Everything was perfect. Hotel has Everything that you need for perfect stay. Food is fabulous,cozy atmosphere at lobby and sauna/pool center., Rooms are spacious, bright and worm.Location, next to ski lift and 100 m from free bus stop. No need for a car!

12 steps from the lobby up to the elevator to the rooms.Wifi was really weak in the room.Screaming kids in the pool area.Half board dinner salad bar and bread selection are uninspired.Monday is Green Day so no meat on the menu.No bar fridge or kettle in room

Our stay was exceptional, with warm hospitality, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a stunning location close to the ski slopes. The staff showed a clear respect for both nature and our time, making our experience even more enjoyable. The yoga session was perfect for relaxation. A highlight was the 3D movie about the UNESCO biosphere reserve Nockberge, with insightful commentary from a park ranger. Highly recommended!

Good location of the hotel. When there is enough snow, easy access to the ski lifts. Nice view from some rooms.

The mattresses in our room were very soft and worn out.

Very friendly and professional staff, spotless facilities, great SPA with two pools.

The dinner concept with buffet is nice and ingredients are fresh, but some main dishes could be improved in taste.

Friendly staff, clean, spa i great. Food is nice. They really try to give personal touch in every aspect.

I would like a refrigirator in the room, otherways great. Maybe a little warmer outside pool, and longer working hours of spa area.

We like the authentic Austrian nature of the hotel. It was comfortable, clean and the food was excellent.

Everything was very good: from the size of the room, to the food and facilities and especially the staff. We will be returning to this hotel.

The room we stayed in did not have enough electrical outlets.

I loved the breakfast. Great value and exceptionally good quality. The room was wonderful, super mattress and every day fresh water in the room. I even got a second pillow to improve my sleeping quality.

I didn't like walking half across the restaurant and lobby in my dressing gown. Further children were playing in front of the spa, so relaxation was not really possible as they were very loud. On the way back we again had to walk through the lobby/bar where everybody had their night caps and my daughter and I felt quite out of place.

Wifi is realy bad so if you need wifi during your stay forgget about it.TV in our room didnt work.We complained about tv and wifi at reception but they ignored it First day we got sonnerscard which they charged us at checkout even thouthght they didnt tell us that this card will be charged by them.

Village and surrounding areas are beautiful.

Smelly hotel with old rooms and facilities. Hotel needs refurbishment badly. Quite disappointing experience. Based on reviews on booking I had much higher expectations. For rate we had paid you can stay in modern and nice hotel in Karnten. Definitely would not go back. I apologize for bad but honest review.

The room is just a little to small

We loved that the staff cleans the room every day so the room was exceptionaly clean. We enjoyed the wellness, especialy the heated pool outside. The staff was friendly and kind. The hotel is very close to the ski lift.

Good breakfast (but very expensive), nice sauna and swimming pool area, big clean room, nice activities for kids (Easter hunt), parking space outside. We had a lovely massage.

The bed was very uncomfortable, I could not sleep during the night. We had the buffet dinner the first night: there was a large selection, but frankly the food was really average.

Really nice hotel, perfect for family. Food and service was perfect, in the evening you can relax in cosy pool and sauna. Location is good 2 min walk to ski lifts. We will definitely book again.

Wifi signal was not so good, it was not critical for us so not an issue.

They have "slow food" concept, it is awesome. Every dinner is experience. 5-star restaurant. Waitering staff is great.
