No Parking as shown during reservation - Free Parking. Staff say they just changed it on the same day we arrived and did not care at all. Did not let us talk to the manager.

Room size, location and good value - price balance

We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was not so diverse and when something was emptying you had to wait a while until refill.

Low accommodation price in high summer season.

Same breakfast every day. Not enough food for dinner when hotel was fully booked.

Everything was perfect, food was tasty, housekeeping very friendly, bars ad restaurant staff friendly, reception very helpful and friendly, great value for your money! Location was excellent!In general was even better than expected!

It’s a good beachfront hotel with 4 lifts ,restaurant and pool.

Not enough parking spaces ,not enough staff in the restaurant buffet,slow delivery.

The food service was very bad! Food was cold. Very small dining area. Big queue there. Long waiting time to get your food. Lift was old and out of order few times.Bathroom were mouldi and smelli. There were dog hair in the carpet.

Close to the sea and attractions, nice pool, decent breakfast.I booked four rooms (two twins, two apartments). All of them had good view of the sea. Actually, the hotel is built so that all rooms face the sea at different angles.Breakfast was plentiful, but poorly presented and with zero variation from one day to another (from a total of 8 days): fried and scrambled eggs, different kind of sausages, cold cuts, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, honey, jam, yoghurt (bitter and unattractively presented), cheese buns, chocolate croissants (these were the best). We got apricots on most days, but watermelon was served too early. Breakfast was served between 7 and 10, so probably you get more if you go earlier. You won’t leave the restaurant hungry, but it felt… poor.Congratulations to the nice cleaning lady from the 12th floor. She cleaned our room daily and it was so so nice to come back from the beach and find the room clean.

The breakfast coffee is absolutely horrible! It’s only instant coffee, but of the worst kind. It is a pity that a country neighbouring Turkey and Greece can serve such a disgrace and call it coffee!While others complained, our room was very clean.The breakfast plates were wet, the silverware was wet… The staff worked their asses off, but they were either improperly trained, or simply not enough.

The receptionist was very rude. Her name is Stanislava. The room is small with old furniture .

The staff and receptionist is very rude, bad behaviour with guests. It was big mistake to choose this hotel!!!

Location only and friendly staff

Room was way too small for 3 adults. We had hard time walking between the beds. Price was way too high not to include the shampoo and body wash. This is the first hotel we ever been to that doesn’t not provide those.This hotel needs a lots of upgrades. Rooms furniture is from the 80’sAC unit was making horrible siren sound every time you open the door to the balcony. It was super annoying especially when someone in the room was trying yo rest and the other wanted to go on the terrace.I would not recommend

Really good location very close to the beach. The kid playground is a nice touch and ideal for kids up to 6, to spend a few minutes there before/after meals. The pool is really nice and big with a lot of shade & sunbeds, and the dedicated pool bar with great cocktails adds to the experience. The rooms are at adequate size, but are poorly equipped. The food is OK, the breakfast is usually plentyful, and tasty, the dinner is hit or miss, but at least it is not the same at every night.

The cleaning is not really great. The way the crew just swap the bedsheets between the two beds in the room, instead of putting up new ones, and you have to ask them specifically to change the sheets in the baby crib. They sometimes forgot to clean 1 or 2 of the 3 rooms we had, or forgot to clean parts of the room (e.g. take out the trash, or the used towels), which was just a weird feeling overall. We were 3 in our room, and when they swapped towels, they only gave 2 instead of 3. When I went after them to give me a 3rd towel, the cleaning lady wanted to get a tip for giving the "extra" towel, which was not extra at all.The dinner is handled horribly, there are 20-40 minute long que beacuse the food is packed into a small corner of the room, and they are refilling very slowly, so there are a lot of holdups.The parking is also weird, it says there is a free parking in front of the hotel, but they either tell you to give them your car keys and they will park your car and move it around, or you can bribe the car guy to give you parking places.

Location is perfect

Dinner was served only in one restaurant. Sooo many people had to line up to get some food. Sometimes it took 30-40 minutes. Only one floor staff was cleaning the tables, definitely it is too much for one person. Many times chicken and fries or other meat was already out of stock before your turn comes to take some food. Actually dinner is a challenge, especially if you come with kids :)

The view to the sea and pool is a nice to have if you are willing to pay more for the same room. The pool is cleaned every day and it smells like chlorine, as it should. They try to find a parking place for every car and you need to leave your car key to the staff that it will move it around like tetris.

A tipical 3 star bulgarian hotel with old furniture, a small bathroom with minimium facilities. Shower is not separated by the rest of the batroom, you practically wash over the sink and WC. Only one 230V socket to charge your electronics, if you do not use the TV. Breakfast is decent, a minimum, coffee is instant coffee (Ness). Eggs are baked too hard, bacon barely baked. Sunbeds are scarce.

Very nice staff, I had a front-facing balcony that overlooked the pool and the Black Sea. The morning breakfast was always well stocked with a nice variety.

You hear a lot of music and Street noise up until about midnight every night. If I close my balcony door it was quiet enough to sleep though.

It was comfortable, you got what you paid for, fairly clean, comfortable rooms, lovely view from my balcony.

The hotel was alright, breakfast was alright compared to the price, staff was nice during breakfast, also the receptionist ladies were nice and helpful, smiling and being kind all the time, but the girl at the bar section -which was most of the time empty anyway- was incredibly rude and disrespectful getting into an argument with me about me taking a straw from the bar after waiting for her to get inside for minutes, she was too busy outside flirting with one of the pool boy, smoking cigarettes and drinking, even if me made eye contact and she noticed me waiting by the bar, she was taking her time getting inside, so I took 2 straws from the bar and left, but she stormed in questioning me why I’m taking her straws, telling me off in front of other guests and in front of my parents.I gave the straws back to her and told her to keep it, I ended up going outside and buy our drinks there since i simply didn’t want her to serve me, anyway the rest of the night she was busy outside with other staff members, saw so many times customers waiting for her, to finish her cigarette and coke and serve them without washing her hands.Your staff is lovely, but this girl kind of ruins our experience, I work in hospitality too, but never would allow myself to talk to a customer or simply just another person like she did to me.

Incredible ocean view, Free Parking, Amazing breakfast included. We added an extra night because of the value and location. Staff was kind.

Small bathroom with open shower common in Europe. Prefer enclosed shower, but not complaining.
