very friendly staff, hotel is right on the cliff in Fira so you can view the sea and the town of Fira right from your room. The sunset views are beautiful! Great breakfast in the morning and common areas to sit or swim at the pool. Would recommend!

Amazing views!!! Extremely friendly staff. At the front desk, Argie was very helpful. At Breakfast, Irini and Tania prepared the best breakfasts we had throughout the countries visited. Having a delicious breakfast while enjoying the incredible views, priceless! The hotel is close to everything in Fira, walk anywhere, up or down.

To get to the hotel and the amazing views, guests will have to carry their luggage down many steps along a winding path to get to the hotel. No access by car. It is fair to say that every hotel inside the "caldera," (inside the crater) will have the same challenge. By being inside the Caldera, the guests get to enjoy one of the most unique views anywhere in the world.

Spectacular view from balcony, large room, bathroom and breakfast. Great location on the cliff side of Caldera. Friendly and helpful staff who directed us to good restaurants and scheduled taxis to and from the ferry.

Large number of steps up and down to the hotel was challenging, however hotel provided “porter” took care of taking luggage down and up to our taxis.

Very clean and the views were breath taking. AllStaff were very welcoming and helpful.

It’s perfect with great view, beautiful sunset spot. Great staff and helpful.

Not recommended for weak knees, many steps, but that’s Santorini.

Becareful when you book a room on booking. i picked room with Stone on patio and got the room next to it. Mentioned it to owner and he claimed it was booking.coms fault and nothing more. Other room was nice but it did not have view of fira and ocean but paid full price for it.

Everything was very beautiful and clean and the staff were amazing. From the reception to the cooking chef and the cleaning staff. The hotel is in the middle of Santorini and the view is amazing. Everything is near you.

The location is amazing over looking the water and the Caldera. You can see the beautiful sunsets from your bed window or balcony. Every morning a fresh cook breakfast was prepared for you and served on the balcony overlooking the beautiful scene. Both consignors were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us in suggesting the beautiful sights, beaches. Museums and excursions. They were eager to accommodate you!

Have to be in good shape to walk down the steps to the hotel but it is well worth the walk. Private, safe and quiet.

The location is absolutely perfect (5 minutes walk to the center of Fira). The staff are friendly and amazing human beings. The helped with every single question we had and made us feel at home. Breakfast is great, especially with regards to the offered Greek specialties (e.g. Greek omlette, cheese and spinach pies) and the coffee and mini croissants were also good. From our balcony we could enjoy a few great sunsets and the sun beds and swimming pool in the common area were great after an afternoon of walking around the old town. When we visited we were the only ones using them which made the experience so much better. Around the corner from the church within a 10 minutes walk there is a fairly large supermarket (Sklavenitis Super Market) and a pharmacy. On the way there you'll find Barolo Restaurant if you are looking for a classy evening (on the pricy side).

Fira is fulll of stairs and my partner was sick at the time so going up the stairs implied several breaks to catch he breath. Even so it was absolutely worth it worth it.

The property was in a perfect location with views of the entire caldera and could watch the sunset comfortably from your own private balcony. The staff were very pleasant and helpful serving delicious breakfast every morning. The room was spacious and clean and the plunge pool was a perfect touch to cool down on hot days!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was just amazing, we watched the sun set every evening on our private terrace, without having to battle the crowds. Also very close to the town centre. The room was perfect, quiet, very spacious and super clean. Breakfast was lovely with a big choice and nothing was too much trouble for the fabulous team that run the hotel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again soon. Thank you.

Yiannis is a fantastic host and extremely accommodating. Beautiful location with stunning views.

We came for the views and were NOT disappointed. The hotel sits on the cliff and has breathtaking views of the bay and Oia to the north. The staff was the friendliest we’ve had the pleasure of meeting in our entire stay. They really made us feel at home. I would recommend Keti just for this level of hospitality. BTW we originally planned on staying in Oia but switched to Fira since it’s more central. This worked out well for us given the proximity to the old port and the bus station.
