Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. Walkable distance to the nearby town. Comfortable bed.

We stayed in quadruple room, very handy with two children. Car park on spot. Good breakfast. Good location.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Hotel has shuttle buses to Sorrento for free. Overall, a great experience and great value for your money..

We like it being in the hills,it was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant was great and the garden and pool area were very nice.

We just spent 3 days in this gorgeous surrounding hotel, staff was absolutely helpful specially Veronica, thankyou so much for your extra help, looking forward for our next visit.

The hotel was a very nice suprise, located in a quite area with free parking, 20 min drive from Sorrento.Spacious, comfy and clean room, cleaned daily, spotless towels changed daily, toiletries, great bathroom, good and varied buffet breakfast to suit all tastes.

We had breakfast included and paid extra 25€ per person for a 3 course dinner, the day special which was ok, but nothing special. I would have expected more flavour, specific to Italian cuisine.

We had read some bad reviews but it must have been some other place as the room, gardens, pool and price was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful especially Candida in reception and Tony the Maître’D, Full continental breakfast was great and dinner and service was excellent

The hotel is about 20 minutes up the hills from Sorrento main town. The Hotel is excellent with great helpful staff. I couldn't fault our stay!! The Hotel runs a shuttle service into Sorrento. This could be more frequent, but not the end of the World. As a worst case, if you have to take a taxi it is 65 euros. During our four day stay, we chose to take a taxi on two occasions. This cost was balanced to the overall cost of our stay, which was reasonable as a whole for such a busy time.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel with our family. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The pool was clean and well-maintained, which the kids really enjoyed. However, the food could use some improvement. Overall, it was a nice experience, but with a few tweaks to the menu, it could be even better.

Noise insulation of the rooms but the hotel is quiet and the view of some rooms.

The staff were always polite and eager to assist. Breakfast was nice,fresh with lots of options to choose. The shuttle transfer offered by the hotel is very convenient. Great view from our room!

Pillows were too hard and the room not as clean as you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The rooms had zero sound proof, we could hear all conversations from next door rooms loud and clear. The bathroom was also leaking from the shower doors.If you plan to drive around the costiera the hotel's location is not as good as it seems, because the road has many turns and it's very tiring.

Stayed in the 2 bed cottage and studio. They were lovely and clean. Comfortable beds, everything you needed. Lovely staff and shuttle bus was very helpful into Sorrento. Great location with easy walk into Sant Agata for shops, restaurants and ice-cream. Pool was lovely too with plenty of umbrellas and loungers.

The pool is a quiet and pretty place to spend some time before leaving the hotel.The location is ok where we could visit easily some places around that area.The staff was very available to solve the “problems” and very effective. Grazie for all your help.

We choose a room (classic/standard) and unfortunately the room wasn’t soundproof as they said in their description. They gave us at our arrival a room near the reception with an emergency door and after the first night, we asked to move to another room because we could hear everything after 7a.m (people arriving, scooters, babies …). Thankfully the staff provided us another room where we could have some peace. Although this new room was above the staff entrance (so again after 7am we could listen everything). Also the view of this room was amazing…. Not. (See images attached).

The hotel was located in a nice quiet area, nice views of the city and the mountains/sea. The hotel looks clean, well kept and spacious. The common areas are inviting and the pool area was relaxing. The staff are all friendly and well informed. From reception staff to the restaurant and cleaners they always have a smile on their faces and very friendly.
