Great location,the apartment was very clean and comfortable,with nice view!The staff is amazing,the breakfast is excellent!

The staff was really really friendly. The rooms were quite spacious and they were cleaned every day.Overall, I think the hotel provided a really good value for the money.

The towels were not washed properly, even though they were freshly changed they were smelly. The towels need to be washed at +60° and dried accordingly so that they won't smell.

1. Breakfast quality is bad. Coffee is the worst ever2. Room smelled like a hospital chamber3. Full of bugs4. Very bad quality of sanitary facilities in the bathroom5. Ceiling had yellow-brown mold spots.6. Elevator has no presence sensor on the metal doors. If you accidentally place your foot/hand when it closes, it continues to close, pentru potentially harming you. Very dangerous for kids7. Outdated furniture and bad quality of finishes8. Bad quality towels9. Dirty and noisy ventilation10. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows.11. Door stopper in the middle of the room next to the door. Hit it 5 times. Bad ergonomy12. TV randomly starts at night. Very creepy and scary13. Power shutdowns all evening...

Location is just few minutes away from the beach. There is a shop area nearby, pharmacy, convenient store, restaurant, etc. The room is quite spacious and clean every morning.

One of the staffs was a little unfriendly and forgot our request. But she immediately assisted us when we reminded her the second time.

The hotel's location is okay. It has a decent pool and a beach within 10-15 minutes' walk. The restaurant is also good, with friendly personnel, tasty food, and low wait times.My room also had a bathtub, which was an excellent addition.

1. Ants in the room. And not a couple of ants, but dozens of ants. 2. The towels smelled awful. 3. The air conditioner could barely keep the comfortable temperature. 4. The Wi-fi Internet is unusable. I wasn't even able to watch a YouTube video.5. The towel hanger in the room was broken and fell daily.

We loved everything! Facilities, kindness of the staff, breakfast, parking, pool, restaurant!Congratulation also for the folkloric program organized in the hotel!Thank you for all!

Swimming pool.

The mixer tap on the sink was loose, so does the bathroom. Except that everything met our expectations.

Decent but clean and quiet. Many families but didn’t hear any noise, etc. Very short walk from beach and a couple of decent beach restaurants. Its own included breakfast was plentiful and the restaurant offered many good options for lunch and dinner.

A very pleasant location that I have visited several times.

The hotel welcomes mothers with children from outside the hotel for a few leva to enter to the hotel pool.Mothers come with bags of food from supermarkets, and children are very noisy and disturb the hotel guests who are looking for an oasis of relaxation and peace, paying hundreds of leva or euros.I have seen hotel customers disturbed, wet and splashed by children who enter for a few leva. Some of the customers even left the pool upset because of this reason.

I was extremely lucky to find this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff.My room was spacious, clean, cozy and beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My view was stunning, a definite highlight of every morning.The location is extremely convenient with good access to the beach. You are a few minutes away from the centre of Varna with a car. It is situated very close to Denta Prime which was a blessing as this was partially the reason of my stay. The service was outstanding. And the staff was very helpful in navigating me through out my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to the beach, clean, tidy, great breakfast

The hotel is conveniently located in the nice resort area of Sv. Sv. Konstantin and Elena and the beaches, restaurants and shops are accessible by a few minutes' walk. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was basic, but fine. We didn't use the pool.

There is just one air-conditioner in the living room, which is not enough to cool down the bedroom as well. Since the bedroom was East-facing, it became very hot in the morning. There was some problem with the bath tub and when taking a shower in it, the whole bathroom floor was flooded with water.

Food very good. Breakfast included in price. Restaurant for dinner. Not a big menu but very nice. Bed very clean and comfortable.Nice room for a non disabled person

The room was advertised as wheelchair accessible.It most definitely was not . Luckily my husband can use crutches if he couldn't he could not have used the bathroom.The bath was very high and he slipped trying to get out and was bruised all down one side. Shower was over the bath.We had a kettle and cups in the room but no coffee ect. The swimming pool was still being maintained and full but was closed, even though people were sitting around it. We had a list of prices if anything got broken and would be fined if we took food into the room .

Odd facilities and the area was depressing. Desk staff were very friendly.

Refrigirator în the room must be changed. Kids were not allowed to jump în the pool, although it was nobody else inside and a parent supervised them.
