No...great quality for the price

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was also very well situated near the beach. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel also has a great restaurant.

They have some new rooms which are great. Nicely sized and modern bathrooms. Very cleanl. Good breakfast options and nice cooking in the restaurant as well. Nothing fancy, but tasty.

There was.a 10% discount at tbe restaurant for the people staying there which was mostly unapplied, but overall, good service and good value for the money spent.

On the overwhelmingly positive side, the staff were absolutely wonderful – incredibly nice, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotlessly clean, easy to navigate, and very convenient. The shower was excellent, with great pressure and plenty of hot water. We also greatly appreciated the free parking, which made everything hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with everything we needed close by and easily accessible.The breakfast was truly amazing! There was a fantastic selection of delicious food, and the hostess in the dining area was exceptional. She was so attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to provide everything we asked for, making our mornings a real pleasure.

Unfortunately, the beds were really uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we were surprised that we had to pay for beach towels, which felt like an unnecessary extra charge for a basic amenity.

Clean, large room & bath, parking & supermarket on the place.Polite guys, meet us when we arrived - in the parking, supermarket & checked in. A bored lady at the evening & on the check out.

The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping even for a night.

Location of Lotus Family Hotel is perfect, just 3 minutes to the free beach. Room was very specious and well equipped and we had especially appreciated very high ceiling. People working at the reception were extremely nice and helpful.Breakfast was everyday fresh and tasty.

The location is close to the beach, the restaurant staff is very kind, good food, spacious rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was super nice, the room nice and spatious and the food at the restaurant was very good. We tried some other restaurants but this one had the best food.It is very close to the beach and there's a supermarket and ATM downstairs.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was clean and the terrace was great. The beach was quite close but the clubs and the “main entertainment” 20 mins away.

Everybody from the staff except the cleaning ladies, young man in the restaurant and the middle aged woman in the restaurant were rude even tho we were really nice and respectful.The shower also wasnt the best because the water kept switching from hot to cold but we managed.

I liked the fact that the room was clean and the towels were changed every day. The location of the hotel is excellent. The food from the restaurant was very good. I kindly recommend it.

Location is very good. Next to beautiful sandy beach. Our room was economy. Very basic but comfortable.

We had half board. You have to choose from a 3 course menu. The drink included was tap water.

Everything was perfect: the location, the hotel’s staff, the room, the breakfast, I’d suggest this property at who wants to go to Sunny Beach!

Clean, close to the beach (2 minutes walk), free parking.Nice staff in the hotel & restaurant. Food very good for the price paid. Very good AC in the room. Room big, big balcony. Good water pressure. Cleaning daily. Sheets changed every 3 days. 24/7 store & ATM machine near the hotel entrance. Everything perfect! Made us really enjoy our vacation.

It is not a dislike, just to be clear for future guests: it is not a luxury hotel but very clean and well maintained

I liked that it was cleaned every day. The bed was quite comfortable which made me very happy. I liked the breakfast, which was quite diverse. We also had dinner every night at the hotel restaurant where the food was very good and the fact that the hotel offers a 10% discount for the restaurant is a very good idea. Too bad they don't have many dishes on the menu. The staff was very nice and kind and the hotel manager was a 10.

I was a little disappointed with the room in the sense that I did not expect it to be located somewhere behind the hotel where it is a little bit scary. Also, the room is not that well soundproofed.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast at the hotel was very rich and delicious. The beach is on 5 min. away. Very comfortable beds. The room was located in the additional house behind the hotel, and it was really quiet, which is a luxury at Sunny Beach.

The air-condition in the room was right above our heads and couldn't be adjusted. The device couldn't be adjusted to blow up or down. It was really annoying and directly in the face, so this was the reason to not be able to sleep.

the staff was very welcoming and the room was exactly as in the pictures, spacious, with a balcony, air conditioning and very clean. the location is very close to the beach, about 3 minutes and has a parking space. The food was very good, the breakfast is consistent and the menu contains dishes for everyone's taste. I recommend and will definitely come again.

Excellent location. Great breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to help.

Bed for the kids was not very comfortable. There are stairs to get to the first floor which is a challenge for disabled people and heavy baggage.
