Beautiful breakfast area and lobby. Nice restaurant with modern appointments. Perfect location and views.

Pool was small and cushions were warn. No covered storage in room.

The staff is cold at this hotel. I had ants all over my room and luggage when I woke up the first morning there and they were not very nice about it. Instead they sent the cleaning staff to my room to determine whether or not I was being truthful. Then they moved me to a room that was half the size of the one I had. No apologies for the inconvenience. Would not stay there again. Not very hospitable.

The music at the rooftop restaurant was intolerable. When I asked the front desk when it would end they could not say. So I canceled my 7:30 dinner reservation and went somewhere else. At the pool bar I was told that I could use cash or card and not able to charge to my room. Went down to my room and got cash. The second time I went to the bar they said no cash card only so down to my room again. The bathroom door got locked and I went to the desk twice to get someone to come open it

The location is perfect, the hotel is in great condition and the breakfast is amazing. The staff was wonderful and because of them I know I will be back.

The extra charges for the spa use and for the pool are not a good surprise.

The staff was exceptional. My daughter needed a doctor. They provided one and translated and the fee was reasonable. Arranged for a taxi to take me to the pharmacy to pick up medication and bring me back. They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Alessandro and Angela especially.

The cleaning service was poor, and communication about the facilities was terrible. The hotel should provide transfers from larger cities like Sorrento. It’s confusing to have a resort and spa but still have to pay to use the pool and beach. This fee wasn’t mentioned when booking. It feels like a rip-off because they claim pool access is free but require a minimum spend of 20 Euros per person on food and beverages. Additionally, their beach sunbed partnership offers no discounts.The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast, which was of good quality.Overall, this hotel is overpriced and overrated

Pool and Spa are not for free. If you want to use the pool you have pay 20€ per person. If you want to use the spa you have to pay 75€ per person

Take day trips to Capri, Positano or Amalfi

No free pool, needed reservations for rooftop restaurant, never ate there, good places around to eat.

Wonderful location to the beach. So easy to get around.

This hotel describes itself as a resort and spa. The spa is closed (so no indoor pool) and the hotel has no gardens, no beach facilities and the only outside space is the roof with a very small pool and limited number of sunbeds. Access to the roof is "free" with a Euro20 charge per person! (redeemable against very expensive drinks and snacks) - so not a resort at all.Our "standard room" was at the rear of the property with a horrible view of pipes, tanks and the hotel's AC machinery (see photo) which made a noise all night to disturb our sleep - so "sub-standard".Finally the hotel appear to have hi-jacked my booking.com review process to post a favourable review. Fortunately my tech-savvy daughter has helped me to replace it with this genuine review

Nothing much except one waitress who provided us with friendly and attentive service

That we were charged for a Resort with Spa which did not exist - Reception explained that SPA had been discontinued a while ago and advertising would be changed. Upon arrival we were served two drinks on the small balcony facing the sea. To our dismay we found that table, chairs and railing were very dirty and had soilde our clothes. We undertook a rough cleaning of the the table and chairs ourselves with a hotel towel. We left a day early and found a very pleasant hotel in Chianti. Perfect combination of hotel, beach view, pool and port

A little bit bit dated, but still very wonderful

The location was great, the beach was few steps away.

The whole stay in the hotel we didn't have any warm water, it was do to repair works, but still it left a disappointment. Hopefully, the repair work will be done also on rooms them self's because furniture is very old fashion and the feel in the room was very old. Food was great, but little overprized and cocktails very definitely overprized. Also, don't use there parking, our car door where scratch, better to look for a parking around the hotel.

Sometimes outside noise, because in front of the hotel there are some constructions and also there are strong terms about car parking; So when you are arriving in 4 star hotel and cost of parking 30€ I think it’s uncomfortable emotionally..

The property sits at the waterfront with great views. Staff was nice and helpful. Food in restaurant was delicious. Nice breakfast selection. All together a delightful stay.

The pool is very small, like a kids size and there's a $20 required spend to use it. With drink prices that's not difficult but just a strange rule. Especially off season with very few guests. In season it would get crowded quick.

The location was spectacular and very convenient to get on a boat to Positano or Amalfi… Also capri. The staff was very friendly and tried to be very helpful. Also, the breakfast was excellent.

We stayed on the 7 to 10 May and the rooms were very warm. They had not switched over to air conditioning so we had to leave our patio door open. Subsequently, we had sewer smells that came up from the bathroom sink and construction smoke from below.

Absolutely everything except the bed, it was very firm. Restaurants in this small cove were outstanding! Easy bus to Sorrento right out front.
