Large rooms, nice swimming pools.

Bedsheets never changed over the whole week. Terrible breakfast with few choices.

I liked the rooms, the restaurant, the variety and taste of the food, the location, the pool, the cleanlines. So overall happy to visited the hotel.

It was a surprise for me that hospitality is totally different in Bulgaria, Sunny Beach comparing to other countries I visited. People working in tourism should be smiling to guests and should be kind! I have never experienced such rudeness or frozen faces like i saw here. Probably it is a cultural thing, i should not be complaining about, but because of that I am not planning to go there again. Most likely their economy will survive without me visiting them :)

Waste of money and very disappointed

They don't have hot water all the time, food was very poor and not meet the qualifications for 4 stars hotel ( very poor breakfast and about the dinner I dont even want to talk about it ) For 4 starts hotel they do not have anybody to care the suitcases , not helpfully at all for baby ( no bathroom tab or any help) Try to make a shower on 11 months old baby by holding in the bathroom Very poor staff Very disappointed I am 15 years experience head housekeeper, and that hotel doesn't not deserve even 2 stars

Great location ! Good staff. We were allowed to check in at 7a.m. and even to have breakfast on that day!The room was spacious and cosy .The pools very clean.Dinner was delicious with some new dishes added every day. Lots of vegetables and a wide choice of hot dishes . Even ice cream which was rather good .

No water for drinking in the room, some light bulbs were burnt out .Breakfast was the same every morning , with very salty sausages and cheese , only one type of tea and the same cakes and fruit . Milk for the cereals was very cold ! Plastic glasses for water and juice were so uncomfortable ) As for dinner , plums and pears were served every day green and impossible to eat . Melon and watermelon were ripe and sweet though there was always lack of them for all the guests! The fitness centre didn’t work .

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool is large and inviting, ideal for a refreshing dip. The beautiful garden adds a touch of serenity, and being near the beach and Main Street makes exploring easy. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

The breakfast options were quite limited, and the quality of the food could have been better. Unfortunately, dinner didn’t impress me either. Additionally, the towels in my room weren’t as clean as I would have expected. Overall, my experience didn’t meet my expectations regarding the food.

It was clean and tidy, the staff was polite and talkative.

The sunbeds were a bit dirty from the birds. The food was a bit repetative though. I wish they changed the food up a bit.

Great value for money! Very quiet and elegant hotel, perfect for kids because they can play freely. We stayed by the pool all day and it was super relaxing! Great cocktails and food! Staff super friendly and helpful! I haven’t experienced such a service in long time. Definitely recommend

Everything was great. Food was delicious and there was variety of food every day. It was something like half board plus - vine, bear, water and juices are included during dinner. Also the ice cream which was great for the kid, since there was a lot of taste! It was clean. Great new playground, the nearest beach is about 300m away and you mostly pass through the shade. Would come back again! Free parking was behind the hotel, also receptionists were very kind and helpful. We had big room and sea view which was awesome since there is a terrace.

There wasn’t any water slides in the kids pool, besides that everything was 10/10

We loved the family friendly athmosphere where our kids could play and make new friends on the playground or the pool and be visible by us at all times from the pool bar and lounges. The staff was very friendly, helped us when our kid was not feeling well and even found us a floaty when she was ready to swim! We were pleasantly surprised how good the food was - it had interesting local offerings, you can feel the good selection of fruits and vegetables and just the right deserts! The room was specious and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was not a problem. Highly recommended!

It was a good middle category hotel, with a good price-quality point. The pool was clean, great with childrens and a non stop opening which was very good for night swimming. The room was big and comfortable for a family (one 8 years old child), playground ok but a bit crowded. 5 minute walk from the free beach.

Not a 4 star restaurant. The food was very weak, no choice, crowded restaurant. No animation, no programs.

The food was good but not very varied. Half an hour after the restaurant opened, not all food was refilled. The waitresses constantly come to the table and take away the plates. This is very confusing, especially for a family with small children, where meals do not go quickly anyway.The playroom is great, but a carpet would be nice.

The lunch is not the best one, not a lot of options. WiFi not free, unbelievable for this century. All inclusive without beverages (only during the lunch and dinner).

- rooms are quite spacious and very clean- supermarket inside the hotel was great for small purchases like sodas and very convenient - pool was very nice, open until late and had a pool bar- food was pretty good for balkan taste and varied enough for a short stay

- shower was leaking into the bathroom and the floor was wet all day - paid wifi in rooms is not great on a 4 star hotel (speed was also quite bad)- drinks in all inclusive not varied enough, wine was the only good drink except water

The perfect quality for the very reasonable price. It was our second time in this hotel and we will come back. Very near to the beach and attractions. The swimming pools are very nice and the all inclusive light option is perfect!

The opinions I’ve read on the booking.com that does not reflect the hotel at all. Whoever wrote that down clearly never been anywhere worldwide in a four star hotel.Actually wait, there is a heated swimming pool which is the only thing.

From the beginning there was only one receptionist that speaks English, you’re lucky when he is working, otherwise you do you.The all inclusive package is the one they don’t even tell you about. The coffee from the coffee machine is a instant that never been set up or maintained and it’s the number one WORST coffee I have ever drink my entire life. Thanks to that I had a two weeks coffee detox. The tea instant as well that you can not drink. If that is not enough it’s available only during breakfast. You can forget about tea and coffee during lunch and dinner (but anyway why would you drink that piss).The food should be throw at the chef in the kitchen like Gordon Ramses throw into face and tell them all to f… o.. from there go back to school and learn how to cook. But don’t worry I will show you the photos of this culinary misunderstanding.My breakfast was everyday limited to a bread roll (if there was any, because most of the days was just a plain American toast bread without the toaster (I’m guessing some employee stolen it) and some vegetables because there was no eatable ham).With your ALL INCLUSIVE there supposed to be wine and beer… yeah beer was so diluted with water that if you would taste a beer in there you should run to the shop and open a bottle of champagne and wine was so sour like the white cartoon spent all day on the sun. Red not any better, just red and sour. Just check my photos and you will understand.And then the employees of this place that look at you like how dare you even to look at them and ask for anything like everything is just on the buffet. The truth is they are the most miserable woman on earth and the old one is the worst one. None of them have any manners or even been told anything how to do their job. Whenever you trying to put on a plate and leave on your table the first two day I needed to slap their hands of not to touch it. And they would be running to your table taking the plates full of food. Like what’s the point.
