The staff, real fast, and pool was excellent, along with the views!

The pool closed earlier than we had hoped, 8:30pm.

Loved the staff , they were so helpful with any questions we had Re our tours we had booked. The Spa is wonderful with the sauna , steam room, indoor pool with jets. Beautiful room with balcony , view of ocean. Restaurant delicious ! Breakfast buffet same

Beautiful location is also very convenient ,free private parking, great restaurant and spa with free indoor pool.

All of the staff worked hard and were very good. Francesco, the night manager, was exceptional.

The distance to Sorrento. We spent a lot of time waiting for the bus and paying for car service. An in- house periodic shuttle service would benefit the hotel.

The hotel could not be at a better location.The view from the hotel of the Isle of Capriis breathtaking.The hospitality and service was 5 star.The rooms were decorated tastefully, sparkling clean, cheerful, and let in lots of natural light.The facility was well maintained, the AC ran efficiently and there was plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure in the shower. The pool area along with a bar and restaurant was very relaxing. The restaurant offered a variety of options for breakfast...eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, assorted meats and cheeses, vegetables, croissants, variety of breads, cake and cookies.Juices, teas, coffee, cappuccino, espresso were available as well.The dinner menu was extensive with pasta, seafood, meat, and fish prepared to order.We had branzino, tagliatelle prepared with a porcini and cream sauce as well as a bolognese sauce. The portions were ample and the taste lived up to our expectations.We had tiramisu for desert...again superdelicious. Our waiter, Franco, was extremely helpful offering suggestions.The staff was excellent working as a team.We want to especially thank Lucia at the front desk for arranging transportation to and from the hotel and taking care of our every need.

I don't know if I've ever stayed at a nicer hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. They assisted with booking trips to Amalfi and Capri. Whatever we needed they provided, the breakfast was amazing. The views were unbelievably amazing overlooking the water and seeing Capri in the background from the patio, it was spectacular. It was a perfect location to Sorrento and getting to Amalfi. If you were looking for a phenomenal place to stay, that's super convenient with amazing staff, services and view. This is the place. Can't thank the staff enough and highly highly recommend.

There wasn't one thing that we didn't like. It was all amazing.

After traveling by train, then shuttle, we were worn out and looked it. The gentleman at the front desk said, "We will take care of you and help make any arrangements needed to get you to your upcoming activities". They were wonderful. The room had a view of Capri, beautiful. We thought we were in heaven after the in town hotel we had in Rome. The last evening, we got massages, best we've ever had. Lovely place. Wish we had the time to take advantage of all it's amenities.

We loved the breakfasts but not in love with the dinners we had chosen. On our last night, my daughter chose something she just couldn't eat and she is not that picky. She told the waiter that we had had before and who had been very nice, that she couldn't eat it. He was not happy. Didn't say let me get you something else, nothing. They kind of avoided us and my daughter lost her appetite. They gave us the bill and didn't take off the meal that was barely touched. She asked for them to do that and they did so. So much for the good relationship we had with the wait staff.

We absolutely loved the rooftop pool, with the amazing view of Capri. Had lunch up there twice, with good food and very friendly staff - simply perfect.

The hotel’s on a busy (and noisy) road; and you need a car (or otherwise to take the bus) to reach other spots.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, an even better restaurant for lunch and dinner.Rooftop swimming pool with a bar next to it.

No cooling available in the room. The room was too warm to sleep in at night. If you open the window, it was too noisy as the hotel is right on a main road.

Fabulous views, fantastic restaurant and staff! Overall well worth the money. I’d suggest everyone should go there and enjoy it

Literally nothing!

Good location, easy parking, very clean and good condition of hotel.

Restaurant not the best. Fitness area isn’t a fitness area, it just has a treadmill and no ventilation. You need to book the indoor pool per hour but still if you do that other people are there and have booked the same time.

Although the view was lovely and so was the room, the street in front of the hotel was very busy and very, very loud. The windows were effective and kept the noise out of the room but there was no way to enjoy the fresh air and the balcony was a total waste. This was very disappointing and we were surprised no one mentioned it in reviews. The breakfast was good and we ate dinner one night in the restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced.

The views were excellent and the staff at the reception were very helpful.

The restaurant staff were not so friendly or helpful and the hot breakfast choice was limited, to 1 or 2.
