Unbeatable caldera views! The staff was very, very helpful and the breakfast was great. It really helped to have a hot tub after a day of climbing up and down the hillside. Was very thankful for the help with the luggage. I don't think we would've made it there without help.

Breakfast was very generous and delicious. The Entire staff was friendly, helpful, and enhanced our stay.

Steps are unavoidable. The staff took care of our luggage.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The owner and manager/staff were fantastic. They made us feel so welcome and gave us some really good recommendations. The manager (Christos) you can tell really wants to make sure you are taken care of. Views were unbelievable. Had booked a cocktail place next door to watch the sunset but realized when we got there that with the views of this hotel, it was not needed. Place was clean, breakfast was good, staff was fantastic, and location was very convenient. Highly recommend!!

Everything was outstanding! The owner put together an amazing staff. Christos at the front desk was fantastic, as was Nikos. Eva made amazing breakfasts with something different every day. Elli was a sweetheart who fell in love with our dog Chloe. I encourage everyone check out Villa Reno’s Hotel, I assure you that you will enjoy it as much as we did

Location is absolutely top notch and the staff is outstanding! We traveled for an entire month throughout Europe and stayed at many top rated properties but this was our favorite for so many reasons. Again, I can’t say enough about the way the staff treated us! Highly recommend it!

The bed is soooooo comfortable, soft but with proper support. The view and location is amazing. Not too many steps to reception. There are flights of stairs to the room. King size bed. AC works like a champ. The staff are so nice and service is immediate, no waiting for anything. Breakfast was yummy on the deck. 24 hour front desk, which is not common. One of the best hotels in the area!

The hot water decreases during peak times. Never gets cold just not super hot.

1) The staff is very friendly, polite and accommodating. They offered us a free room upgrade which was a very generous gesture from the hotel. 2) The breakfast is very good as a quality and quantity . They serve delicious deserts with each breakfast ;) 3) The location is top par ! It is very close by walking to fira center which includes alots of shops and restaurants , it is about 5 minutes by walking to fira central bus station and is about 10 minutes by bus away from the airport and approximate about 15 minutes away from the ferry port. 4)The outdoor hot tub was warm enough to enjoy even in a relatively cold weather. 5) The view is spectacular. I was left speechless the first time I saw it and didn't get enough of it haha . It is so charming and a kind of things that one should see at least once in life time . 6) The hotel and facilities are very clean and the hotel is very well maintained.

Best view and very convenient to bus station, stores and food.Great staffs: very hospitable and welcoming. They help you move the luggages up and down the steep steps. Great breakfast: you have well prepared breakfast with great views. You even have a desert for the breakfast.Recommend

Facility is bit old though. We have a computer screen size TV. But if you have the sea view outside, you don’t really need the TV.

Villa Renos Hotel is an elegant hidden gem! The rooms are tasteful and have stunning views of the caldera. The location is super convenient and the breakfasts were plentiful and gourmet! Most of all, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Christos was an excellent host! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel staff is very nice and extremely helpful. I lost my passport on the way here. They have been helping me call the police station and the airport, including specially help me go to the police station to inquire. The scenery of the hotel is very good, no different from the picture and even more beautiful. The location is also very good, and it is very close to the bus station.The breakfast in the hotel is also very delicious. The portion is very large and delicious, especially the dessert.The hotel facilities are also very complete, with slippers, bathrobes and hot tubs, and the hot tubs in public areas are also large enough.

Everything - clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, wonderful staff.

The view is absolutely beautiful, the people were super nice, gave us a lot of tips and recommendations. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable.

One minor point they could improve: the breakfast was good but not a lot of variety, they had some dishes that were different every day and they were brought to the table. It was nice but if you don’t like it, it goes to waste. It would be better to have some more options and ask the guests what they want so to avoid waste.

I stayed in a single room with a private patio with view of the cauldera and Aegean sea. There's also a private jacuzzi all to myself on my patio. The hotel is located on prime location in Fira, just few steps away from the top so there's no need to descend too many steps down the island, and it's close to fira bus station and taxi drop off. Due to its prime location, there was also music playing in the evenings from the bars nearby. I didn't mind that at all as it gave a vibrant feel and i was on vacation. For those who prefer absolute peace and quiet, then this can be an issue. The private patio has the perfect view of sunset without any crowds of people. The room is adequate size for a solo traveller, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast in generous portion was served in the breakfast room and breakfast patio, and there were many delicious items brought to my table. Eggs, greek salad, green salad, fruits, cheese, pastries, bread, fresh orange juice, and homemade dessert (which I kindly declined as the food I had could have been for 2 people already!). There's also a mini buffet of coffee and tea, olives, homemade jams (a taste I cannot forget, i wish i had more), cake, cereal and more. Christos the host and his staffs were very cordial in hospitality and made me feel like home while away from home. Christos and his staff were also very kind to help carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs, and Christos even carried it all the way to the bus station on check out. I am thankful for his kindness.

The hotel is located just few minutes uphill from the Fira bus center. It is a convenient location in Santorini, since almost all the bus that brings you to the major towns, such as Akrotiri, Oia, Seaport and the Airport, departs from Fira.Upon arrival, the hotel owner provided us with two glasses of complimentary sparkling wine and the staffs helped us carry our heavy luggage down numerous flights of stairs.Needless to say the highlight of the stay was the breathtaking view of the caldera from the room and the delicious breakfast. The rooms are facing the caldera directly, so the guests can enjoy the iconic Santorini sunset within the comfort of their room balcony/ terrace.Every morning, the guests were welcomed with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious homemade dishes, both main and dessert, that changed daily. The hotel staffs swiftly provided the room service, while the guests were enjoying their breakfast, so they always came back to the room at its original state.

It was a little hard to find the entrance of the hotel.

Our welcome was fantastic, we were met at our taxi and our bags were carried to our room, where we were welcomed with a glass of prosecco! Lovely touch. Nothing was too much, the owner gave us his number and said if we needed anything night or day just call. Great peace of mind. The view was just out of this world. And as many have said the breakfast was amazing. We were given different dishes every day, fruit, pastries, coffee, juice, egg dishes and desert! Pure Heaven.
