4 pm, rest of the day way silent, one animator looked like he was begging for money! Guys!!! Pay your staff good if you want quality! The waterslides are wonderfull but fix them cause i broke my pants and the lifeguard was closing them at 4 :25 cause the program was untill 4:30.the drinks were great black water was ment to be cola no sparkles anywere. My beds were broken, both of them, the towels were older then me, and i am 40?.The shower was smaller then my ass... And i am underweight. I had a bad experience. I am disappointed. It was not worth the drive and the money! Thank you
The location was in the main entertainment district of Sunny Beach. The 2-room (NOT 2-bedroom!) apartment was spacious.
This is a very out-dated hotel in need of a serious updating. The mattresses were always sliding off the bed frames if you moved too much... just the furniture, door frames, beds, fridge, kitchenette were all old and need replacing. The elevators were very slow, which meant we had to take the stairs from time to time with our twin 5-year-olds.The all inclusive is just not worth staying at this hotel for. You're better off eating at restaurants. The soft drinks tasted like carbonated water - the cola was just brown soda water. Only 1 or 2 dishes from each meal tasted ok, the rest were not good. The coffee was also either instant or low quality. At snack time, even though they have published times for snacks, they are not always available. When they run out, you're told to wait, say, 10 minutes. Then when they put them out, a crowd of guests take them all, then there is nothing again for another length of time. And when we got a snack, they were cheap and awful tasting.Parking is just a few spots located on concrete and the rest is on grass. It's ok if it doesn't rain (which it didn't for us). And it looks like they have very few spots for the number of rooms they have. Before you consider choosing this hotel, look at other options first.
The fastest check in i have ever seen. Thanks to the manager and reception. The young guy and the manager were very helpful. The room was good with perfect view. The location is also great. There is also aqua park which is entertaining. The foods are also very tasty. It is my 8th visit in Sunny Beach and Hotel Iskar was the best. I will be back ?.
The wifi was not stable.
location
good and drinks were terrible. very outdated property.
