Hotel Piccolo Paradiso

The overall condition of this boutique property is well maintained and convenient to navigate. The rooms are nicely appointed including the bathroom with plenty of hot water and great water pressure! The breakfast is plentiful, fresh and tasty! The pool is such a bonus for a hotel in this location (directly on the sea cliff) It rained on and off during my stay so I didn't get to enjoy the poo but it looked very accommodating.

So I'm an ambiance "lighting" freak and I didn't like the bright fluorescent lighting in the breakfast and dinner restaurant. The lighting options in the room were very good but some dimmer switched would have made it perfect! The bed was a nice size king with super fresh linens BUT way too firm for my liking.

The distance from places eg town centre - we overlooked checking this when we booked Some staff were very disinterested in assisting guests. Breakfasts were not great and the staff again were unhelpful or made everything seem like an effort for them.

The location was really great. The Hotel is near the beach with an amazing view. Nice pool after a long day and great breakfast.

Some guests were rude in terms of silence

The views were spectacular, the pool area was lovely, the food was okay but pricey compared to restaurants close by. The property is located up a huge hill which is wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. The marina is a short walk away and has lovely restaurants and a little shop! The boat trip the hotel sells is great! There is a local bus that leaves from outside the door of the hotel into Sorrento. You need to get 2 buses but fairly easy! Taxis are EXTORTIONATE. €60 in the day to sorrento and €100 at night!

Breakfast is as beyond basic. The food isn’t replenished very often so you are left waiting for basic things like croissants. There wasn’t much choice. Would definitely recommend getting a room with a view, we didn’t and the room was very dark and looked out onto some netting.

Great location with stunning views, the room was lovely with a balcony looking over the harbour and out to Naples, the restaurant was nice ( we had breakfast only ) and the pool was lovely too

The beds were too hard so that was uncomfortable, other than that for the price all was good

Nice pool, terrace overlooking the sea, good breakfast with sea view, friendly staff.

The bed was not that comfortable (thin mattress on wooden platform) and very hard flat pillows. Wished for fluffy pillows. And, our balcony had a nice view but had no separation between us and next balconies. A curtain or shade would have offered a little privacy.

We had a balcony with stunning sea view. Beautiful place. Staff very friendly. Room and bathroom clean but yes quite old. Bed very comfortable.Convenient close to the marina della lobra.

Place is far away from the Sorrento. You can go by his during the day. Taxi VERY limited. Certain times (early morning for example) not possible.

The hotel is very charming, and quiet with sea views. We requested twin beds and as the hotel was fully booked we didn't get but the staff was friendly and brought us a complimentary prosecco. The breakfast views are amazing

The room was not really cleaned, we found the soap from the previous client, also the bed mattress was moving a lot. The pictures of the booked room did not match the room we got. Another downpoint was there there were almost no taxis and no bus on Sunday, so we had to walk for 25 minutes uphill with our suitcases to get on the first bus. The hotel did not provide any transfer or taxi. So I really recommend you to hire a car if you are going to the hotel or make sure to not check in/check out on a Sunday.

The view from Terrace is amazing. Own Bar and Restaurant to take food and drinks to the Room is appreciated, has a very Good Parking lot.

A/C on room 301 did not work properly, shower needs and update. Long stairway to the sea and Bar restaurants.

We had a nice ocean view from our room. The staff was friendly and the pool area nice.

Off the beaten track and accessible to the harbour and local restaurants. The pool was good and our room had good views.

Inconsistent water system, one morning no water and each day there was water it was cold and sometimes only a trickle. The hairdryer was awful. Shame no kettle in room.

Great property, clean, tidy and reasonably modern. Pool facilities are nice. The town Massa Lubrense is a cool little place outside of the crowds that are Sorrento and Amalfi, boat trips go from the harbour below and there are great little restaurants available at good pricing.

Bit of a walk up hill to get the bus into Sorrento, the local bus doesn’t really go too often

Very pretty hotel in a lovely small town, Nearby to locations that we warned to visit but enabled us to escape the hustle and vessel of a bigger city. It had a good safe parking, It was easy to find And base ourselves from to travel around the region.The room and hotel were clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to base ourselves.

Staff were not the most pleasant or helpful, On more than one occasion, a member sighed and rolled her eyes at us. Whilst we might be unkowing of the location and understanding things, it's not the attitude I would expect.The hotel is fairly noisy every morning. we were woken up with noise from nearby rooms of the cleaners moving things around or from children running up and down the corridors yelling and shouting.There was a sign at the pool to suggest that guests could not reserve beds next to the pool however over the 4 days we were there we were not able to go down in sunbathing once as there was not enough beds and people have been reserving them and then going for food.

Room was full of ants told the staff they did nothing.

We had a lovely room with a wonderful sea view and balcony. The pool is also very nice, and it's a short (but steep) walk down to the hotel's private beach club, plus the harbour (boats to Capri) and several restaurants

The only disappointment for us was breakfast - very limited choice, eggs etc cost extra. Otherwise it would have been a 10!

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Perfection location, about 15 minutes bus journey from Sorrento with regular busses running a 10 minute walk away. Lovely quiet area, with access to a gorgeous private beach & a lovely pool. Everything you need just a short walk away, including a supermarket, restaurants and cafe. Right beside a gorgeous marina and the hotel staff booked boat tours for his, which was very helpful. The maids at the properly could not have done enough and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were not the best, but didn’t impact our stay too much.
