Beach front, very quiet and tranquil.

Thé wifi was terrible, the food was ok , but nothing spectacular.

The location is perfect, spa is amazing, the food is great and the staff, especially housekeeping, is wonderful

I’ve been coming for 3 years in a row, but there are some things getting worse unfortunately. The carpet in the rooms is worn out, old, with traces of burns, which is not acceptable for a 5 stat hotel. There used to be a natural beet & carrot juice in the spa vitamin bar and now it is replaced with a concentrated juice apple and pineapple where you can taste the sugar. This was a disappointing experience.

The hotel couldn’t have been in a better spot — with the beach literally at our footsteps. The food was consistently delicious, offering plenty of variety and flavor. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff; everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel extra special. The spa experience was another highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Families will love it here too, since the place is very kid-friendly.

Palace Sunny Day has an old-style 5-star charm. The interior shows its early 2000s design, but the magnificent architecture and breathtaking sea views make up for it. Dinner is tasty with something for everyone. A good choice if you enjoy the classic feel of an older luxury hotel.

The terraces could use a little extra care, but overall it’s a lovely place to stay.

Excellent location - quiet and free from loud music. Very good food. Beach and amenities were perfect.

The beach and the SPA centre were among the best I have visited.A large choice of swimming pools and SPA facilities, plus an amazing beach line.

The room conditions were not the best. Not enough snack bars

The staff is quite impolite and rude everywhere in the hotel - reception, SPA , cleaning women. The food is good but it is dirty in the restaurant - chairs, dishes.Need to pay attention what plate you are taking. The pool is not with mineral water, though it was mentioned so. The hotel do not deserves its 5 stars.Probably it used to deserved them in the past, but definitely there are much better quality hotels for that money.

The building and the rooms are so so outdated and run down. You cannot rate this hotel as 5 star. It has nothing to do with 5 star when it comes to the building g and the rooms including the beds and bathroom. The room are 2 star hotel maximum.

It's a great visit in off season when it's not crowded and everyone is off . Recommend staying during some week days so the spa is not loud and over run with kids.

SPA section are really unbelievable great , very good food at breakfast , the hotel is in pole position in front of the sea ,the deluxe double room is huge , . . . Was a GREAT 5***** Hotel in the past !

Furniture in the room and everywhere in the hotel quite worn,especially in the restaurant .The entire lobby bar section is outdated, all the shops are closed, the pool table is almost non-functional .VERY COLD IN THE ROOM , ARROUND 20,5 degrees Celsius heating only with a very noisy (and old) AC installation !!!

We spent long weekend in the hotel. SPA area was very nice including outdoor swimming pool. We took half-board and breakfast and dinners were tasty proposing big variety of dishes. Our room was big and with marvelous sea view.

Great location. The outdoor pool is fantastic! Great saunas and jacuzzi. The indoor swimming pool is huge. We have visited in winter, so most of the summer facilities were shut. The breakfast/dinner buffet has wide selection of food with limited vegetarian/vegan options. My special request of surprise flower bouquet and champaign was organised discretely and was a huge surprise for my fiancee upon of our arrival in the room.

The lunch was tricky as the restaurant was empty for some reason and we didn't understand where the other guest would eat. But we talked to reception and we could order from the restaurant menu. We have had see-view room with own terrace which was fantastic, but the carpet was stained very much and looked very old. Also, the view to the inner terrace of the hotel looked abandoned. The tiles are coming off, etc... The whole hotel looked like an 'old lady' who couldn't take care herself in a sense.

Fantastic outdoor pool with thermal water! The location is impeccable, protected from the environment, fenced with its own park, wonderful hotel terrace, wonderful view from the room. Rich spa treatments, as well as a buffet for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff.

The hotel is starting to show discrete signs of the effects of time (a little renovation is needed), but for now without a significant impact on the functionality of the hotel's contents. Some food is not well prepared. Rich but monotonous breakfast and dinner. Expensive bar in the hotel lobby.

Right by the beach, beautiful private area, spa was great. We came in the Fall but the outdoor pool was warm and relaxing.

The only thing we weren’t informed of was the spa hours for the winter. It was only open until 6pm. A simple bit of information at check in would’ve been great.

We enjoyed very much the spa, beach and restaurant. Also the resort is very calm and quiet. Very well connected to Varna and Golden Sands.

I could have made sure the room terrace was looking towards the beach and not the forest, I didn't think of that when booking. Lesson learned. :-)

The location is beautiful, the beach looks great and the chairs are new and comfortable. The thermal water outside pool is big and set in a beautiful green corner. The view from the room was also great.

The hotel is old and outdated. The spa area sems renovates but there are some missing tiles and and the jacuzzi is very noisy. The thermal water is not filtered so the pool looks verry dirty. The room is small as if it were in a 2 star hotel and the bathroom also. Food is beneath any standard, the lowest quality products and beverages. You can't order anything else to drink beside the wine and beer offered for free.
