very nice pool, exceptional breakfast and dinner, very nice parking.

The apartment had everything we needed included a washing machine and dish washer so bring only detergent. The rooms were big and clean. The shower and water preassure were excellent. We were surprised that the pool is not over crowded and we always found towels. There is an Ac Unit in every room which we really appreciate!! The room design was the classic one but the furniture was new and well mantained. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket, very convenient. Internet was good. No problems with smells or plumbing.

Upon check in we did not received all the info 's like that there are 2 separate codes for the gates, how to run the 2 remote control TV which was a struggle, the fact that the hotel also offers buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the price. I also have a visible walking difficulty and received a parking space outside the hotel where the gate for which we did not received the code, was closer. Also, we did not received the booked apartment. I was supposed to have separate entrance and outside sitting room and furniture and we receive an apartment on the 2 nd floor with 3 small balconies, none on which you could sit and without any furniture. In the end we ramained in it but a sitting place outside in the summer is really nice. At the restaurant when we served buffet, the older waiter did not provide the bill nor receipt for accepting our payment.

The room is big. The people in the reception were helpful. The garden is nice

The bathroom is glass door and the burkini is not allowed for swimming in the pool. Better to stay in the city center varna . Far from the sea. The breakfast is not 4 stars hotel

Nothing good!

1st not clean !! 2nd vrey old!!!! 3rd air conditioning isnt working!! And they even didnt fix it! 4th break fast so funny noth to eat!! 5th to many child on the pool 6th no place to set on the pool!

When i sleep the cleaner girl in the morning opening the door when i sleep , he doesn’t have water in the romIts so smal , i didn’t like it , i paied 100€ in 1 night I think this hotel have to pay 10€ in the nightAnd the stuff in the reception didn’t respect you !!

Property in the reception not good, don’t have respect When thye speak with you speak without respect The reating is 0/10 I didn’t tell to anyone to come in this hotel

Pool

I found the staff to be quite strict, and I was asked to pay an additional 12 leva for parking because I arrived two hours earlier than expected. Additionally, the internet was not working initially. On the second day, my room was not cleaned despite my request to the cleaning staff.

Nice location., nice pool area.

Our bed could have a top mattress as it was very firm with a mattress alone. The hotel is a little dated and will benefit from a refresh and some updates

The location

The property has seen better days. The shower was barely warm, our toilet was constantly running water and the breakfast had quite a variate but low quality.

As we are old customers, get benefit from free room upgrade and not for the first time.Breakfast is about the same every day of the year, but dinner is different.Not crowded in end of January, nice and helpful staff.

Indoor swimming pool unavailable, probable to optimize costs since opening of The Aquahouse Thermal & Beach facility nearby the beach with cost for two persons only for access and bathrobe of about 50 Euro for weekdays and 60 Euro during weekends.Slow WIFI, that is unusual for Romance Hotel.

No variaty in BF, parking on street. No spa facilities availible.

Room was nice and confortable( family suite, newest building). Missing some items in the kitchenette but overall it was good. Spacious. Cleaning service everyday was good. Good aircon.Good location. Nice little playground for kids and pool adapted for them too with a slide.Beautiful fish pool with water lilies.

Staff isn’t really friendly.Breaksfast isn’t good. Very poor quality products and really unhealthy.Laundry fees are just stupidly pricy. Doesn’t make any sense. The room can get really noisy from hot tap turning on somewhere else and people walking upstairs.

Large room, completely newelly furnished , cleaned with very comfy beds. Perfect location and nice staff.

The air-conditioning was completely new but out of capacity with cooling the suite.

We had a great time here, especially at the pool. We loved the pool! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was rich, fresh and delicious.

On arrival we hardly found a parking spot, even if the description says that free parking is available on site and reservation is not needed. In the end, we left the car in an improvised spot, as the hotel’s available parking lots are very few. Cleaning could have been done so much better in the apartment, as the kitchen furniture and the glass of the balcony were full of greasy fingerprints of the previous guests. I cleaned it by myself. I booked a deluxe apartment with sea view, but there was no sea to view (see the photo below - that was our view from the balcony actually). We stayed on the second floor, maybe at the forth floor the sea is visible. Lunch was buffet style but with only a few options. It is very expensive for what they offer you. Staff was friendly and nice, except for the check out moment when the reception lady told us that I have to pay for 3 products from the minibar. We did not use any of the minibar products so of course we did not pay. I invited her to go and check the minibar for herself in the apartment. She believed us in the end and let us leave, but this was really unnecessary and left us with a sense of disappointment, although overall we had a good experience.

The swimming pool is super, kitchen in a room is lovely and handy when you stay with kids, restaurants are always available with nice food

Would like have gym, maybe in a future you will arrange

Excellent location- 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes also to all the good restaurants, many shops around…it’s also extremely easy to get to Varna, with a 10-15 minute taxi ride.The staff are always very caring and helpful, the food tasty, healthy and abundant, perfect place to have a real break, and relax.Very good value for money, with spacious rooms.

The bathroom facilities are a bit basic, but again as we were always at the beach not a problem.

My child forgot her phone near the pool, security didn’t do an effort to look in the camera

The suites are modern,spacious and clean. The WC zone is a bit small, but overall the bathroom area was great. The air conditioning was also great. Nice, big beds with comfortable mattresses. The swimming pool is clean and safe, the water is warm and there is a lifeguard available onsite.Close to the center and to a park with facilities for children.

A big minus and what we did not like was the bad food in the restaurant. For example a simple chicken soup was foul smelling and tasteless and the Ceaser salad was nothing but lettuce and some pieces of chicken, would recommend to eat outside.The park spaces are mainly on the street around and in front the hotel (public) if you’d like to have a private parking ( as mentioned in the facilities) you need to pay ( less than 10 EUR per day)
