Location was prime! And the owners/staff were amazing and helpful!

The bathroom shower needs to be updated. The water gets all over the place. Also, there¿s no Wi-Fi in certain area of the hotel.

The location was great, close to the downtown but quiet. The service of the staff was great, the owners were very welcoming and we felt at home.The room was spacious and comfortable.

The property was in a very good location, close to dinning, attractions and the bus station. The pool was enjoyable. Plenty of sits to relax with lounge chairs and tables. Our room had a nice balcony to the pool. The breakfast was nice.

The only negative thing was the shower.Very small.

I love this hotel. It is a very traditional Greek hotel. Authentic Greek furniture and hospitality. We love the staff. Everything is very personal and you feel at home. The hotel is spotless. The pool is beautiful. The location is perfectly central in Fira making it very easy to walk to many shops and restaurants or to the busses or tour busses. The staff can easily accommodate an easy trip to the port or airport. You can rent a car on the same street. We highly recommend this hotel and will only stay here on our trips to Santorini.

The property was in a great location to downtown Fira for walking distance. The staff was helpful and kind. They made us feel very welcome. They gave us good suggestions about what to do and see on the island.

Great location just 5 min walk to city center. Very good value for money for Santorini, which in general is expensive.

Skip the breakfast, one of the worst breakfast I’ve had despite the low price. There are a number of better breakfast options very close.

I want to say thank you to all the new Haroula team, that made all the difference in our holidays.Specially to Maria, she is the best person we’ve met in Santorini! Kind, friendly, definitely we felt like we’ve known her for years! Maria, you are very special for us!

It's a peaceful oasis very close to the town. The pool area is excellent and never busy. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Loud music in a property close by on Friday & Saturday night until 5am.

Friendly atmosphere, warm welcome. Clean and comfortable, nice swimmingpool .. very laid back atmosphere . Close to the city centre ( 6 minutes walk) and bus station.

Loved the hotel stay. The pool was perfect, the rooms were exactly what we needed. Great location, close to all amnesia. The host was the nicest lady!! They helped us book an amazing tour around the whole island. Would highly recommend!

The room is very nice, we like the balcony. We also like the location. Not too far from the center of Fira but far enough to get away from the crowded street..

The shower area too small, you keep catching the shower curtain and the shower knob when when showering.

Breakfast wasn't included in our deal so we bought breakfast out and about. But the hotel was great! Not 5* great, but great for what it is and how much it charges. The staff, in particular are AMAZING! 5* level amazing! my daughters said they felt like in a family. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

There is no pedestrian path from the commercial area of Fira to the hotel. This isn't unusual in Greece, there often isn't a pedestrian path where pedestrians walk. But it feels quite dangerous walking back to the hotel with kids and constantly looking out for cars.
