The room is very small for 4 people. There are almost no free chairs in the pool, the people occupy them in advance for their entire stay, put towels and none of the staff says anything. There are no towels for the pool, you have to bring them from home. The room is not pleasant, everything is yellow Unpleasant smell from the shower. I feel that the carpet in the room is not clean, I got an allergy there. Nasty and salty coffee from the machines. Recycled and tasteless food. I will definitely not go back there and do not recommend it.

The staff was mostly nice. The rooms were decent size and the animation for the children was very good.

The rooms were not very clean. The towels and sheets had stains. The sink and the shower were clogged and the shower filled with water to my ankles every time I used it. The water in the pool was very cold. The beach was a distance away and the road to the main street by the beach was very dark at night. I will not stay here again.

Decent meal, you always can find something you like to eat or experiment :) Staff is very friendly and helpful.Pool and brunch restaurant were awesome, they have a lot of entertainment activities for when you're on the pool, after 20pm they have a special program of entertainment which is not the same every day. Room had enough space for 2 people, balcony view was towards the pool.

The team was great, alot of games. The pool is open until night.

I have been to many 4 stars hotels in Bulgaria, this one is a maximum 2 stars hotel. The room was not renovated for maybe 15 years, furniture very old and broken, the toilet seat was yellow, made me sick, the carpet floor had burns and was stained, the sheets had stains. The food was just terrible, super low diversity and tasteless, a lot of oil fried food, drinks very low quality. The pool is big in the pictures, but in reality is small. We left one day earlier than what we paid. We felt like we were fooled with the pictures and the 4 stars. This is not a 4 stars hotel, maxim 2 stars.

The staff is doing an amazing job, we also really liked the animation team, congrats for you folks!. The food was pretty good, tasty. The sea was close, and clean. The room was clean every day, we got clean towels with shampoo and shower gel. The whole hotel was clean and comfy. The drinks were good, we liked the cherry juice a lot. Thank you for everything, we'll definitely go there someday.

However we reserved with free parking, had to pay 10 euros per day at the hotel.

Food drama! Didn't taste good, not enough for as many people Staff very not nice, a specially some of them.No hot water in room for evening shower.

Junior Suite had alot of space, decor was nice and very comfortable bed. Balcony was decent size. Clean linen, bedroom and bathroom. Food was tasty Animation team gave great energy and the place had atmosphere. Although it is lively, it wasn’t rowdy. I slept well as quiet late evening and good soundproofing.Reception team and bar staff (inside lobby) were very friendly and quick to tend to needs.

Male bar staff telling me Beer was awful when I tried to order it as my first drink. Persistent in making me a cocktail instead. Tbf beer is bad but at least let me make the choice and be more prof and not express your opinion to a customer. Pool bar closes at six despite stage for shows being next to it so you have to queue for a drink in main lobby. That just seems odd to attract people to watch. You need your own pool towels!

The hotel staff was very friendly, we were the last quests in this seoson.
