located in green part of the city, very close to park. Outdoor and indoor pools with thermal water, nice and helpful staff

The staff, the food, the location, the facilities.

The water in the pool was not very clean.The floor of the shower was leaking and it made a part of the carpet in the room damp.

Location was good and breakfast was tasty

Indoor pool was cold at april and did not feel that was mieral water

an 90th hotel, a big and impressive building, and very good service, helped us with the check-in earlierthey guided us to find the places there, supermarket, exchange money, see ect

Nice ”Old World” charm, peaceful garden, home-cooked food of good quality. Staff mostly friendly.

Cleaning could have been better, some things not working, computer system out of order now snd then, etc. Most likely due to mismanagement, as the staff did what they could.

The manager Keral (probably the wrong spelling)was exceptionally brilliant in explaining everything & so pleasant.

Love this hotel. I am always welcomed I stay here when I come to Constantine Helena. It is locate 2 mins from the center and the beach. They have their own parking at 15bgn a day easy access. Food good, room fantastic size bed comfortable, staff pleasant. The location is great. All satisfactory.

— They were kind enough to let us leave after 5 days and not pay for the rest of our stay (9 more days). — The location is great in terms of being close to the park and to the sea.

— AC basically doesn’t work. We had to ask twice to fix it and had to move rooms. Our 5 year old couldn’t sleep because of the AC. — Cafeteria is somewhere between bad and very bad. The menu is extremely repetitive, the food is over fried, the selection is limited. Coffee machine is only turned on in the morning. — The rooms are extremely worn and Soviet, substantially more so than in the photos.— At this price, it’s just a bad value for money. It’s cheaper than the other hotels around, but honestly unless you’re looking for their physical rehabilitation / SPA services (which we didn’t try), or looking for a nostalgic trip down the memory lane, this is just BAD.

Well overall - really nice staff !!! Really friendly and supporting. Very quick reactions, did all for out comfort. Supported us on maximum and all what we needed was really well. We liked the mineral water on the pool. Also the resort is really nice. Nice is also beer and wine available on dinner. Parking is accessible and very close.

Not really good food to be honest ... nothing special, repeating and repeating and the really poor quality. Coffee - not really good. In general the mattresses on the bed were really not comfortable. They must be really quickly exchanged. The elevator was really slow, and really not good. It takes a lot of time to wait, and sometimes not working even properly. I would recommend as well to exchange it. The wi-fi is really poor - coverage is not good and constant issues with that. You might get room without wi-fi coverage at all. Those are overall basic things for 4 star hotel and I would recommend the improvements.

The food was not great.

It was good stay, friendly staff, very clean room and balcony, towels changed every morning. In restaurant was very tasty food for breakfast and for dinner (half board)

Only one negative, the mattresses extremely not comfortable... I read previous reviews, people also complained about the mattresses.Change it and we will come again ?.

The inside pool is very hot and I cannot swim at all, but it's clean, beautiful , but the water is too hot.

I have stayed here a few times and really like this hotel. It's clean, food is very good. Location is great.

The bed creaked in room 310 The staff are ok, they do their job but could smile a bit more and interact with the guests. There is no welcoming atmosphere in any part of the hotel. I truly felt sorry for them having jobs they don't seem happy in, which is a shame and a big come back on the training of the hotel. I have been in customer service for many years and no matter how nice a place is, it's the staff that makes all the difference. If you have not got good friendly, helpful considerate staff, you have very little.

The balcony was good to watch the sunrise and set.Clean floor, towels every day.Pool usage was no issue, since I don't swim.Breakfast was okay the first three days.

At breakfast time it was to crowdy, esp. at the toastmachine, the que was about 10 min.Nobody spoke english or german, so I didn't ask nothing more. So my Vegetarian milkwasn't provide for.
