Everything is excellent, Location is very convenient to do everything, easy parking, cleanliness, quiet, the gentleman in the front desk is the best, he is so nice and patient answering all our questions, and showing us the places where we should go. Especially the gentleman knows that we will leave early in the morning before hotel , he prepared a good breakfast box for us. We really appreciate that.

Breakfast, was never enough croissants or warm food. It was always gone by 9.30 even though breakfast finished 10am

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! I booked 2 nights then extended another night ;)The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent delicious and perfectly suited to start the day. The price for the room was very reasonable, offering great value.The location couldn’t be better: close to the bus station and all the key attractions in the area. One of my favorite moments was enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the lively street—it was simply unforgettable.I had an amazing experience and enjoyed every moment.

5 minute walk to the main bus station, the pool was convenient, it was a big bedroom with nice bathroom and swimming pool, liked the mini fridge

Big room and clean, nice pool, comfortable beds. Next to the center of Fira with anything you need some steps away. Location was amazing also next to central bus station to reach the whole island very easy.

The breakfast was basic , not many options and no variety.

The location is amazing, right by the main square. Very clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff. The pool is a great for the hot days. The bus station is 2 minutes walk and the hotel is on the heart of Fira, with all the conveniences and attractions. It is very quiet area, you can’t hear anything good for light sleepers.

Was super clean ,cleaning ladies was coming everyday , very good location 5 min from bus station from where you can take the bus everywhere and staff was polite especially lady during breakfast with glasses always smiling to us !!!

Could be some vegetables during the breakfast.

Pro: 1. spacious. Room lacks sufficient hanger (3pcs), I asked front desk, they were able to give us (8 pcs) more.Location is nice. close to restaurant and bus station.

Con: lack of furniture and interior design/arrangementBathroom is old and cramp, but functional.No coffee maker as advertised. We were only able to get kettle when asked the front desk.The hotel is doing construction (change new hallway doors/entryway) and it was just besides our room, so it was a bit noisy during the day time, but it was quick and no electrical drilling, just hand hammering nail.

I booked this hotel with the expectation to have a balcony! There was no balcony but shared terrace which was very uncomfortable to be on with other people! This should be specified in the description that balcony / terrace could be shared, I would have never booked this hotel based on this. I was put on a ground floor and a single traveler didn’t feel safe and couldn’t open the curtains and felt like in a cave. Coffee was disgusting. It was advertised as espresso machine it was not. Again misleading . Breakfast was very basic and cheap. They would have 1 strawberry cut up into tiny pieces or 1 banana between all the guests

A real oasis of calm in a busy town. Fantastic place to relax, see Santorini and travel on to the port or airport. Really close to the bus station.

Value, location, friendly staff, comfort. This may be one of the first hotels in Santorini and that charm comes through.

For the price range and location, it’s nothing but praise. No dislikes.

The room Very spacious and Well decorated. Comfortable beds, Decent breakfast. Fira Bus stop is right next to it and just 5-10mins walk to fira view points. you are not on the cliff side of Fira or have that view but very close enough. It has nice swimming pool if you are planning to visit during summer. restaurants and market are near by. 2 nice coffee shops right along the hotel.

Location is excellent!! It's very centric and also just right next to the bus station and from there you can go anywhere. Can't be better.Everything was clean, staff is eagerly helpful and breakfast was great! We loved our stay

There was an emergency green light that was always on, it's quite disturbing to sleep under.Also the toilet deposit had this annoying dripping noise.
