Diamond Hotel - All Inclusive

The location was really good close to the city center where the party is . Staf was helpful with everything. Very professional as well.

Great location and very nice hotel considering the price. Staff were great. Drinks very strong. Rooms clean and spacious. we would definitely come back. the weather was really good despite we went off season.

The only problem with the hotel was really poor food which was cold and not very tasty. For us food was not very important so I am reducing only one star. however if you have high expectations you may not be satisfied. Saying that, I would like to admit they were serving amazing pizza in side bar that they were making themselves from.scratch. especially the first week, as in 2 nd week they changed cheese to some artifcial cheese alike product. breakfasts were decent too. English breakfast. fresh egg. hot pancakes. nice

The hotel is near the main strip with lots of shopping and not too far from the beach. Very easy to walk there. Our room was overlooking the pool, clean and spacious, nice balcony. Friendly staff.

The air conditioner made noise, but did not cool the room. Lunch and dinner was always the same. In the end we went to restaurants.

Honest review: on the booking it says that you can find parking at the hotel but that’s not true. You can find paid parking (20lv/day) in the back of the hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and there was a lot of diversity in the menu. The room was very tidy and nicely decorated.

The cleaning was very bad.The food was not good.

The room was mediocre, dim, cramped, and dirty, and the meals offered a limited variety on the menu. We are extremely dissatisfied and felt terrible in every aspect! Everything was dreadful. I had an unfortunate experience staying at this 2-star hotel. The room was not up to par – it felt outdated and lacked proper maintenance. The beds were uncomfortable, and the linens seemed old and worn. Additionally, the amenities promised on their website were not fully functional, and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow and unreliable. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway disrupted our sleep, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.As for the restaurant, the food served was disappointing. The menu lacked variety, and the options available were not particularly appetizing. The taste of the dishes was underwhelming, and the presentation was lackluster.

Overall, this hotel and its restaurant did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

It’s in the very centre and there are supermarkets around which is nice.

The staff did not speak Bulgarian NOR English. Only Russian/Ukrainian - it was a challenge to ask for towels, toiletries (the latter of which we were told by the cleaning staff that we are not entitled to once we use the ones already provided in the room - it was crazy). There was no kettle, the cleaning staff were very unfriendly and made us feel bad for asking them to come back later. I asked the bartender at the Snack Bar if they could give me some hot water, they didn’t know what that is - I had to look up hot water on Google Translate for them. The description of the hotel offered cocktails, however there weren’t any - the alcohol was the cheapest and most disgusting we’ve ever tried. Also, the “snack” bar, was quite poor - the only edible thing they offered was unsalted unbuttered popcorn.

Food sometimes wasn’t amazing but there’s such a variety there’s nearly always something you can eat and for the price it’s quite acceptable. Definitely not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be.

Some staff were very pleasant, however some were terrible! Some food was good, most of it was shocking. Wouldn't bother with all inclusive.

staff and the all inclusive food was always cold even on hot plates , spa isn't even on site as claimed on website poor communication from all staff couldn't even book a room while I was there had to do it on booking.com again online while in hotel !!!

Breakfast was ok, but the orangejuice was terrible, more like sweet soft drink1 halfbroken toaster for hundreds of guests

Free wifi was included but didnt work, if wifi is important to you, choose another hotelLunch and dinner was really bad, everything was heavily overcooked, and almost the same every mealThe red wine was undrinkable

The reception staff were professional and friendly the only positive of our stay here.

We book a room with a double bed and was given a room with two singles pushed together, the cover for the air conditioning unit was off and up against the wall in the room, the restaurant staff were quite rude and more like bouncers than front of house staff and the food was awful, overall a disappointment.
