The staff is very accommodating. They demonstrated excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Love the complimentary shuttle to Fira. Pool was nice and shower was good. The breakfast to the room was extra bonus, but didn't get what I ordered either, but no big issues.

Beautiful property and location with the best view ever. Easy to get to. Close to ferry port. Very short drive to airport. Free shuttle to and from city center in Firà for great shopping and dining, etc.But even better than that, the property management make you feel like you are home. Anastasia was very welcoming and accommodating to our request. The best concierge service that you can ask for.

We had a wonderful stay at Nautilus Dome! The place was extremely clean, and the shuttle service made everything so convenient. The premises are beautiful, with a phenomenal view that truly stands out. The staff was friendly, diligent, and always helpful, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!

It was our honeymoon and they offered us a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was beautiful! The staff were lovely and even helped us bring our bags to our room. The bed was comfortable and we loved the pool. We also utilized the free transfer to Fira (a 5 minute ride at most, but very helpful!!!) multiple times. Reception was very helpful and offered a WhatsApp number to communicate our needs during our stay. They brought breakfast to our room and it was perfect. We loved it!!

Beautiful sunset view right from the rooftop patio! The hotel offers a shuttle service into Fira which is awesome! Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. Our room (201) was very large with a private sunset view patio. 10/10

great staff and awesome property, Anatasia on reception was very helpful. She gave me same great tips on different restaurants and wineries to go to and suggested a catamaran cruise which was amazing. Anatasia also got me some great restaurant booking and seats. fantasic !

My family and I had a great experience at Nautilus Dome. From the moment we arrived, Anastasia was very friendly and informed us in detail about the hotel's services. Michael was very helpful. He guided us about places we wanted to visit and recommended good places for drinks and night live! The hotel area is quiet and it's four minutes from the bus station and the hotel offers transportation from the hotel and the center at certain times, which is a plus! Overall the staff were very professional and helpful! I do recommend this place!

The location was amazing, and the friendly staff was always willing to help. The room was very clean and spacious with a great shower. Breakfast was delivered to our room and it was delicious. The hotel offers a shuttle to the town of Fira which was short drive. The swimming pool was clean refreshing. They have a great rooftop deck with a stunning view. Don’t miss the sunset!

Location for price couldn’t be beat.

No restaurant on site but many with in walking distance. Lots of breakfast choice brought right to the room though.

The staff it is super friendly and always trying to help. The view from the hotel is amazing.

Everything was great. But I don’t recommend if you have no car. The location is pretty good, but not in a walk distance.

Room was good, there were a few bulbs such as in the closet and a big indicator, little disturbing during the night. But this can be fixed by asking the staff. But overall fine. Quiet place, very clean, good sight, good location. The best thing was that the hotel provided free transport to get to the center of the town each time we wanted. We checked in around mid-night which was absolutely no problem. Very friendly staff.
