Hotel Pliska - Breakfast or All inclusive Light

Fantastic for it's price! Great location, great food, clean, staff, everything really. Highly recommend.

I really liked how helpful and friendly the staff was there. The location și very close to the beach, a 2 minute walk, the old town is not far either.The food was pleasant as well. Another cool thing is that it is free to go to the pool of the hotel next to Pliska Hotel.

The only thing that I did not like was that there was no blow dryer in the room, and there was also no tub for the shower in the bathroom. Other than that, everything was amazing

This is the 2nd year I went to Pliska, everything was wonderful. Close to the beach, clean rooms, nice pool, very varied food, and different every day. The kids were happy once again. I will definitely come back next year!

Everything was very good and beautiful, clean and quiet. We also benefited from the swimming pool. The food was varied, sufficient and tasty. The beach is very close

The restaurant does not have enough space when the hotel is full and you have to wait until the tables are released.

Clean room, hotel close to the sea, and very open staff, smiling, was a good formula for a nice family vacation this summer.

I booked three rooms, so this is a common review for all the family members;Good food, not may options but all the existing ones were tasty, as mentioned by others;Very good beer, the wine was not very good;Good position, very close to the beach;Friendly staff from my point of view;Although for a fee, I was happy to get a parking place in the hotel yard, I felt safer;Overall for the money spend, is the best option in the area, for a 20-30% more money some other better options are starting to appear. Hope they wont increase the price more, for now is ok.

Nearby hotel had every evening an entertainment program with very loud music;Yes, as said by other, the room is very small, bathroom the same, lack of a bath or shower means water spreading everywhereRoom furniture , mattress, carpet very old, needs some updates. TV's were replaced :)Place for children play is like non-existent. However the playground in the center of the town successfully replace the needUnfortunately for the beach, the unpleasant situation is represented the presence of fellow nationals that came with music(manele) and noise on the beach. This is not affecting the rating I gave, hotel has no fault.

We arrived at the property with 2 years old in 42C heat to find out that what we booked and paid it’s not what they offered! We booked all inclusive light what is the actual name of the hotel. But NoO it was only breakfast apparently that’s what the manager on the reception said. It was no air con at the reception so we spent half of the day speaking to Booking to try to find out. She said it’s an option you can choose from but it wasn’t any, the only option I had was the room to be with a garden or pool view! I have shown her that but didn’t make any difference! She was rude and spoiled our time there all together! Rooms were dirty sand on the floor and thick layers of dust everywhere! Staff couldn’t speak proper Bulgarian so only one woman was able to understand what we needed. Food where to start from?! The cheapest rubbish I would not feed my dog with. Obviously disgusting. When you tell them that the” juice” of you can call it that is finished they are trying to make you believe that how it should be! Trying to make money and not offer any quality! No personal touch - you are just walking cash to them! With all the horrible experience we have it wasn’t even an apology even at the end they charged us for the car park the price equivalent of one more night! Probably because we are Bulgarians,if you are foreign you might have better luck ( I doubt that) !I would never ever go there again!!!DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

It was so great, .....we forgot the day we had to check out. The lady from the reception desk had to remember us.

No change of towels/linens for the whole duration of our stay. Breakfast was the same every day and was of a very poor quality…it was clean and nice communal pool

Breakfast was good, location was the best, personal was nice and help ful.

Our room was extremely smelly, like old furniture or cigarette smell.They put us on the 4th floor, there werent elevator. Plus we were at the very end of the corridor. Going up and down were tiring, especially after a tiring sunny beach day.

This is a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. The hotel is in good location close to the beach and bus stop. The dotel doesn’t have swimming pool - you can use other hotel’s pool but need to pay for sun beds.The room is very small but clean. The bathroom has no shower cabin - it is an open plan tiny bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower with no shower cabin. The balcony is tiny and gives you no privacy - the neighbours sit next to you. The breakfast is truly disgusting - coffe has bitter taste, eggs do not look well, cheap quality sausages and cornflakes. The only eadible food was break, yellow chees, white cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers Dining hall very small - we had to wait for the table daily. Luckily we only stayed there for 4 night. So to sum - you get what you pay for - very basic clean room and disgusting breakfast!

I didn't like anyting at this hotel. I am sorry that I booked this hotel. It is very confusing the name... Be very carrefull when you book, because even if it sais all inclusive light,it is not.They told me that it is the name of the hotel.The manager didn't know how to handel our complaining about the name.

IT is an old hotel, the rooms are very small, with a small bath and à small and old tv. The breakfast is not that very complex, egs are cold, salami with strange taste, and not many choises.

Location is great. Air conditioner worked well. Young lady on reception was kind and tentative. Received room very early.

I didn’t had high expectations. Still was hoping to have a basic for the price. But it was below any lowest standards. Rooms are extremely dirty, and should be updated. Minibar broken, odd shower floating all the bathroom. Pillows should be thrown as a towels there are too old and disgusting. They change the towels and sheets on day six only! Breakfast simply uneatable coffee same impossible to drink. The staff trying to keep it clean and empty the tables fast, but still is very inconvenient place, and need to be rearranged. No WiFi at all! Is impossible to connect for 5 continuous minutes. Staff was lying into your face that all good with wifi, i needed to work for few hours per day and it was completely impossible, finally gave up and needed to use my mobile line. In general the biggest disappointment was a staff on reception. Except for young lady, she was truly nice and attentive. Sorry didn’t remember the name. All the rest unprofessional and simply rude and disrespectful for their guests. I got sick and Dr. came to hotel to visit me, they made her waiting in the lobby for 20! minutes while I was waiting for urgent help. Had bad allergies attack.. Later Doctor took me to clinic few hours when back never even looked at me or asked anything it was late at night. When next day when I try to talk with a manager she not even though to apologise or to ask how are you! Nothing at all, her approach and attitude was that me and Doctor are the one who made this up!!! And I am saying untrue!! In short not only unprofessional but simply unkind behaviour for guests that was staying alone! Not even though to send someone to see if I am ok?! If person, the guess invited the doctor to visit in the room. Is not clear something wrong? Is beyond my understanding!

The location is good.

Absolutely unacceptable level of hygiene. It was disgusting to stay there. Hotel stuff was impolite and they were bringing unacceptable excuses that if a hotel is budget then the guests should accept also that low level of hygiene. They put the sheets from the laundry on the floor. The shower was broken and it was not possible to have a normal shower. The lock of the bathroom was not working. Everything, including the sheets in the room were dirty and with spots.

Food, was delicious and service was very kind and helpfull.

The bathroom was not very comfortable.
