Hotel Aurora

The food was nice, but cold however, there was a microwave. Actually the bed was comfortable.

For the whole 3 night stay the room had no housekeeping and we had the same towels. The indoor pool was closed. visitors paid the fee for lunch but had an additional fee to use the pool and no towels available. However, they did find one.There is no proper lounge area so you have to sit outside with the mozzies. It's not a hotel we would use again.

Breakfast was the same every day, but enough food. Parking was reserved for us. The personnel was very nice and responsive.

Cleaning in the bathroom, rust on sanitary installation, the false ceiling was out of place and you could see the real ceiling full of moisture...

The room was not clean. There was toilet paper on the ceiling of the bathroom.The food was poor and there was nothing new between meals.

The property needs a restauration but overall it was good for the price we paid.We had a very large and comfortable room with balcony and a big bathroom.The cleaning wasn’t done daily but if you asked the ladies to do it or to change the towels there wasn’t a problem in doing it. We also asked for a free crib and they offered us.The nearest beach is 10 minutes away.The food was good and diverse and the staff very attentive.We had a parking lot but there aren’t enough for all the clients of the hotel.There is also a playing place for the kids and an outdoor pool and an indoor one.

The water from the pool was very cold for the kids and also deep for them.They should buy some new towels as the ones they’ve got smelled badly.They should add some new desserts in the menu for the all inclusive.

Location and rooms were ok

the hotel is boaring... no activities.. breakfast is the same every day... we used the hotel only bed and breakfast, the pools were boaring and not clean..

The friendliness of the staff and the hotel base. Very professional attitude and great spacious rooms. Since we were travelling for work in mid summer season, I believe we got 10/10 with Aurora Hotel. Recommend!!

It is a good place if you have small kids.They have a small park and pool for kids wich are most of the time în a shadow area.

Food is low quality.Room cleaning is basic, they don't change towels only on demand. And they don't clean rooms during your stay they just arrange the beds.

Dirty rooms, ants on the floor, toilet full of pee..so I didn’t recommend this hotel :( Food is very poor..Not enough snack…

Could have cushions or towels in hotel. There is no lounge just restruant bar and sit on a small terrace.

The staff is very helpful, reception is open 24/7,all very polite and respectful.The AC was new at least and working well.

We had Breakfast included but after the first morning we decided to skip it. Only the cheapest products and very poor choice.The room are outdated, furnitures very worn and old, bathroom had a moldy smell and shower head black( lime scale or mold or both). When we open the room had fainted cigarettes smell.The pillows also had a very weird smell.We were lucky because most of our stay was quiet because the hotel was empty (during the week), the on Friday more people came and around 8.30 in the morning starting getting very very noisy. People were slamming the doors, shouting in the corridor....etcI don't think it is worth it and I will never come back unfortunately.The hotel needs some refurbishment.

I can’t say did not like it, but could be much better if the dibble bed in single room which I have ordered was more cosy and not just two single bed joined together, also was not necessary other single bed to be in the room ant that single bed wasn’t even covered with bed linens.In this case the room wasn’t looked welcome, however was very clean and the air conditioner was working gently and nice.

We waited 20 min more to make the check in , which let s say was not a big problem , but when we left , we tried to leave with 2 hours before and we had to wait one hour and 30 min so they could take the car that was blocking us . When I asked them if this is normal they said that they do not look which cars are leaving, but they look at the people. Why I put my phone number there and why they solicitate my plates number if they do not check who lives the place . It was something like , if the room are free it does not matter. And in the first day it was really dirty on the floors. All the rooms were dirty.

The Pool, the gym and that the hotel was close to the beach.

The food was bad, room wasn't so clean, the staff didn't know english so it was difficult to communicate.

Large space, several pools and plenty of sun beds. Infinite amount of food and beverages. Great Bulgarian cheeses. Spacious and clean room. 10-15 minutes walk to the beaches. Staff very industrious and responsive.

The taste of food could be greatly improved (e.g. use real olive oil and butter). Consider trading quantity for quality. The amounts of wasted food that ends in the mixed garbage bin is ridiculous: please post signs that discourage guests from piling too much on their plates, and place bins for organic waste that can be composted.
