Azalia Beach Hotel Balneo & SPA

Location is amazing; The food was very good and lots of Variety. We liked the hot pool and spa a lot too. The view from the south room was beautiful and very quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the water slide too! it is not just for kids.

people smoking on the balconies despite the fact it says non smoking hotel. At least the rooms didn't stink. Some of the food was too greasy........ not authentic bulgarian recipes. middle asia twists on food....

The Location of the property is beautiful and the hotel itself is very nice, I like the staff everybody was very friendly and helpful and organized, they gave us a very nice room

Excellent food! Liked the beach and in/outdoor pool. Late September is really chill and we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. Recommend it

The view and the location are perfect ?

The food is absolutely disgusting. We had to eat outside every evening.

It was as perfect as always.

This has nothing to do with the hotel. I did not like the weather. It was the first time for me în late september. Even if it was still hot outside, it was too cold to get into the pool. Of course there is the indoor pool, but it is not the same.

The location of the hotel was the best. The swimming pools are great, the food was good.

The aqua gym was more like an easy dance for kids.

It has a very nice view and an amazing terrace. The staff was very friendly and doing the job pretty well. The food was also okay, however it was more or less the same food each day with small changes. I loved that the hotel was on the beach and the pools are looking amazing.

The room had a weird smell and our toilet didn’t had enough pressure so we had to press 10 times and not even after doing this for so many times wouldn’t work so…we had an uncomfortable situation due to that. I suggest checking it in the first day and ask for another room if the issue persist.

Location is great, right on the beach and next to a summer/outdoor cinema. It is a more family oriented and quiet and not a party place.Food was tasty and good quality, never had any issues.The pools were also very nice and with mineral water.The staff was polite and helpful.The room was very nice.

Lounge chairs on the beach are probably due to be changed for new ones, some were broken.In addition at the pools people 'saved' places from early morning even from the previous evening which is very annoying, since you could barely find a place even at 07.00 am even though there was no one actually there.Also the beach bar should have a greater variety of snacks.

Only one elevator for that part of the building. Allowing people from outside to use the sunbeds and area. Did not like the queuing for the grill during dinner time 10-15 minutes.

They have same or similar food in Restorant every day, and there is no halal option also.

Beach near the hotel, food at the restaurant was good. View from the room was lateral view. Pool was very clean, the entertainment for kids and music from 9 to 20 p.m was really nice. There were two pools in the complex, both with mineral water. One at 29 degrees and one hotter. This was the big plus of the hotel.

The room was not cleaned sufficient, I need to clean it by myself. No substances to clean proper the toilet and the sink from the bath were used. This is one big problem.also the refrigerator has some dirty near it, not able to clean it

The location was excellent. Rooms are spacious.

The air conditioner was poor. Didn't clean the room daily or removed the waste bins. Didn't change the sheets. Being a four star hotel, there were no toileteries except toilet tissues. No soaps for bath, no kettle, no facility for coffee making. No locker, no ironing facilities. Practically, they had only rooms. We had to ring them for toilet tissues.

Amazing location with a stunning view. The beach and the thermal swimming pool were clean with an easy access.

The property itself needs some renovation - the bathroom especially. The fitness room is not equipped at all, basically it cannot be used properly. The breakfast is one and the same every day.

I think that you could do more with litle but important things like soap, shampoo, towels, toilet paper.If you don't say you don't have ...Food ... just a little problem at steak ... isn't has a minimal done

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Even if we booked a room with sea side we got a room with side sea view but it was alright. The food was OK.

The parking was kind of far away from the hotel (15 minutes by walking), you couldn't park in front of the hotel because there weren't enought parking spots. The coffee from the beach bar was very bad but the coffee from the restaurant was good and it was the same machine.

I liked the location and the views. It is quite an old hotel and I also liked that granny hotel vibe.

It's a health spa but it is full or smokers. I could smell the cigarettes from my balcony upstairs.

The shower had a improvised hose.The linen was smaller than the blanket and very old and used.The linen and towels were not changed during the 5-night stay.It was not vacuumed, the carpet being full of stains.The food was of very poor quality. lunch and dinner varied to a very small extent, breakfast being the same every day.
