Definitely not a 5 star hotel.I don't know why is rated like that..They have no valley no bellman..!!!Its getting older it needs a renovation..But again for Sunny Beach it was a good experience.Thanks to the stuff..!!!

2nd time staying her for our holiday with 2 kids. Nice big room, clean, with free WIFI, small fridge, and BIG smart tv. The breakfast was basic but ok, nice swimming pool with free sunbeds, free parking, 500 m close to the beach, friendly staff!

The coffee and juices served at breakfast are very poor quality,

It was at the end of the summer season and we were alone in the hotel. They offered us studios instead of rooms, and we were positively surprised. Very nice and spacious studios and apartment.

Great facilities - beautiful architecture, spacious studio, professional and friendly staff, very clean. The architectural style and exterior design of the yard contribute to the feeling of coziness, peace and relaxation. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was really nice and i'm a picky person. The room we staid in was huge, it had a kitchenette and wide screen tv. the bathroom was nice and clean, the shower didn't flood and the ventilation system worked well. the beds are a little on the hard side but not at all uncomfortable. the mattress seems better quality then the usual stuff you find in Bulgaria. the ac worked, nice balcony area with chairs and a table. it's not super close to the beach, but that was not an issue for us. it's a 8 min walk and the nearest beach was great, soft sand nice shallow water. to get to nesebar old town you just have to walk 400m to the train stop - they have little trains that take you to old town. the staff were lovely, especially our concierge. great value for money too, i would come back for sure. oh, and we had free parking which was great.

the only thing missing would be some cutlery in the kitchen - a couple spoons, forks and a knife would be great. but that's just nitpicking

The pool was very clean and the staff was very nice. We had 2 apartaments at the second floor, who were comunicating through a huge terase. That was thery nice.

The fridge in the restaurant should be filled with a variuos soritments of beer, local and non local producers.

Clean Rooms, good Personal. Have solution for all you need. The best view in Halkidiki

The main thing is that there's no good way to guarantee your parking space, we never had an actual issue with parking but it is an anxiety inducing experience. There was some sand on the couch from the previous visitors The reception was not 24/7 they left at 11PM at which point there's no one to turn to for anything

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is great. Its very clean & tidy. It's a great place if your a solo traveller, and want to relax by the pool as I did, for families who will need restaurants close by, a shallower pool area for children, the beach is close by too (5 minute walk), and if your younger, and want the night life, its a short walk from the clubs and bars too. Absolutely loved my stay here, so much that I extended my stay!

Difficult to answer this. The owners, management and staff could not have been more helpful. Perhaps serving food during the day would be good, but, guests seem to be out most of the day so, it wouldn't be economical. There is a restaurant next door that seem to have a good relationship with the hotel, you can order food from there, and the hotel staff wont have a problem with you eating around the pool area.

It was near to the sea, the rooms were clean, they cleaned it every day. The hotel were nice and clean, the receptionist was very kind he waited for us to arrive even at midnight. They have a nice, big pool.

The breakfast was boring, we had to eat the same thing every day. When we booked it it was continental breakfast but in fact we had to choose between 5 options. The waitress who gave us breakfast was very nice and kind, but usually she made mistakes with the orders.

Really nice and comfortable apartmanhouse, 5 min from the beach. The receptionist was kind and helpful, speaks english well. Very clean and big apartman with a kitchen, airconditioning and balcony in both of the rooms. The bed was comfortable. Nice, well-kept garden with a pool. The breakfast is plentiful and fine.

The only negativ I can tell is about breakfast. You can choose your breakfast menu from 5 options, but the lady who served it, doesn't speak a word in english and she missed our choice every morning. It was quite unpleasant. Otherwise she was friendly and tried to do the best, but she couldn't manage it.

Very kind and helpful staff and service! Big size room with sofa, balcony and bathroom. Everything was clean and splendid. Various breakfast with cold and warm meal. We also used the pool. I would recommend. ~5-10 min walk from the beach.

Other guests smoke on the balconies or next to the pool, so the fresh air is not always enjoyable, but this is not the hotel's fault.

the location, the room, furniture, also the pool and that it was not noisy at all, although so near to the beach and all other places :) Especially the friendly staff, so good and well-mannered people there!

Very nice and intimate hotel. Staff very nice and friendly. I recommend this property to anyone who likes peace and quiet.

Sometimes there are no parking spaces at the hotel.

We had an apartment , big and clean rooms with big smart TV! Good location - 10 min walk to the beach, it has a nice pool. Every day change of towels and 3 day change of bedsheets. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception - shout out to Detelin! Free parking. We had breakfast included, it was a basic breakfast but enough for us.

The juice (orange, apple) at the breakfast was very poor and the same for the coffee machine!

Amazing hotel location, high accommodation quality combined with very solid service quality from the hotel employees. For sure, we plan to return back to Villa Maria Revas during our future travels to Nesebar!

Don't interrupt a discussion with the receptionist or you gonna get a rude response... Ps: it was not me personally but other guest from the hotel who just ask something on the same time he talk to me... But still very nice when you alone and ask for information...Location a bit far away from the centre but still alright when you like to walk a bit and come back from the city centre...You still have the bus in the near or a small train directly to the city.
