Friends Family Hotel - Free Parking

Everything was perfect, good food , close to the beach , nice staff. Rea the parot very sweet . We enjoyed!

It was the perfect location for a holiday with children. There is a playground in the back and they also have a children's pool. The beach can be reached in no more than 10 minutes, and there are bus stops nearby in case you want to visit more distant beaches.

You could not wish for a better host than Danielle and Steve they make you so welcome. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. All the facilities in sunny beach are close by. ?

Could not fault anything. Booked to go back next June

It’s clean, staff very friendly facilities are adequate for our needs rooms spacious, food on sale in bar is of good quality as well as reasonably priced drinks, overall well managed by the hosts ?

The staff were lovely. The food had a great choice and plenty of it along with great value for money. It’s in a good location, not far from the beach. The bus stop is close by along with loads of supermarkets and restaurants.

The parking at the hotel was limited but we still managed to park on site.

Nice location, good breakfast, absolutely amazing staff... I could compare with other places in Sunny Beach... Therefore once again... AMAZING STAFF. And parking.

Little outdating facilities, and this place is not perfect for family holiday... The pub belonging to the hotel is little noisy on the evening.

We booked for a week's family holiday in the penthouse two bedroom.We are every night at the hotel as the food was fantastic and very well priced, never paid more than around £30 for a meal with soft drinks.The staff were very friendly and nice and nothing was too much trouble, on the last day they even let us store our bags inside the reception.Would return and recommend this place for an easy going nice family holiday

Nothing not to like

Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them and were so polite and friendly, food was lovely as well. I really enjoyed my stay!

The only negative thing was no hairdryer in room so I'd bring one,did ask but was busy and didn't get back to me.

We almost like everything. The hotel is located 7-10 minutes away from the sea, 20-25 minutes away from the center by walk. It's owners are respectful, hotel is clean, food and beverages are good and overall it's decent for it's price. Their employees are also respectful, cute and some of them speaks English quite well. By the way don't forget to speak with their parrot Reya, she is going to like you and speak with you if you talk with her ;) the hotel owners (a lovely couple) definitely doing their best to keep their business well enough, you can see them anywhere anytime around the hotel :) ty guys.

Breakfast of choice from three meals - no self service.

We could choose from 4 options:English breakfast/European breakfast/Omlette as we like /Ham&CheeseToast. Plus 2 type of fruit Juice Coffee Tea. We were full after every breakfast. The hotel has the own restaurant and bar. Foods and cocktails are delicious. Thr staff was kind and helpful . We could play biliard In the backyard there was a small playground for children with trambulin. The pool was okay also so we could relax in the side of it. The hotel has a talking parrot Rea. The hotel itself is appr 8 minutes walk from the beach.

I could not tell any bad thing.

Nice clean rooms, pool was great. The restaurant offered a huge variety of meals and drinks, we enjoyed it to the fullest. Parking place was in the courtyard behind the hotel. Location is about 350-400m to the beach.Cleaning of rooms was daily.

Friendly staff, clean room, good service. Parrot in the restaurant is a real atraction.

Only 5 options for breakfast (the best were European breakfast and Omlet).

Our vacation was wonderful! The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes to the promenade and beach.Plus the pool and sun loungers at the hotel.Room was cleaned every day, and we have new towels on each second day.Really great service - people in the hotel and restaurant were very nice.Highly recommend the food in the restaurant - large and very tasty portions l, and competitive prices!Our stay was amazing and we will definitely recommend this hotel!

Good position from beach area but in quiet location the owner and staff are very helpful and always cheerful

Nice hotel,good breakfast,not to far of the beach,very good food at the restaurant,close to bus station.Anyway we had a very nice holiday.

The family room was extra spacious and regularly cleaned. It was also quite quiet despite the bar and restaurant downstairs. The pool is not huge but it was clean and the kids loved it, as well as the big garden with the playground.

The overall service - the staff could smile a bit more and could be more welcoming. That said, we were served at breakfast and dinner sufficiently - but we did not feel extra welcome either.
