The hosts were great, room clean and comfortable and nice public spaces.

Very cozy small family hotel. Our hosts were very nice. Food at the dinner was really great. Hotel is 4 min walk from Thermal Romerbad and 7 min walk from ski lift. Rooms are really nicely decorated with enough wardrobe space. It has nice little spa and ski room. Would definitely come back :)

Nice wellnes area! The food is excellent and I highly recommend choosing the halfboard option. There is also a good selection of vegetarien dishes. Great atmosphere!

Little more comfortamble bed would be nice! The only downside is that the hotel is not ski in/out. The gondola is just acros the street, so its not an issue to walk there, but don't expect to ski straith into the hotel as stated on Booking! Maybee offpiste when there is a lot of snow ?

Staff was not polite.Room was given with no mountains view which was declared while booking.Room is too dark, not enough elimination when required.Shower door missing the seal at the bottom creating a leak to the floor while taking shower.Steam sauna was out of order.No bath robes and slippers were provided for sauna.Blanket was with some spots.Floor covering was dirty.TV set sound worked poorly.

The hospitality of the owners is outstanding. They happily accommodated every request we had.The Prosecco at breakfast is such a nice little touch. :)The wellness area is private and clean.The food is just WOW!

Breakfast was nice. The hotel is cozy and nicely situated with a great view.

Saunas and bar open at 16h, so if someone doesn't ski during the day they have nothing to do in the hotel. Can't have a drink even in the lobby. Also, the fireplace in the lobby was not used, instead they put video of fire on TV, would've been nicer with the real thing. And Netflix and Prime don't work.

The lady at the reception was incredibly nice.Location is perfect - very close to the ski slopes in a nice resort. Also a spa is very close.Breakfast was very nice - enough options, two ladies making sure nothing runs out. I was surprised there was no fresh cheese/cottage cheese.Sauna is a nice addition. Somebody should come during the sauna working hours to refill the water.

The furnishing in the room is very old. Pictures on booking are so filtered that the colors appear much more fresh and vibrant. TV is installed at the side of the room, making it very difficult to watch. The wall sockets for electrical appliances were all "too wide", so nothing was working except for the one socket in the bathroom.Bathroom was the worst part - it had a horrible damp smell.There were also some spider webs behind the bathroom door that remained there all the time throughout our stay.

The hotel is elegant, sophisticated and has a very good atmosphere. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent. Dinner was particularly delicious. The cocktails were also excellent. The service was fantastic, they were very attentive and kind. The hotel is well equipped, has its own spa and is very close to everything (thermal baths, ski lift). There is also a separate storage room for ski equipment. In short, I can recommend this special hotel with a good heart.

We loved the coziness and the fact that it was super dog friendly. Jessica and Kevin were very welcoming and accommodating. The food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner were great. And the walking distance to skiing was perfect.

The bed and the mattress were a bit too soft and could have used more padding. The almwellness was a little small so it got crowded very quickly.

Room very outdated, only make up. In SPA one sauna was out of order.

The rooms and the bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are extra large and very comfortable. There's a huge flat TV. The spa is small but has 2 saunas, a steambath, and a chill area and is also very spacious. The restaurant is another gem. The breakfast is really good with egg dishes, youghurt, really tasty bread and tons of spreads and meats. I also had dinner there, and it was top notch. The lift is a minute biking.

The staff were all very friendly and the dinner was excellent.

The bed was a little too hard for me.

Our room was spacious, offering plenty of space and a lovely terrace. However, it lacked a mountain view, which was a bit of a disappointment. Additionally, the room could have benefited from better lighting, as it felt quite dark at times.The owners were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions, adding a personal touch to our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.Overall, Hotel Sportalm offers a warm and welcoming experience with great amenities, though a few minor improvements could enhance the comfort. It's a great choice for those looking to enjoy the natural surroundings of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Everything was clean and as on the pictures. Ambient is warm and comfortable. Hosts are extremely nice and pleasant. I have celiac disease and they were adaptable by serving me gluten free bread at breakfast and also gluten free dinner. Dinner was exceptional. Spa area is beautiful and peaceful with refreshing drinks. Location is perfect, it's a walking distance from Kaiserburgbahn. The property also have storage for ski equipment. The only thing we were sad about was not seeing the owner (the dog :) ).

We loved every aspect of this hotel. The vibe of the hotel, the special care and smile of Jessica and Kevin, the superb meals incl. vegan options, the comfort of the rooms, the wellness, everything was perfect! So many nice touches in every corner, my favorite was the green sprouts on the table that you can cut for yourself to add it to your meal, great idea. We will return.

Everything was great.. Hotel is super cosy, location is great (few minuts walk from the cable car and Römerbad Therme), staff is friendly and helpful.Breakfast was delicious and dinners at the restaurant were above expectations..I would definitely recommend staying at Sportalm Hotel and would like to come back one day..
