Pros +
- Overall, very good.
- I love the rooms, breakfast, and the thermal pool. Also loved the balconies with a charming view.
- This is one of the best true 5-star hotels visited so far. Everything deserves 5 stars: cleanliness, food quality, facilities, and especially the staff. Truly an outstanding stay, both amazing and deeply impressive.
Cons -
- The outdoor pool could have been much hotter in this cold weather. There was no cup for a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The sauna was barely warm. The food was quite varied and plentiful, but the chef needs to learn how to cook meat—it was tough and tasteless. The fish fillet was all bones.
- I didn't like that the balconies have no netting to keep mosquitoes out. It was impossible to open the windows or doors for fresh air.
- When I went to the spa I had booked a classic 50min massage. The young woman seemed nice and polite, but she lacked the skills and confidence I would expect from a massage therapist, especially in Bulgaria where the wellness industry is quality of services tends to be really great even in more humble establishments. She did adjust the pressure at my request, but it was still not a good massage, I thought about getting up and leaving multiple times, but in the end I stayed for the full 50min and canceled the next two treatments I had scheduled with her. On the plus side, the ladies at spa reception were very helpful with arranging multiple appointments for my group, and upon my cancellation wanted to hear about my experience with the hope of improving services.

Clean, spacious and beautiful hotel, with view of the sea, a large garden and many warm pools. Quiet. Staff was polite and helpful. Food was copious and delicious. I would strongly recommend this spa hotel!
I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and one of my favorite things about it is the clean design and neutral colors of the lobby area and the rooms, it offers quite the calming effect. At the front desk Paola was very helpful, and did her best to assist with some situations my group was dealing with.Due to bad weather we changed our dinner plans and had dinner at the Italian restaurant at the hotel, which was lovely. Dobrina and Tatiana stood out with their professionalism and positive attitude.I visited the spa for a first time, I enjoyed the long pool where one could swim some laps, and also the steam rooms and sauna. Breakfast was absolutely incredible, countless options, and very tasty. The snack bar was great, we had some incredible red wine. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and if we have a chance will stay there again.

Excellent resort, we like the spa area, great swimming pools and beautiful garden, clean room, friendly staff
Food was ok only in the weekend after that was not rilly for a 5 star hotel..
While the hotel's location is good and our room was decently clean, the overall experience was let down by the food they serve that was unfortunately mediocre, a problem made worse by the chaotic dining area. We regularly had to wait (more like racing) for a table, and the space felt far too crowded to be comfortable.9Also, being required to pay for parking at a 5-star hotel, after strugling to find an empty space is unacceptable. It's a decent hotel, but it fails to deliver on the service and amenities that a 5-star rating implies.
Excellent location
No private beach, extra payment for parking! The receptionist said “ NO” when I asked him to be flexible with some requests, don t say NO to a client, say “ I’ll try, I’ll do my best”, even the answer is no :) !
Everything was great, the food was exceptional with a lot of diversity, including gluten free, lactose free, sugar free in the morning, with a variety of fruits, sweets and salads and meats. I have nothing to complain about the food. The staff was kind and the whole propriety very well maintained, clean and well in place. The spa area also clean and relaxing. Very close to the beach also. The room was very spacious for 4 persons with coffee capsules renewable everyday and the cooler pre filled with drinks and sweets complimentary of the hotel.
The parking fee.
Great place and amazing location , is having everything you need for relaxation!
I think this place need big time VALET, it’s unacceptable, hotel like this not to have a VALET, because I had to look for a spot to park , also I arrived at 22.30 -23.0 and there was nobody to help me with my luggages , also big mistake!!!
I love the park and how they take care of everything
Park, pool , room, lobby
The hotel looks really good, has a nice design, big and clean rooms. Can’t complain about the indoor facilities
The swimming pools were mostly cold oat guests were staying in only 2 swimming pools: the indoor ones and one outside that was heated). The food was far from 5*, so we switched from halfboard to breakfast - the options were limited and the food more suited for a 3* hotel (although the a la carte restaurants had decent food). The beach had many algae - we literally went one day across the border where the sea side was most decent and free of algae.
1. Pools and gardens are the best in Bulgaria. Outdoor and indoor pools, heated and cold ones, swimming pools, kids pools, a fun water slide for young kids, shade, old pine trees, quiet and peaceful even when full of people. 2. Sea view room - absolutely beautiful, comfortable and clean. 3. Comfortable and convenient for families with small children - you have everything for a stress free stay.4. Doesn't feel too crowded even when fully booked.5. Great Spa offer, very good massages.
1. Food - it's ok, you'll find what to eat, but it's not at the standard I would have expected for this hotel. The sweets at dinner and cakes at the bar are inedible.2. Big gated parking, but it's paid. Since most tourists come by car, the price could be incorporated in the room rate. 3. Extremely expensive E charging station. Better charge in Varna at a fast charger.4. Beach - small shelterd cove, great for kids, beach beds included, but no waves and full of bad smelling algae.
Pools and garden.
Food and paid parking.
Early check-in + requested room type. Great SPA options on site. Rich food selection both for breakfast and dinner. Nice design of the concourse level.
Tort were very accomodating when se encountered an issue, ghe breakfast had Manu options and the beds are sublime
The was a particular smell in one room and in another room the bathroom floor was not very clean as I expected a 5 star hotel to be
Good breakfast, friendly and attentive staff. The Japanese restaurant was open until late, which was what we needed, and the food and service was very good. The decor throughout was very stylish, and we especially enjoyed the waterfall/fish display near the reception.
All was good. Only one small negative was no serviettes at breakfast table.
This was my second stay here and once again I really enjoyed the experience. The place is very clean, the breakfast is generous and delicious, the spa area and the massage services are relaxing and well-organized, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
However, there are a couple of structural issues that impacted my comfort during both visits. The walls between the rooms are made of drywall (gypsum board), and unfortunately, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms — including TVs, conversations, and other noises. If you’re trying to sleep, your head is literally next to the TV in the adjacent room. I noticed this last year as well, and when I mentioned it, even the hotel staff acknowledged it’s a known issue that hasn’t been resolved. Also, this time I stayed on the park-facing side, and I was surprised to find that the sink was placed inside the bedroom, not separated by a wall. This made things quite uncomfortable, especially at night — using the sink or the toilet creates a lot of noise and disrupts anyone else in the room. The overall interior design looks stylish, but from a functional standpoint, this is a serious design flaw that’s hard to ignore, similar in impact to the lack of soundproofing between rooms.
Lovely rooms, beautiful spa and pools.
Very good hotelThe rooms are very comfortable The spa is greatThe only disappointment was from the massages That’s a pity that they hire bad massagists
