Relais Il Frantoio

Hotel employee is super frienly and he gave us ideas of where to go, with maps included, we needed a taxi one night and he called the driver for us and shared the contact to call back later for pick up. Easy to commute. Beautiful place! Plenty of parking.

Few observations:- uncomfortable beds.- very hard pillows. When asked the staff to change they said of course but did not do.- Second day most of the breakfast items were finished when we arrived (which was at 0900 for a breakfast time 0800-1000)- Smelly rooms (of vinegar).- Dogs manure on the pavement was not picked at least after we left.- No WiFi service due to storm that occurred allegedly few days before we arrived. The answer to our complaint was something like "yes, yes, we know, the storm... tomorrow it will be fixed"... every day... but it was not fixed at least till we left.- Bad value for money.

All...If our complaints were even partially tended to then we may have been more satisified.

They don’t really charge cars there and even if they do — they do it only at the morning before the check out and the only working charging is through the regular socket, so it doesn’t really help

It exceeded my expectations, very good service, super friendly and the room was very clean, they also cleaned the rooms and changed the towels daily, the breakfast was very good.

Superhost! I would definitely recommend this place because their service and environment. Host sent all the local businesses nearby. It’s the next suburb from Sorrento and a picturesque town to immerse yourself in for authentic Italian experience. A bus right near the hotel to catch into town approx 15 mins. Kitchen to cook your own meal, relaxing garden. Cool Italian design!GRAZIE MILLE

Salvatore (owner/personal) is super nice, informative and friendly! Our 3 nights stay is perfect! We enjoyed also the weather there. Somehow it was fresher/cooler than the Almafi coast area.

Nothing to complain.

Salvatore was very nice, courteous and welcoming. The entire city didn't have water for a day and Salvatore helped us and provided water and anything else we need.The apartment was located in a perfect distance from the city- not too far but not in the center. It had a beautiful garden with fruit trees and great views. Loved our stay!

Master bed could be a bit more comfortable. Pillows were very hard but I guess it's a personal preference.

There was a fresh garden full of grass just i liked it the guy was really helpfull and kind

Perfect place to explore the Amalfi Coast. Super hospitable and helpful host and a great apartment. I would highly recommend.

Quite location well connected to Sorrento, Salvatore the host was very kind and helpful.

Apartments can be a bit refurbished.

Property is located between Sorrento and amalfi. We liked host and his hospitality.

Wifi quality was not good.

The air con in the rooms. The staff was nice when we had a problem with our car.

The breakfast was very disappointing, not much choice and stale food. Full of mosquitoes when sitting outside. The indoor communal areas smelled like mould. The bedroom was super tiny, no bedside table, no plugs next to the bed. The bathroom was old and every time we flushed the toilet there was a super loud noise that kept waking up our baby. One morning the cleaning lady entered our place twice without knocking while we were still sleeping/getting ready. Overall, for the price we paid we were expecting something way better. I wouldn’t go back.

Laid back and beautiful location. The staff was very helpful and friendly, gave us a lot of tips where to get awesome limoncello and dinner. Highly recommend it.

Adorable litte room with en suite and kitchenette, loved the little outside seating area, staff were super friendly considering I spoke very little italian and breakfast was served outside in the sunshine.
