Bathroom shower area is so tiny, literally so so tiny you can’t turn around, soap or shower. Quite disappointing

The staff are very helpful, attentive and always willing to help and the location was perfect.

The main issue with the room was the bathroom, which was quite small and outdated, with some usability problems. For instance, the shower was old and broke during our stay. The staff were very helpful and repaired it promptly, but the bathroom itself clearly needs renovation. The shower area has only a curtain instead of a door, which causes water to spread across the entire floor when taking a shower

The location is great to visit a lot of places in Santorini. The breakfast is very good.

The bathroom could be cleaner.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming to me. Meggie answered all of my questions and gave me wonderful tips about Santorini, and I had great conversations with her. Also, I can't remember his name (maybe Niko?), but the male who works the morning shift was great as well and helped me out with many questions I had. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Very Small bathrooms

There are not elevator. The extra bed was for kids not for adults , even we book for 3 people. People at the reception very nice and helpful.

The location of this hotel is very accessible to the main town area. All within walking distance from restaurants, bars and bus station is literally right outside. Staff was very friendly.

We were disappointed with the noise level of the hotel. All we can hear all night was loud footsteps, conversations, door slamming and people going up and down the stairs. Good thing we’re only staying for a night. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Also, you have to request a blanket. Once you enter the room there’s only rough flat sheet provided. Bathroom is okay. On and off warm water.

The front desk staff were very polite and cooperative. A location close to bus stop.

The housekeeper always entered the room without knocking just to replace the towels, which affected my privacy. On the last day, because I was a little late for check-out, her attitude was unprofessional, as if she were the hotel manager. Breakfast was advertised until 10:00, but if you come down around 9:30 you only eat what is left — they don’t replace items like eggs or bread

Bathroom is too small but that’s ok

The location is great, very easy to go to the bus station then go everywhere. The front desk is the best! She told us places to go and the cafe to enjoy. Also the cleaning lady is very friendly and nice.

Great friendly staff... Great breakfast selection... the only awkward thing was the 'compact' bathroom but everything worked fine.Very close to the busses - like a 1 minute walk and 4 minutes took you into the heart of Fira which was a huge plus.

Bigger bathroom.

Location in Fira, friendly staff, sea view, comfortable bed, clean sheets towels floor, and price.

Awkwardly place furniture, loose light fixture, loose drape rods, loose floor drain covers, loose bathroom faucet, leaky plumbing ( bathroom sink), a mild but constantly noticeable bathroom smell like sewage.

Perfect for that one or two night stay. Great location for Buses Taxi's and views. No frills, bathroom compact. Clean and comfortable.

I like the location near the bus station, and eating locations too.

The hotel rooms are small and need newer bedding.

Location close to the Fira bus station. The room key was waiting to the front desk (no staff).Perfect for one night and day in Santorini.

Reception could have been open longer. No breakfast of any kind was available: the restaurant that used to provide breakfast for hotel guests is no longer open at breakfast-time.

The location was perfect, the hotel is close to the centre of Fira, the bus and taxi station, and everything you need as bars, restaurants and clubs. The room was clean with a nice small balcony.
