The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Stellos, the hotel porter! He is very friendly and open.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were extremely helpful throughout our stay and exceeded our expectations. The view was beautiful, the room comfortable for four adults, and the surrounding area was easily accessible by foot.

What an amazing location in Santorini! We had a lovely private terrace with a caldera view and could watch the sunset from there - no crowds. The room was clean and spacious and unique! We loved it. But best of all is the staff - George and Stelios were the best. From arranging our transfer from the airport and to the ferry, to setting up our private breakfast on the terrace, to restaurant advice. Polite, helpful, easy to communicate with. You cannot pick a better place to stay in Santorini.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the ferry port and steps away from the restaurants and shops. A prime location with exceptional service throughout our stay. Breakfast was set-up on the balcony with Caldera views daily and everyone was so kind and attentive.

We would go back, everything was great.

The view of the Caldera was amazing! George was so thoughtful when I checked in and planned out my one night stay. He arranged shuttle to airport next morning for early flight out. Arranged our bags carried from room to shuttle which is so appreciated with all those stairs in Santorini. Even provided breakfast sandwiches to go since breakfast was not open when we left at 4:30am. Gave us great recommendations on places to see and not to waste time on. Rooms were like a really nice apartment with 2 full bathrooms and accommodated my family of 5 perfectly. Had great terraces to lounge and relax outside room. However, best parts were the non obstructive views of the Caldera especially sunsets! Can’t say enough about this amazing resort.

The walking uphill to get to resort, but that is common with almost all hotels in Santorini with a view. So can’t knock them on this.

We had an Amazing stay at Pantelia suites, the views are absolutely incredible. The accommodation stunning yet still traditional Greek. The staff are the highlight of this accommodation all the staff are so friendly and really made our stay special. We would absolutely stay here again

Awesome location! Overlooking the caldera! Was our own private viewing of sunset. Did not need to go into busy Oia for a great sunset view. It was right outside your room door! George and his staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If you’re going to Santorini staying here is a must!

Love love love Pantelia suites , we have stayed 3 times now and it’s always perfect. George is wonderful and always makes our stay amazing.The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Europe, such a large variety of home cooked foods delivered to your own personal table, which George and his staff will set up for you in the perfect roof location for the best view each morning.The view from the hotel is the most incredible every morning to wake up to this view is an absolute memory you’ll have forever. The rooms are lovely and decorated in beautiful Greek furnishings, the bed comfortable, large bathroom with bath and our own outdoor table. The pool is wonderful and the sun beds just right for the incredible view. Pantelia Suites has very few steps which is an added bonus and hard to find in Santorini, a great restaurant next door with plate smashing and delicious Greek food and an easy flat walk to all the shopping of Santorini.

Location was great. We’re we realized the room setup didn’t give us enough privacy, George the manager offered us another room a discounted rate. Very nice. The breakfast was wonderful every morning and the staff helped us get a rental car when the company I previously contacted failed to delivery the car.

The two bedroom executive room does not offer much privacy for the main bedroom.

Absolutely exceptional. The staff couldn’t be warmer or more accompanying. The view is stunning. The suites beautiful and clean. Breakfast delicious. Would rate higher if possible.

The room was spacious for our family of 4. The view was the best! I loved everything about it but mostly our host George. We felt like we had a personal concierge the whole time. We will be back.

Nothing it was perfect

The location and the view is outstanding!!! Rooms are spacious and well laid out. We had 2 rooms off of a large terrace where we had our breakfast and could enjoy the sunset altogether ❤️

There are a lot of steep stairs but was worth the climb.

The hotel entrance is conveniently located at street level to the left of the square, making it much more accessible compared to other hotels that require navigating narrow paths and steps. Additionally, being situated to the left of the square means there’s no street noise, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel, along with the rooms and jacuzzi/hot tubs, was impeccably clean. George, the hotel manager, was exceptional—he was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived by taxi until our departure. I have no complaints about him or the hotel itself; it boasts a fantastic location with rooms overlooking the caldera. The breakfast was also quite good. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Nothing to report, everything was perfect.

My sister & I stayed 4 nights at Pantelia Suites in April. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff who were so friendly and accomodating throughout our stay. The hotel is in the perfect location for staying in Fira. Close to the restaurants and bars and also to the bus station. Our room was lovely and spacious with a seating area outside overlooking the Caldera. Beautiful views especially at sunset. The room was cleaned everyday and toiletries replaced. The breakfast was amazing and we had it outside on our terrace every morning. The pool is the perfect size with loungers and beautiful views too. Cannot fault anything about our stay and we will be recommending it to others. Thank you!

Pantelia has the best location overlooking the volcano, breathtaking view. Facility is cosy and clean. Staff are very helpful and nice. Overall we are very happy with our 2 days stay here.

Exceptional! The suites were clean, comfortable, and the location was fantastic! Amazing views, lovely patios with rooms with incredible views. The staff were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location is close to the public bus, restaurants, shops, and a nice grocery store. The breakfast was included and it was quite delicious! You can order what you want and they will deliver it. You can have have it in your room, on your patio, or on the top patio. The views from all the patios are spectacular!I can’t say anything negative about my experience. When I come back to Santorini, I plan to stay here again and I will definitely recommend it to my friends who are planning a visit to Santorini! You will not be disappointed. I give it a 10 and 2 thumbs ups. Great value for the price given the location, customer service, amenities, and spectacular views!

everything was wonderful

The location was perfect - it couldn’t be any more centrally located for exploring.

The swimming pool wasn’t heated which made it a little chilly in October but we still used it :)
