Hotel Hanoi

Check-in and reception was at a different location, two streets away from our hotel. The hotel is very nice and quiet, with an inner terrace. Centrally located it's a few minutes walk to the center where all the restaurants are.

AC didn’t work nor did the fridge. free coffee available downstairs but no milk. There are no staff so check in and out, and all other enquiries have to done elsewhere. we were given the wrong keys twice

The location and atmosphere were really nice

the breakfast was not vegetarian friendly. The fruit wasn’t ripe and apart from a little cheese there was nothing I’d eat. on the other hand 11€ p.P. is not expensive. However, I wouldn’t order that again.

Beautiful room, spacious, good value. Check in at another hotel around the corner, but staff very helpful!

To check in, I had to go to another hotel 2 roads away. I was told that I had not answered the phone( while walking the Cami del Ronda) so they did not know when to expecting me. I was not impressed by our'welcome'. There was no lift.The bathroom was in the bedroom space, with no door on the shower When we left, we had to leave the key with the waitress doing breakfast. There was no effort to thank us for our stay, unlike the previous hotels.

Excellent location, excellent decoration, excellent staff. We loved our short stay and definitely would come back. It even had a transfer that brings you to the beaches included (only for summer months I think)

It didn't have enough plugs, only one in the bathroom. But it didn't matter to us. Everything was perfect!

Bad value for money: poor breakfast with limited options, no reception, one power socket in the room

the hotel had a good vibeclose to the centre with the restaurants yet calmthey offer a transfer to the beaches which is greatthere is a coffee machine available for guests

the rooms are quite small

Breakfast was good - had all the basics (yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese, ham), coffee and tea. The room was quite big with twin beds (which we asked for), an other space with little table and wardrobe, a patio, and a good sized bathroom. Location was fantastic for walking around the town - so easy to go to dinner and have a few drinks and walk back to room. The hotel had a shuttle that dropped us off at the beach which was very nice. They picked up too, but could only hold 6 people at a time so one group had to wait until the shuttle made a round trip back. They organised a picnic lunch for us upon request (we went kayaking one day) with an extra charge of Euro15/pp. One of the staff did make a reservation at their sister restaurant on the last night as we couldn't find a place in Begur to eat. We needed to drive there even though only 3 min away as it's down a long hilll with no walking path.

We were told we didn't need to reserve for dinner which was a mistake. During high season you definately need to book a place for dinner in Begur.

The hotel is in a great location in Begur . The hotel was great , very clean and has a lot of Character.The room had a great style and the terrace & breakfast were lovely.

iIt was perfect for our stay. Clean bright air conditioned room. terrace and access to sun terrace. Very friendly helpful staff. good value safe nearby parking. Good breakfast

Excellent little hotel/B&B, full of character and a short walk to the centre of Begur and it’s great bars and restaurants. If you like small boutique hotels this is great choice, as is the sister hotel the petit convent.

Very nice breakfast room and very nice breakfast too. Service was excellent. Nice room in a nice small hotel.

Reception was open until only 8pm. Luckily we arrived before that time.

The staff were friendly, location perfect, and the building and decoration so peaceful and beautiful. For a quiet weekend getaway it was great and perfectly priced.

There was a strong perfume smell in the room when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was so overwhelming that we had to keep the window open as long as possible to air and the first night we struggled with sore eyes and sneezing.

breakfast was nice and intérior design amazing ! really comfy, always super clean and smell so good in the room ! the patio is super cute and the village and the place is quiet !

shower in bed room with clear glass door. Not good for privacy unless you are comfortable with your room mate!
