Secrets Sunny Beach Resort and Spa

It exceeded my expectations, great place to enjoy a holiday. After 2 days I felt recharged as I was staying for 1 week. Friendly staff. Plenty of space. The vibe was so good it overpassed any other little picky detail I might have been annoyed by. If there was any. Recommended the place to all my friends.

Staff were excellent and the facilities were excellent

Food was maybe 3 star and the entertainment was very poor. Latin dancers on for 40 mins only.

Breakfast was very good, for every taste and preference. The other meals were good, too.Excellent pools and jacuzzi on the property. Private beach with long chairs and umbrellas included.

Very low in alcohol cocktails. A lot of ice, many artificial flavors and syrups, but insignificant quantities of alcohol.

- the food was decent but not great, and could have a bigger variety - the lunch felt more like a snack(and was actually served in the snack restaurant, not the main one), very little variety and very few meat options- the pool water was extremely cold (much much colder than the sea water)- fusion restaurant didn’t have outdoor seating, and all the themed parties were fully indoors (not great during a pandemic)- checkout a bit too early (11am) - one of the few places I’ve been to where checkout is not at 12

Large suite, people from restaurant kind and helpful.

The cleaming maid forgot one day to put towels and another day to replace the small bottles of water because probably noticed that we did not drink any juice or beer. Lift for 13th floor where oir suite was located was a nightmare. Once we waited 10 minutes to get a free elevator to get down. When we arrived the guy from reception held us a lot because I made the booking for a suite of 3 persons but only a single person was listed, my name. And he wanted to simulate in case additional persons are addef if the price is changing. Food is acceptable but cannot be compared with some other all inclusive locations like for instance hotels on turkish coast of Antalya.

The location was great. Right on the beach with a great view.

The food was poor and not so much of variety. The staff was Ok, but most of them do not speak English properly so is quite difficult to Comunicate with them.

Beautiful place with a great large room and nice sea view - almost every room actually has sea view. Good food and fresh drinks all the time. Friendly and super helpful staff. Overall a quiet and relaxing place. Nice entertainment program between 9:30 and 11:00, and basically little need to exit the resort. The infinity pools are simply spectacular.

The beach is kind of small, so when the hotel is fully booked you'll have to get there pretty early (around 7:00 - 7:30) to actually catch a pair of sunbeds.The elevators were kind of slow and poor quality.Not sure if we should have paid extra for the parking, probably should have been included in the price of the room.

Clean, friendly, relaxing

We have been delighted with our stay! The food was plentiful and delicious, the staff was kind and happy, the view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Excellent location, further away form the crowded part of Sunny beach but still within a walking distance form the central part. Very friendly staff. Very spacious rooms, clean and well maintained. Excellent facilities. The beach was very clean.

Difficult to find sunbeds because most of them were "booked" by guest leaving their towels very early in the morning. The variety of food offered for each meal was great, but people with food intolerances can find it difficult to find what to eat as some of the meals are not properly labeled and there are no alternatives for guests with food intolerances.

The food variety, cleanness, gym. The staff was amazing, from the reception desk to the lifeguards and cleaning personnel. The hotel has a great view in the morning as well as in the evening, with all its rooms oriented towards the seaside. The rooms are very spacious, the coffee at the lobby bar is very nice as well as the cocktails served there and and the pool bar.The gym is top notch comparable to 5 stars hotels in The Middle East.

The toilet on the beach may require a bit of upgrade, someone to watch over it during the day.

Simply splendid - the variety of food, facilities and cleanliness. Fantastic, really, it is a five-star venue.Additionally, having the opportunity to spend vacation in adults only facility was fabulous. I was able to rest far away from unwanted noise.

The only real disadvantage is the WiFi. I was having a hard time connecting to the WiFi on the beach. Also, at the room's balcony it was almost impossible to have an uninterrupted internet call. It's a real pitty.

The service in this Hotel was exceptionl; perhaps the best I have ever experienced on the Black Sea Coast. That particularly applies to the Restaurants - the guys were impeccable. Here I would like to say a special "thank you" to Borislav, who was in our opinion the "King of Service" :)

The WiFi was unstable all the time.

Rooms were great, the view, the food was pretty various, cleaning was good.

Pool bar closing at 18:00, not so many umbrellas ( specially by the beach ), alchool is not the best quality, pool temperature was cold

We had the suite, which was huge, very comfy bed and even the sofa, very clean, the view was great (on the seaside), it was very easy and fast getting to the beach from the pool area so I don’t think that a bar on the beach is necessarily in my opinion. Very good and various food, with lots of choices to choose from (especially salads and cheese and fruits). We also felt the 5th star esperience with the small details — booties of water, botled wine and great services from the staff — everyone was very nice. Would definately come back.

The fact that there was no party or dancing scene/area, the music at the pool was kind of low and the beach was quite, Even if it is Adults only the place is maybe not the best for young people.

Everything is perfect. It is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good. The beach and the pools are clean. I am fascinated.

Nothing except that there are not enough umbrellas at the beach and early in the morning are occupied.

The pool is huge and there is enough space around. The staff were very kind. I have seen a few not really good reviews about the food but I couldn't find so big difference comparing to other five stars all inclusive hotels around the world. I found everything delicious especially soups, salads and fruits, maybe they can increase a bit the variety of desserts, sea food dishes and mains in the lunch menu. There are three a la carte restaurants where I believe everyone could find something to satisfy their taste. It's a five star hotel after all... The beds are comfortable and the hotel is very clean. We will be back for sure and I am not saying that very often :))I liked the entertainment and the massage in the spa was great.

The umbrellas around the pool and on the beach are little bit small I think if two people want to stay in a shade from time to time.

Staff were great, although some had little English they done their best.

No double beds, even after asking twice. The hotel said they were fully booked and thats why there were none.Just had a big sheet over 2 singles that weren't interlocked together. Only bad thing about the room.

Very good

The staff, the hotel, beach and pool were excellent, the only inconvenient was that around the pool and the beach there was no music.. and the show bar (club) is closing very early, 11 pm, even thou the hotel is 18+.

I enjoyed everything from the service to the entertainment. The view from the balcony was amazing, the room very clean and spacious, the food was delicious
