Nefeles Luxury Suites

I came for my honey moon and let me tell you this place and more importantly Hotel employee and the staff was one of a kind cater to our every need I could go on and on but this is a must stay the view of the caldera is breathtaking don¿t over think it book it

Stayed from 12/29/2025 to 01/02/2026:Location (in the center of Fira)Excellent view (we stayed at the Senior Suite, which was two stories)Very friendly and professional staff (including recommending local restaurants that were still open in January,arranging transportation from and to airport, and carrying our luggages etc)Checkin process very smooth Breakfast was excellent

Not big issues or complains:Water temperature and pressure in shower room could be improved, if possible Since it is a two stories suite, you may want to consider their one story suites if you have mobility problem.

The location was wonderful and Panos was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, with a nice selection.

The outdoor hot tub was not hot. It was not comfortable for use in November as it was only 35 degrees.

Location, sunset views , breakfast and friendly staff.. Reception @ Mike was great and the room service guy was superb.. Helped us with luggage from taxi and back. Highly recommended.

Jacuzzi was leaking which they were prompt to fix.

This place is CRAZY COOL!! The views are unreal . E had the honeymoon suite which is WORTH every cent !!!! Everything was beyond our expectations!! We absolutely loved the breakfast BROUGHT to order to your room !!!( WOW) We just adored every little thing

First and foremost, the level of service at Nefeles is out of this world. Very personalized from the moment you are met at the taxi to drag your suitcases up the many stairs. So knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and even slightly sarcastic in humour, I can appreciate that. It felt like friends making me feel home. The view is amazing. The breakfast is fantastic. The room so dreamy and unique. I will definitely be back!

I had a couple of cleanliness issues but they were promptly taken care of and taken seriously.

Great views and really helpful staff. Would have given 10 if the hot water came out quicker and the jacuzzi was able to be heated to be warm enough to use. Unfortunately we tried to heat it but remained too cold to use so felt like we paid for something we couldn't use.

the balcony view is fantastic, but that's about it.the pool water is Luke warm ,if staying in march there's no way you can stay at the balcony enjoying the pool as I expected:(,the wind is crazy and I had non sleep nights because of it and noise that made me afraid it will blow our room away.stuff came to clean the room nice, and breakfast was served in room.maybe I wasn't there at the right time.at least we stayed on the balcony last evening as the wind stopped for a day and was calm .

the smell in the unit was like gross from the toilet ventilation ...shower right next to bed which had same smell...groooosss...I noticed that smell in another hotel in Santorini so its probably normal smell on the island...

Awesome location and views as well as amenities

The breakfast was amazing and eating it on your balcony with the amazing view is an unforgettable experience. The staff are extremely helpful and do very accommodating and friendly. We had a magical time there!

Amazing view and location. Sunsets were stunning and directly in front of you. Staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble

Bad drainage smell, but you could smell that in other places so not the properties fault

This place was incredible! The rooms are spotless and beautiful. We had incredible views and were upgraded for my 50th birthday. The staff, especially Athena, were amazing and so helpful to us. A beautiful place to stay! Thank you!

The room was very clean. We were blown away with the friendliness of the staff, especially the man that met us to bring our bags down, brought us breakfast, answered all of our questions and was so nice. (I'm sorry I don't remember his name!!!!) The breakfast was so delicious! Can we have the recipe for the pancakes????

Another set of towels would have been lovely as the other ones didn't dry quickly in the room. Another blanket in the room as my husband kept stealing the covers. : )

View was spectacular. Room was cute but a bit cramped. The balcony with the jacuzzi was an experience of a lifetime.

It was clean and quiet, food was great and the service was top notch

There was one of the rooms that had a second floor with no rail on the part open to the Stairs. Room 2, extremely dangerous especially when u think of older people. They need to fix it…it’s a bad accident waiting to happen and is easily resolved

I was SO looking forward to this hotel. I splurged on this hotel compared to the rest of my trip. We had a lovely 2 bed/2 bath suite with hot tub & plunge pool. A real dream accommodation. Hot tub did not work! Said they would fix it & didn’t. Was also dirty. Tiles were missing from the pool bottom. Inside door handle was broken & we were locked in. Said they would fix it & didn’t. Requested & had confirmed in writing a 1 pm check in. Room was not ready until after 2. Had a 3p tour. Nefeles did not provide what I paid for & I should receive a partial refund.

- Amazing location with easy access to Fira stores, restaurants. - Great views from the unit of the town and the water. - Units were clean and modern- Staff were really helpful and friendly towards us

- Hot tob was not that warm compared to other hotels, and hard to enjoy if it's not sunny. But we appreciated the staff increasing the temperature to make it a bit better.
