The food was not great

Nice rooms,very good food, nice aqua park for kids and adults.

Very bad parking. If you arrive before checkin time they try to extra charge you and cops will immediately fine you for parking in front of the hotel. We literally left the car for 2 minutes so i can go inside and talk to the receptionist and they blocked our wheels and asked us for 23 euro.

Aquapark was OK, location OK, food taste was OK but very repetitive

- Terrible internet connection. - in 5 days I had to ask reception twice for shampoo becuse they did not refill- The kitchen was not clean at all, we had to check plates and cutlery one by one to find a clean one. There were spiders in the lighting, the door of the kitchen was like being somehwere outside not cleaned for years. - The staf was rude. - I paid for 5 days and I was allowed to have only 4 lunches because first day checkin was after lunch time and the last day checkout was before lunch time so they didn't allow me to have lunch. They ordered me to go outside or they will call security.

This hotel was very nice. My staying was with the 8y.o. kid. There are many reasons why: 1. The main outside swiming pool was heated a little. Very good for everybody :)2. Food in there was really amaaaaazing! 11 of 10. Variety of fresh, really good looking and beautiful taste. Mexican food dinners, chinese food, and so on, whole week different tastes. So for this point just PERFECT. 3. Room cleaning every day on the same time, also perfect. 4. The animation-good! Not so much through the day. But in the evening singing, different Circus shows. For kids nice. 5. Distance from the beach- not so far, but 5 min walk. 6. Slides was fun, was working 10-17 h. everyday. But it was really enough of that. 7. My kids says he wants more days here. :)

I think about the hotel there was no big cons. :)

+ Good water slides at the hotel. + Very spacious rooms. + Food was very abundant at the buffet.

- Reception staff is not very welcoming and knowledgeable - Rooms are large, but quite uncomfortable, furniture and style are worn out (e.g. holes in the sofa from wear and tear)- Abundance of quantity of food at the buffet is compensated by quite low quality & taste (slightly better than fast food)- Guests are from very different social classes (e.g. most guests from Britain were very low socio-demographic class) that correlated with excessive consumption of free alcohol, intoxication and violent behaviour. In the evening the lobby felt very unsafe to stay in or even pass through with small kids- General cleanliness is very subpar - lots of dirt around, very low upkeep standards- The gym is in terrible condition (not suitable for any serious exercise) and is charged extra 10 EUR per visit- Overall area around resembles Pattaya with low level bars, karaoke, knock-off shops

Absolutely love the hotel,location and especially the food ???.I will definitely recommend to my friends.Our son is autistic and he really enjoyed the aqua park of the hotel and the ice cream ? Thank you ??

Really nice stuff and good food.

Extremely loud music from the pool bar that played until about midnight. In a hotel,where there are families with children.  Even worse was last night when one side of the pool was playing loud music and the other side had different music playing from the bar. We had a balcony in the middle. It was a disaster.  Couldn't stay at the balcony,nor the room. The hotel management should really work on this, it made our whole stay unpleasant. The guests were rude, if they dropped their food on the floor,they left it, in the snack bar there was normally food on the floor. This of course is not the fault of the hotel,but would like better control and cleaning of the premises,when there are guests,who can't behave.

Food was varied and there was always fish and lots of salads.

The restaurant personnel would start sweeping the floor 15 mins before the restaurant is scheduled to close. They'd literally start brooming next to your table while you're still eating your food. Also, they would take your empty plates until you leave or do it yourself.

The slides and the staff were great.

The food was good for kids, less good for adults

The food was great - admirations to the chef and his team.Also, the beds were comfortable and the room was big enough. Good daily cleaning service. Good organisation with the aqua slides. Kind and friendly staff.

The pools were too small for the size of the hotel and there were not enough sun beds.All facilities except the food are not included in the price - you have to pay extra for the iron, parking, spa, billiard games - most of these are usually included in the room rate of a 4-star hotel.

They told the mini bar in room it free but on ceck out I paid for. I reserved the trip with pirate ship and don’t was the pirate ship

Facilities, service, food, great room . We had a great time there

Food was excellent, plenty of choice. Pools are excellent and kept so clean and well managed.Hotel itself is spotless. Location is perfect. Our room had recently been updated and was gorgeous. Animation team done games with the kids when the slides were closed for lunch which my daughter loved.Plenty of sun loungers available.Air conditioning was great.

Some music by the pool would be fantastic, some days there was and others none but on the days when there was some music it really added to the atmosphere. Hotel staff were brilliant but some fellow holiday makers were extremely rude to my son who has Autism which made it uncomfortable at times at the pool and in the restaurant. Some awareness around hidden disabilities within the hotel would be fantastic. Night time entertainment could be better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at your hotel. The food was excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the staff. Their warm smiles and attentive service greatly enhanced our experience. We felt very well-treated throughout our stay.

-the same food everyday-you couldn't find a table to eat,always crowded- the small space at the pool,at the bar inside,at the dinner area,the hotel is too big for the spaces that offers-they changed only the towels,but never the sheets or to vacuum the room-the parking is very expensive-the furniture in the room was very old and dirty,you could see the white dust on it-very dirty in the bar area on the ground-the refill at the restaurant or snack bar was very slow or never.-the shower and the wc stool was leaking all over the bathroom

Very nice and clean room. Comfy beds, Cleaning every day. Stuff was very nice and helpful! A lot of different food, everyone can find something he likes.
