Calypso Hotel - All Inclusive

I liked that I can get ice creams for children every day, every hour. Very delicious food. The beds are very comfortable, sheets were changed every 3 days.

The bartender didn’t smile not once all weekend. The one of receptionist was very moody, every time she showed that isn’t pleased with guests. There a lots people who love to yell, dance, sing at night.

The room was large and the parking well located.

Lovely hotel, small, clean, great location. The life guard stood out as being personable and on the ball. The receptionist when we arrived was very pleasant.

Food was not good. Breakfast was fine but lunch and dinner were not great. Myself and my family skipped lunch and ate out most nights.

Everything, from the room to the food and the amenities. We had a problem with the air conditioning in a room and they offered us a new one as soon as we announced.

The staff was great, pool is quite big and clean, ac works good, you can smoke on the balcony, free table tennis

Poor Wi-Fi

No wifi connection! I know, you don’t go to holiday to stay on line, but when the only way to conect is this one, it’s a problem…the staff…be aware when you make the reservation…i have made a res for my mom but at the res was a big issue…btw, thank you, the gent from the front office which was kind enough to pass his personal tel for me to speak with my mom

Overall very nice, the staff friendly, room and facilities clean. Salads were fresh.The pool was big enough, always clean, and well maintained.Easy to reach the beach, 7 minutes walk.

The soups and main dishes were a bit too oily.

The room was spacious and clean. The meals were variated. They have a bar near the pool with drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) and snacks like pizza, french fries, salad. The distance from the hotel to the Old Town is about 3.5 km. We took the bus (2 stations) and it was 2 leva - one ride. You can also walk (35-40 min). The hotel parking in 10 leva/day.

Our room was above the terrace and we could hear the music with the door closed. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn t great.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was nice. The pool bar was open till late at night and you could have grabbed as many drinks as you wanted.

The wi-fi in the room was non-existent, you could only catch some in the lounge. The cooked food was mediocre and didn't taste nice at all, except the fruits, veggies and sweets.

Is a good hotel for a family ( we stayed there with our 4 year old child), the staff was very nice, the room was clean and the food was good, and also the bar was open for every drink that we wanted. It's very close to the beach like 10 minutes walking. It was our 3rd trip to Sunny Beach, but to be honest, this hotel is no 1?, it exceeded my expectations.

Cozy hotel with nice and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and the furniture is comfortable. Food is tasty and the variety is good. There is a nice chill zone with great atmosphere.

There were ants on the balcony, the food selection was small, far from the center of the city

The hotel was cozy and very clean. Staff was helpful. Location is good - 10 min walk to the beach. 25 min to Sunny Beach centre, but u can use also a bus or a tourist train. Good variety of meals. Nice are to go round.

All was fine, except we needed to pay 10 leva a day for the parking.

Hotel was nice, staff at reception and in dining room kind, rooms looks good and were clean. Every day was at lunch or dinner something new, breakfast was perfect

WiFi connection dnes not work in any of room, only at downstairs near to the reception but with problems and slow.Desserts at lunch or dinner were not very tasty as well as pork meat

We got welcomed by a great staff member very friendly, polite staffthe rooms are very clean and spacious with big balcony, the food was great , great variety, lots of fresh fruits, salads, healthy and big choice of many main courses, big swimming pool the beach is very near easy to find the hotel should be 4 stars many thanks to Tihomir Dinev at reception and all the friendly staff and professional management the service and facilities exceed expectations and price
