Good location. Decent view of Caldera. Friendly staff. Nice Sauna and Steam room. Nice pool areas.

No way this is a 5 star hotel. Barely a 4 star. Very very basic small rooms, dated bathroom. Longer walk to Fira but still walkable.

The location just outside Fira was good and quiet. The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the restaurant and breakfast were very good. I would recommend this hotel to others traveling to Santorini.

My husband likes an outdoor hot tub and the advertising of hotel was misleading in that said hot tub jets....but there was no hot tub but only non working jets in a freezing pool

Great location , 10 minutes walk to Fira town , breakfast buffet main dishes different daily. Staff is attentive and special shout to Sindy of front desk helping and contacted taxi company which I booked via Booking.com as it was 25 minutes late from pick up time to airport. I stayed in a volcanic view room and was amazing. Everything exceed expectations.

Unforgettable view, great room, awesome breakfast, very nice fitness center, game room, pool. Your lifeguard was very friendly and helpful, great guy. We had dinner at your hotel on Tuesday 5/6, and our waiter was fantastic! You are lucky to have him on your staff. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife loved the music too!

TV options limited for Americans (FOX, maybe?). But that’s a minor thing, we certainly understand.

This hotel is literally 5⭐️ hotel but like in a budget. Almost feels too good to be true to be this good in such a good price. The hotel is just a few minutes walk away from Fira town center so really easy to go around even without a car. Room were spacious and clean, even had nice balcony. We even got an upgrade from garden view to volcanic view. The pool was amazing, we spent most of our time there. Breakfast is goooood. The restaurant where we had dinner one night was top notch too! Lots of facilities like gym which we didn’t even use but we did enjoy the little playground for kids. We had an amazinggg stay here. It really exceeded my expectations. The staffs here were the friendliest I’ve ever met in my life! Like all the staffs. from the lifeguard in the pool who greeted us with fresh towels for after swim and donuts for my kids to when having breakfast they would remembered our usual cappuccino orders ? and the receptionist were the best of them all, sooo welcoming and sweetest with our kids. They even gifted my girls stuff duckies which they loveeddd and which is the best souvenir am bringing from Santorini.All in all amazing ??

The staff made the experience during this week the best I have had during my trips. It does not matter if was at breakfast/ at pool/ reception, staff was friendly and making you feel very welcomed. Breaskfast was perfect!! Plenty of options, amazing coffee, fruits, cereals, pastries. Best way to start the day. The room has the most beautiful view to watch the sunset, and very comfortable.The hotel is located 10 min walk to Fira city center, and from there you can get a bus to visit the places around the island.

The location and ambience was amazing. I could have spent my whole holiday just at the hotel. Staff were really friendly, polite and respectful.

Location, breakfast, view and room size were great.

Housekeeping and service was a problem. We had a consistently leaky shower area and water would puddle outside near the toilet. After multiple service appointments they were not able to resolve the problem. And they did not offer us any accommodation/compensation for our inconvenience. That was disappointing and poor customer service.

Totally gorgeous hotel with brilliant facilities for adults and kids alike. The pools were perfect, we spent most of our days swimming and sunning before taking the 10-minute stroll into Fira to do some shopping or sightseeing. Our room was large and clean with a big bathroom and a decent sized balcony that was utilised for playing card games with the kids. Breakfast was buffet and a' la carte with lots of options and they were thoughtful with kid's meals and options. We ate dinner here on 2 occasions and it was delicious - good value for money with spectacular views. The cocktails were some of the best we had on our whole European holiday and the pool bar staff were friendly and efficient. We had a complimentary facial and our therapist was brilliant - it was so relaxing I think I nodded off! This hotel is really postcard perfect, don't miss the sunset on the top balcony for your Insta worthy shots.

Nothing - I can't fault it! So glad it is not right in the heart of Fira and we were not swamped with noise. It felt like our own little secret that we could escape back to after we had been shopping and lunching in the town centre.

No Smartv, slow Wi-Fi connection

The staff really made it special. From the lovely lady we cleaned our room everyday. She was so friendly and always said good morning to us. To the staff at breakfast they were very attentive and friendly. Staff at reception were so nice to us a lovely hello every time we left the hotel. Also staff at pool including the lifeguard were so friendly and also were so attentive.

Cannot say one bad word against hotel

Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for vegetarians which is brilliant. They would include something different to breakfast each day and people could place an order for something that was not at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast accommodates for everyone as they had alternatives such as almond milk for vegans etc.The main pool is nice and big.24 hour reception which is very helpful.Games room is great included a pool table, table football and an air hockey table.Location is good with amazing views for sunset and a 15/20 minute walk to the centre of Fira away from the crowds.Option to use the gym and spa facilities. They gave a complimentary facial which adds a nice touch.

We enjoyed staying at the Majestic hotel. The service, comfort, food were impeccable. Fira was a great location to access the whole island.

A couple of minor things needed fixing, the staff attended to it immediately.

Location with proximity to the landfill, and located on a busy road with a lot of traffic noise ip until 2 or 3 AM.

Friendly hotel, excellent location with short walk into Thira. Rooms clean with efficient daily service. Good breakfast buffet with a la carte options. Views across island .Nice pool area and small spa- treatments were very good. Nice bar area- quiet at night but staff very friendly and lots to do in Thira at night.

Bathrooms a bit tired with shower over bath and fittings seen better days . we had a maisonette room and the stairs are quite steep up to the bed, so don't book this room if you have mobility issues. Still given the hotel an overall high rating as these issues did not affect are overall experience
